The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with decent options. However, the room was not cleaned very well, which could definitely be improved. Overall, the stay was okay, but better room cleanliness would make a big difference.

The room was better then normal. Clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Only thing is that there was no glasses, but not a big issue. A little noisy at night , but i survived.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the heating/cooling did not work, and there are two strip clubs on the street.

Excellent location. The staff was very good. The room was spotless and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. It was a pleasant stay.

Our apartment was clean and spacious, but dated. Wallpaper was ripped in multiple places, bathroom doors have water damage, safe was broken. Reception staff was always polite and helpful. This hotel is close to the center, but not the best neighborhood to stay with a family. There are casinos and a strip club on the block.
