The best thing about this hotel is the location. Other than the hotel being centrally located, it was very disappointing for us given the high price point. Check in was a nightmare as was the parking. Unbeknownst to us before arriving, the only street to access the hotel was under construction and blocked off. The room was advertised as having a unique terrace for which we paid a premium. It turned out to be an unusable space that resembled a detention centre. High walls all around with zero view and the constant hum of all the air conditioners above you with a steady stream of droplets falling on you. The room comes with a Nespresso machine but unfortunately, no pods were provided. Trying to get some from the staff was an adventure on its own.
