Superou as minhas expectativas. Eu e a minha esposa fomos muito bem recebidos por toda a equipe do hotel. Não tenho palavras que venham a descrever a excelente qualidade do serviço ofertado. Fomos cuidados com muito carinho por todos, em especial ao Rodrigo, Diamela, Ulisses e Sergio. Além disso, o café da manhã e o serviço de spa são pontos altos do hotel.

Hotel muito bem localizado, fácil acesso aos locais de compras e restaurantes. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários, eles são muito simpáticos e solicitos. O destaque é para o pessoal que atende no café da manhã, restaurante e bar. Entre outros, gostaria de agradecer especialmente o Gabriel e Alejandro, que sempre procuraram nos atender da melhor maneira possível. O restaurante embora tenha poucas opções, é uma excelente opção para jantar, pois todos os pratos que experimentamos, estavam deliciosos! Os preços dos pratos e vinhos, são bastante competitivos com os restaurantes da "peatonal". Altamente recomendável!

Achei o hotel muito bonito, muito bem localizado, pessoal atencioso e prestativo. Quarto 403 confortável, bem iluminado e de frente. Silencioso. Todos os serviços estavam ótimos. Possui restaurante e spa, apesar de não ter usado. Voltando a Mendoza, fico novamente no mesmo local.

Major issue during my staying where the water was completely cut off for over a day and overnight. Unable to use toilet or even wash hands. Hotel is unable to solve the issue before I check out. Some of the front deck customer service rep’s are good while they tried to help me to recommend and contact winery for reservations, although many don’t speak much English.

After some mixed up with our room from one of their staff there rest of our stay was pleasant. Room was nice and confortable, brekky was plentiful and very nice, restaurant food was excellent and the waiter was exeptional. This is our second time staying there and would stay again.

Ficamos hospedados no Hotel Agua de Corral e saímos de lá muito contentes com a experiência. O quarto era um pouco compacto, é verdade, mas ficamos impressionados com o quão organizado era e a limpeza impecável. A cama era uma delícia e o banheiro também atendeu super bem. O café da manhã foi um show à parte! Uma variedade enorme de coisas gostosas e tudo fresquinho. E a atenção do pessoal que ficava lá dando apoio era demais, sempre prontos pra repor e ajudar a gente a ter a melhor experiência possível no café. A recepção também merece um destaque. O pessoal era muito prestativo e sempre tirou nossas dúvidas sobre a região, a localização e como nos locomover. Pra finalizar, a localização do hotel é imbatível. Fica a umas seis quadras da Plaza de la Independencia e da muvuca dos bares, restaurantes e lojas principais, o que nos permitiu fazer muita coisa a pé. Ter um supermercado e uma farmácia do ladinho foi uma mão na roda! Resumindo, o Hotel Agua de Corral oferece um custo-benefício ótimo, com destaque pra limpeza, a qualidade do café da manhã, a simpatia do pessoal e a localização que é um achado. Com certeza a gente recomenda!

TERRIVEL! Recepção muito mau humorada. Banheiro com cheiro ruim, sem ventiliação, box nao tem vedação agua cai toda pra fora deixando o banheiro cheio de agua. Sem prateleira no box para colocar os pertences de banho. Acustica horrivel, escutávamos muito barulho dos quartos. Cafe da manhã razoavel, mas com a dinamica horrivel de ter que pedir para pegar as comidas os atendentes mau humorados, fato que nao estao felizes trabalhando ali. Por fim, alegaram termos roubado no check out um cabide perguntando se quando entramos no check-in tinham 5 ou 4 unidades...?! que coisa horrivel! Meus amigos que estávam la tambem foi alegado um roubo de uma toalha ainda na estadia. Nao volto nunca mais e nao indico para ninguem!

Hotel Agua del Corral is in the centre of Mendoza. Super clean and comfortable.Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Very close to Bus Omnibus terminal.It is also has a very close bus stop for airport, but better to use airport shuttle 680 from Main bus terminal(Omnibus), have to buy in kiosk bus pass Sube.

Nice place to stay, very close to Peatonal Sarmiento area. Wide and comfortable room. Helpful and kind staff at the reception. Good quality restaurant. Standard breakfast, served by waiters (no buffet). Honestly, to be a 4stars hotel, I expected something more: for example there was not a "Don't disturb" message to be hanged on the door. No boiler for tea. No extra products in the bathroom (except dispensers for liquid soap). But the most disappointing aspect, is that every day the room was cleaned at about 4 pm, when you are resting or working after the morning visits at wineries.

Fiquei hospedado no 4o andar, muito barulho enquanto estive no quarto, bateçao de porta o tempo todo, sem contar que o serviço de quarto chega as 16:30/17h, justamente quando se chega dos passeios das vinícolas para um descanso.

It look better in picture ! The hotel is super cold, all corridors are black, most of the rooms are small and dark ( small window façon a concret wall) i truly felt I was in prison. There’s a fridge but the fridge will shut down when your are leaving the room ( all electricity will shut down that included anything you are trying to charge) The way the building is make you have multiple room doors one next to the other so it can be pretty noisy. Breakfast is 1300$ per person is basically uncook scramble eggs, pre made toast ( cool) and all kind of sweet. Not work it… you can get better for less around the block. The location is great that’s all I can say

Great location and perfect for a short stay. Not suitable for business travel as rooms are very small and noise transfers from everywhere. I chose the wrong room and they would not allow me to upgrade wanted to charge a $150 change fee above a full nights fee for new room! Restaurant was convenient and staff at restaurant were very nice.

