No deberían cobrar el estacionamiento aparte. Ya ese monto debería estar incluido en la reservación del hotel.. sin embargo es una experiencia de comodidad increíble!

Excelente , solo hay que mejorar la velocidad del valer parking en ocasiones tienen solo a una persona para todos los vehiculos

La habitación no servía la calefacción, además que es el primer hotel que al ser huésped tengas que pagar el estacionamiento.

Excelente atención de parte de todo el personal. Muy buena ubicación e instalaciones. El único detalle es que la piscina no estaba en funcionamiento.

We noticed the bar was never open this is inconvenient for us we always want to have some drinks in the evenings when we travel and pay for a hotel stay. unfortunately this time we never saw the bar open. Overall our stay was very pleasant the staff were very friendly and polite.

Es el primer hotel que me cobra estacionamiento, no había toallas en la habitación y solo un cesto de basura y se encontraba en el baño , en el baño había mucho cabello tirado en el piso del baño y la paredes del baño sucias en el piso del baño había moho

En el sitio hoteles.com se ofrece com alberca y no cuenta con este servicio, deberia retirarse de la lista de los servicios que ofrecen.

Lo único nalo es que no tiene estacionamiento propio tiene uno sin rentado (está a lado) y te cobran, uno está acostumbrado a que tengan su propio estacionamiento y no cobren por ese servicio

El baño estaba en un muy mal estado, las toallas viejas y rotas. No contaban con toallas para manos

No me gustó la limpieza a la habitación fatal no limpiaban nada solo tienden la cama baño sucio no me gustó esto falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones

Room was so dirty and the hallway

Habitaciones viejas, el clima no enfria, recamaras sin mucha iluminacion, toallas rotas y descocidas.

Hotel had a bad smell, carpet was dirty.

The cleanliness of the hall needs a lot of work. I informed management the first day I arrived and after two days the dirt and some kind of pieces of Sheetrock remained. It doesn’t reflect well on the hotel the lack of attention to cleanliness.

El piso en general no se aspiró. Una charola de comida de servicio a la habitación duró 3 días en el pasillo de otra habitación.

Todo perfecto hasta el momento de ir a bañarse, la regadera no había sido limpiada, había mucho pelo del huésped anterior.

todo el cuarto olía a drenaje, las sabanas olían feo, para el precio del hotel esta muy cochino

Desafortunadamente no tuvimos agua en nuestra habitación por más de 24 hrs. Y el AC era ineficiente

Really dirty the rooms and beds and also AC don’t work at all is just fresh air but don’t blow cold at all, they change me from room to room like 4 times.

La señorita que nos hizo check in el día de ayer 8 de febrero por la tarde se mostró poco atenta y grosera con varias personas de mi familia.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ya que está en el centro de la ciudad, y hay muchas cosas por hacer cerca del hotel. Sin embargo, me tocó una muy mala experiencia en mi estancia corta. La primera fue al momento del Check in, se tardaron alrededor de 45 minutos, cuando solo había 4 personas delante de mí, y había 4 recepcionistas atendiendo, lo cual desde mi punto de vista, es demasiado tiempo, ya que nunca me había sucedido que se tardaran tanto tiempo en ningún otro hotel en los que me he hospedado. La segunda es que en la habitación que me asignaron, no funcionaba el baño. Esto es algo impresionante, ya que el funcionamiento de un baño es algo primordial, debido a que está relacionado a las necesidades básicas de una persona. Lo peor fue que después de haberlo reportado 2 veces vía telefónica, nada más no enviaron a alguien de mantenimiento después de 45 minutos de haberlo reportado. Por lo que tuve que salir de mi habitación para solicitar el cambio de habitación, y aún así me estaban dando largas, hasta que finalmente me hicieron el cambio de habitación, todo esto después de alrededor de una hora y media después de haber reportado el inconveniente. La verdad tuve una muy mala experiencia durante mi estancia.

Los empleados de recepción, pésimo trato, no ayudan a resolver nada.

Pesimo cervicio, al entrar y te den una habitacion, me la dieron casi a las 4pm. el servicio al cuarto pesimo, nunca contestaban o se tardaban mucho y estube esperando por 2 horas el servicio a la habitacion y no tenian nada para comer en la noche como a las 2am y dicen que tienen servicio las 24 horas. Pesimo servicio para asiar la habitacion, 3pm y aun no estaba asiada mi habitacion. En general tomare alguna otra alternativa de hotel. Tengo mucho tiempo quedandome aqui pero desde que dicen que ay nueva administracion las cosas an cambiado para mal. El bar no esta habierto mas tarde, en la noche no ay cosinero que te brinde algun platillo, tubimos que ir a buscar algo de cenar afuera del hotel, ya que solo tenian atun. Ni que fuega gato. En fin me a decepcionado mucho este hotel. Lastima porque era mi preferido por el servicio que daban.

All staff was very nice and helpful!!

I called a day before to ask about early check in since my flight arrived at 8 am. They said yes just need to pay a fee . I showed up they refused my room said they where sold out. But hotel was empty. Rep gave me a whole attitude I explained I had called she said nothing I can do even offer to get a different room or pay difference but she did not want to.

The property has so much potential BUT, the staff and service was TERRIBLE! I stayed for 3 nights and called room service 3 times on the 3rd morning and never received assistance. I ordered room service and it took about 20 calls until they answered. The A/C was leaking YELLOW water the whole stay. There was only half of a roll of toilet paper when I checked and I never received another roll in the 3 nights I was there! HORRIBLE never again will I stay here. MIND YOU it was my BIRTHDAY!!!

Llegamos y nuestra reservacion no aprecia, les mostre con mi cel la reserva de expedia y tardaron aprox 30min en reaolverlo, eran 3 cuartos y tadaron mucho en darnos las llaves ya que teniamos que firmar muchos papeles TODAS las 6 personas que ibamos, yo me acercaba a ver si ya faltaba poco y me decian que necesitaba

The property is centrally located and close to many popular tourist attractions like Paseo Santa Lucia, the Cathedral, Macroplaza, plenty of shops and small local restaurants. Staff at check-in was very friendly (Mercedes) I would definitely stay here again if I return to Monterrey. My only complaint is the lack of communication through the Expedia app, and we had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in, even though we arrived early at noon.

Lo que sucede es que el aire acondicionado no se daba abasto, batallo mucho para enfriar, aunado que se fue la luz por un buen rato y ya no tienen con el servicio de room service, solo sirven sandwich fríos, nada caliente, no tenían cerveza y para acabarla me salió un cabello en la ensalada de papa

Staff was friendly, room service is great, small Starbucks in hotel, seating area in lobby, hotel bar had a happy hour, food at breakfast buffet was good on one day & not so good the next. Room was nice overall, bathroom had s bit od a sewer smell ar times & can hear people next yo our rokm if loud. Overall nice & would recommend as ot in in the downtown area very accessible to shopping, restaurants & sights.

This hotel has never failed me. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast buffet amazing. Service is great! Meeting rooms and working spaces are great

Está super bien ubicado, cerca del Barrio antiguo y en el corazón del Centro. Mi única queja es que el restaurante tiene precios muy elevados. Sé que es un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero están un poco excesivos, sobre todo para el turismo nacional. Sin embargo hay muchas opciones muy cerca, lo cual nos pareció excelente.
