Location is good, near some nice bars and restaurants. Check in was nice a friendly. Breakfast was ok, all self service, not amazing. Room was ok, old style decor. Things not so good… Air conditioning did not working in room, woke up during the night absolutely roasting. The bed sheets / duvet are cheap polyester, horrible. Pool is falling apart, literally tiles falling off all over the pool. Hotel was absolutely packed with kids from local football team. The noise was constant! Pool unusable due to being packed with kids. Exchanged some money, rate was not good, but needs must. Woke up one morning to window cleaners battering against the window as they worked. I’ve had this in other hotels, but staff usually give the curtesy of letting you know it will gaping during stay / next day. Overall - really disappointing stay. Said to staff about the place being like a school, and they just laughed On checkout, staff really not bothered

Surpreendeu positivamente pela amabilidade, educação e cortesia do pessoal de atendimento do hotel. Café da manha muito bom com uma vista espetacular da cidade e da Cordilheira. SPA muito bom com "jacuzzi" e piscina aquecida. Localização ótima e próxima ao principais pontos turísticos.