The location is great but the room are small and. Very dark not only to mention that all corridors are black… the room doors are so close that everyone someone get in or out you feel they are in your room. The économique star dard room have a window leading to another window of a room inside the building to you have absolutely no natural light. They’re a mini fridge in the room but whenever you are not in the room ( key in for electricity) it stop working so we lost our food even some medication. That also goes for anything. That you plug so nothing will be charging … I won’t be coming back here .. it’s a lot of money for what it is and the noise you have to compose with. At this point I was better in some hostel.

Péssimo sistema! Na hora do check out, informamos q tínhamos consumido 1 água no quarto, mas falaram que foram 3. Hello, everyone looking for a stay in Mendoza. I've been to a few hotels here in Mendoza for my stays and to be brief, I enjoyed my stay here at the Agua De Corral. The location is excellent, the staff is excellent, and though I found myself wanting a gym, the facilities are excellent. The location can't be beaten, it's perfectly situated near central Mendoza and the five gorgeous parks in a very walkable area. The San Martin Park is a little bit farther. There are always taxis nearby at the Sheraton ready to pick up passengers so traveling to Guaymallen, Godoy Cruz or other suburbs is easy. I stayed in their executive room for 9 nights, it was nice, spacious and had a desk where I could work without interruption. The facilities are well-maintained and refreshingly modern. I found myself wanting a gym. I hate to run in such hot weather as we often have during the summer in Mendoza. It is perfectly safe to walk around and run outside the hotel, I just would have preferred a climate controlled gym to run in. The staff was excellent. They helped me with everything and they were so accommodating, Agustin even helped me with my Spanish every time we chatted. I left my cousin's sweater in the room after a rushed departure and they gave it back, along with a few other things that I forgot. I didn't regret my stay, and I highly recommend the hotel. I think I'll return in the Spring.

O hotel é limpo e bonito, tem uma ótima localização, bem no centro de Mendoza. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, porém você não pode se servir sozinho, o funcionário do hotel que serve você é sem muita simpatia, o que é meio desagradável. Acústica dos quartos não é boa, dá pra ouvir bastante barulho de fora que parece que está vindo de dentro do quarto. Às vezes até barulho de aspirador de pó quando ainda estamos descansando. Os quartos são pequenos. O atendimento do hotel não é bom. Reservamos o hotel por meio de uma agência de viagens pois fomos para um casamento. No último dia de viagem adquirimos uma diária a mais pois ficaríamos mais um dia até voltarmos. Em virtude desta diária adicional comprada à parte, nos ligaram no quarto e pediram um valor adicional de $25 para permanecer no quarto que estávamos senão teríamos que fazer check-out ao meio-dia e novo check-in às 3h00 da tarde. Estávamos muito cansados pois havíamos voltado do casamento às 6h00 da manhã e às nove já recebemos a ligação da recepção informando do custo adicional pra pra permanecer no quarto ou fazer check-out. Depois de muita insistência e 3 tentativas de negociarmos a permanência no nosso quarto, sem um pagamento adicional, já que estávamos em um grupo grande e o hotel não estava cheio, a gerência, que inicialmente estava firme com a cobrança do valor adicional, concedeu-nos uma cortesia para ficarmos no mesmo quarto que estávamos sem nenhum pagamento adicional.

Very close to Bus Omnibus terminal.It is also has a very close bus stop for airport, but better to use airport shuttle 680 from Main bus terminal(Omnibus), have to buy in kiosk bus pass Sube.

Achei o hotel muito bonito, muito bem localizado, pessoal atencioso e prestativo. Quarto 403 confortável, bem iluminado e de frente. Silencioso. Todos os serviços estavam ótimos. Possui restaurante e spa, apesar de não ter usado. Voltando a Mendoza, fico novamente no mesmo local.

Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn es im Zimmer und im Spa einen Safe oder einen Spind gäbe. Das Buffet bot meiner Meinung nach keine große Auswahl an nahrhaften Speisen. Leider konnte man sich nicht selbst bedienen! Wir wurden dafür gerügt, dass wir ein kleines Stück Kuchen genommen hatten.

Ganhamos um upgrade de suíte, o que foi incrível, pois tínhamos escolhido a menor suite. O atendimento é muito bom. As camas são realmente pequenas, mas já sabia disso antes de me hospedar, então pedi para deixar como cama de solteiro, pois cama de casal para quem está acostumado a dormir em cama king size é bem sofrido. Café da manhã a maior parte você não pode se servir. O único ponto é que você acaba ficando um tempão em pé esperando o garçom voltar pra te servir . Ótima localização.

Hotel com muito boa localização, acomodação muito boa, mas com algumas coisas contra como toalhas rasgadas, café da manhã com pouca liberdade de escolha, pois tinha que pedir ao garçon e ele é que escolhia e determinava as quantidades. Não é um sistema prático.

After some mixed up with our room from one of their staff there rest of our stay was pleasant. Room was nice and confortable, brekky was plentiful and very nice, restaurant food was excellent and the waiter was exeptional. This is our second time staying there and would stay again.
