Great location and exceptionally nice room. Would have rated this hotel excellent but they somehow charged my card for an additional night after I had paid my bill for the 2 nights I reserved and checked out. Grrr!

The hotel is a place to stay during a visit to Munich and is located in a quiet area. You can reach the city center in around 10 minutes by taxi or Uber. The hotel and the rooms are clean and extremely simple with very few amenities. Some staff members are friendly while others are less so. A special thanks to Philip at the reception who was especially nice and friendly. A few annoying things were that the air conditioner dispenser in the bathroom was empty and despite asking for three days, the free sparkling water dispenser on the passageway was never replaced. Also one day they missed the room cleaning despite giving special requests about it. The breakfast is very nice and the staff as well but needs one more coffee dispenser to reduce queue when busy in the morning. The most positive about the hotel is the parking garage under the hotel despite charging € 35 per night. It’s definitely not a hotel you choose for the hotel but a place to use while visiting Munich and surrounding areas. If you don’t expect a luxury hotel and a luxury stay then the choice is OK.

Location great for public transport, quiet room at night. However standard of housekeeping is an issue.
