The breakfast was delicious. However, the shower drain was clogged, so I had to shower slowly and wait for the water to drain away. It was my first time experiencing a drainage issue like that at a hotel. Furthermore, the bedding provided for the sofa bed had short hairs on it—as if it had already been used—and the only cover was a thin, brown blanket similar to a lap throw. The sofa bed's mattress was also in terrible condition, with springs that had lost almost all their support; my family disliked sleeping on it. I have used sofa beds at other hotels where the mattresses were comfortable and the bedding was clean, matching the quality of the main bed's linens. The lack of proper room maintenance made the stay feel like a waste of money; the actual service was a far cry from what the hotel's brand tier would suggest.

My family and I enjoyed our 5 night stay at the hotel with good breakfast. Although the room service/cleaning was below average. I often had to chase down the staff to get towel replacement or get the room cleaned which was poorly done.

It was an above average stay for me
