Hotel New Orly

Easy check in! Great location to public transport. Just a 6 min walk. Room was spacious for 4 people. Elevator is super small. Be prepared to walk the stairs or wait. Overall, nice hotel!

No ramp at entrance and no one take your bags up or downstairs. Gym condition and sauna very tight. Reception and lobby for jostle or 2 stars hotel. Tv is not smart.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 25 al 27 settembre ,in occasione dell'oktoberfest, ho un canale youtube( il sapore del viaggio ) e presenzio la festa ogni anno. Purtroppo la scelta dell'hotel non ci ha reso il soggiorno a Monaco,piacevole! Innanzitutto per il personale alla reception (2 donne di cui non conosco i nomi) veramente molto poco professionali e fredde con i clienti. Poi per il fatto che l'unico ascensore è utilizzato anche dallo staf delle pulizie ,quindi per riuscire a salire o scendere bisogna aspettare veramente tanto . La pulizia della camera era ok . Ma la grandezza della camera era veramente ridotta . O comunque fuori da qualsiasi logica (570 euro per 2 notti per una tripla.) Con vista cantiere che all'alba ti costringe a svegliarti per i fortissimi rumori che si sentono. Ho scelto quest'hotel anche per la presenza della sauna . Che però era chiusa durante il periodo dell OF. Ovviamente senza avvisarlo ne sul sito ne tramite email all'avvenuta prenotazione. Infine poi al giorno dell'arrivo all'hotel la camera alle 15.40 non era ancora pronta ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1 ora per poter entrare nella nostra camera. Tutto questo è stato fatto presente alla reception .. ma senza particolare interesse dalle receptioniste ... insomma tutto questo sa un po di presa per i fondelli. L'unica certezza nel soggiornare nell New Orly è che dovrete tirar fuori tanti soldini . Tutto il resto è sicuramente da non consigliare. Noi abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza.

Room at first floor had very bad isolation. Noises from outside and inside hotel. not enough parkingplaces and very hard to find parking in the area. And if you lucky to find one have to move car at 7 in the morning. No air condition …. Good breakfast.

Parking was extremely small and limited (especially for the price). Rooms were extremely small. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was nice enough but was missing several amenities for the price point. The rooms are poorly insulated against noise and have no climate control. I was on the ground floor which was very noisy due to the hotel bar and other guests.

Vi havde nogle gode dage på hotellet - men der var nogle ting som bare ikke fungerede. Jeg vil ikke anbefale hotellet til familier med mindre børn. Der var en lampe som ikke fungerede og når man rørte den blidt så faldt den ned, hvor ledninger kunne ses helt åbenlyst. Køleskabet var meget lille og kunne ikke bruges. Elevatoren er meget lille. Rengøringspersonalet brokkede sig over at vores mindre barn havde svinet på værelset. Hotellets restaurant er ikke billig. Hotellet ligger lidt væk fra offentlig transport.

Das Hotel verfügt über eine Hauseigene Tiefgarage mit ein paar Stellplätzen. An sich war das Hotel absolut okay und liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

Angenehme Überraschung. Haben eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht gesucht und sind auf dieses kleine Hotel gestoßen. Ich würde es als Business- Budget-Hotel bezeichnen. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Gegend ruhig. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer zur Straße direkt am Aufzug hatten war es mit gekippten Fenstern ausreichend ruhig zum schlafen. Ich finde das Frühstück ist hervorzuheben, haben es für ca. 30€ pro Zimmer dazu genommen, was bei einer Belegung mit 2 Personen erstens fair ist, zweitens finde ich es für die vorher beschriebene Kategorie, die ich mir da ausgedacht habe echt gut. Kleine Schälchen mit Wurstsalat, Hirtenkäse, Obatster. Dann frisches Obst - nicht das übliche aus der Dose - dazu Nüsse, Datteln, einwandfrei. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Einen Parkplatz muss man reservieren. Das geht zumindest bei Expedia nicht hervor und ich hatte extra danach gefiltert. Am Ende konnte ich dort nicht parken und musste im Wohngebiet nach einem Parkplatz suchen. War in meinem Fall kein Problem, kann aber auch anders laufen.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Personal freundlich und das Frühstück war auch gut . : ) Zimmer und Dusche etwas klein :(

Der Empfang war alles andere als herzlich. Es gibt kaum Stellplätze für Autos und man bekam nur die Aussage, dass man draußen suchen muss. Aber in der Nähe gäbe es keine, da alles Anwohnerparken ist. Das Zimmer war klein und hatte keine Klimaanlage, was bei den Temperaturen und der 4 Sterne ein absolutes Unding ist. Die Fenster konnte man trotz 3.Stock öffnen ohne jegliche Sicherung. Super mit Kleinkindern, wobei wir dadurch nachts wenigstens etwas schlafen konnten und natürlich dank des Miniventilators der vom Hotel gestellt wurde. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr klein, die Dusche verschimmelt und Plättchen fehlten am Waschbecken. Die Betten waren gut. Das Hotel ist auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne wert u wir können es nicht empfehlen. Es liegt auch relativ weit von der Innenstadt entfernt.

All employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, nice decoration, with complimentary coffee station, capsules and water. All really clean, even a small balcony. Room was quiet, hotel location very good. We do recommend this place for a trip to Munich!

Ottima posizione, buona accoglienza, ma in quattro giorni di soggiorno la camera è stata rifatta una sola volta, in quanto la pulizia veniva proposta alle 17/18, quando eravamo già tornati in camera dopo una intera giornata trascorsa fuori. La colazione non corrisponde alle nostre abitudini, essendo improntata ad uno stile continentale e poco mediterraneo. Personale quasi tutto cortese, ad eccezione di una delle cameriere ai piani ed una alla colazione. La cosa peggiore è che quest'ultima era italiana. Bah

Hotel really nice, staff very friendly. You’re not far from shops and restaurants. Underground only a 7 minute walk from hotel. The only negative was there was a pair of socks on the floor between the beds. Which made me think the floor hadn’t been cleaned. There were 4 of us and the quadruple room was a bit small. We were there to see Adele so we weren’t in the hotel much. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom in the hotel was very small and the shower leaked water from underneath the shower door. It was obvious that that had been an issue because the flooring showed some water damage. The front desk employee at check in was rude, but the other employees were good.

Overall a hotel in good shape, quiet and a good location to stay. Unfortunatly it was a bit dusty.

Just have to pay attention to whether you book a room with Aircon. When it’s 35°C and you have no Aircon it really sucks. The construction is outside, which is noisy. The staff were at least helpful and the cleaner for our room was very helpful.

We didn’t realize the room didn’t have air conditioning. Apparently this was the case for the first floor. It was hard to sleep and be comfortable in the room. We tried to keep windows open but it was loud from traffic and people outside.

Hotel was quaint, front desk staff was lovely. We booked a XL room for 4 adults. This was a regular room with two cots jammed in the room. Web description was deceiving. I do not recommend this room if only traveling with adults, more suitable for a family with small children. We also overpaid for this option, two standard rooms would have been cheaper.

Pictures are accurate. It is very clean and close to public transportation, so if you are interested in going to say, Old Town, it is a very convenient location. It is very good value. It is also located in a "residential" area so it is very quiet. Something for your consideration: - I was staying in the corner room on the 1st floor, so wifi is VERY weak. Constant disconnect with both laptop and cell phone; cannot hold a video conversation (voice-only is fine on a cell phone) - during my stay, Munich was very hot in the daytime (35C ). There is NO AC in the room, but the staff did provide a fan. Given the night temperature is around 20C, it is quite acceptable/comfortable at night. - Unfortunately for me, my room is next to the parking lot. Given the temperature, I had to keep the windows open, so privacy/noise level was degraded when, for example, guests are leaving with children in the morning. If your room is not at the ground level and not at the corner, your experience may differ from that of mine. All in all, I would give it the benefit of the doubt that my stay would have been more positive.

A very nice hotell in a nice neighborhood. We stayed four people in a room and that worked well. The only bad thing is the glass door to the toilet. Who ever wants that!?

Staff, reception service, breakfast and service of breakfast everything was fantastic

The staff are rude and unhelpful and though I explained and showed them countless times about the VIP parking benefit, the first night there was no room so we paid for street parking and they tried to charge me for the subsequent nights and claimed they never heard of this benefit. After 15 mins finally the manager relented but I could hear them taking about me as I left. The parking attendant was very rude to my husband. Never have I felt so unwelcome in a hotel. The area is lovely and the room was fine but the staff made it the most unpleasant.

Nice friendly staff and clean hotel that was not directly by to the main historic area but still easily walkable. Quiet neighbourhood with some nice cafes around it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had large variety and quite filling.

I have some personal reasons have to stay several nights at New Orly, all staffs are very nice and helpful, I do appreciate for everything they made. The hotel’s facilities is good enough to have comfortable night. And room is bigger than normal, thanks again!

Leider wurde die VIP Vorzüge nicht beachtet vom Hotel. Die Reinigungskraft ist ins Zimmer gepräscht ohne auf die Antwort aus dem Zimmer zu warten, ebenfalls war Sie sehr unfreundlich.

The Hotel was in a nice quiet location with easy access to the train and metro station. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Our stay at New Orly was a great 👍. The place is central 15-20 minutes walk away from the centrum and Olympia park. Very nice neighborhood like Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin.

Good location. Greeted nicely by the man at desk. Good WiFi. Shower a bit tight but good water pressure. Construction across street impacted access to hotel slightly. We stayed nine days. Quite affordable in my opinion. The only thing I did not like was the pillows. They were very thin.

Great value for a nice large room. Very friendly helpful staff. We loved walking around locally and to the Old Town too.

This is a great place to stay. Hotel and rooms were clean. Great place to stay with families.They have a breakfast buffet at the hotel that was really good.The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly. You can buy train tickets at the front desk.The neighborhood is really nice and quiet with a lot bakeries nearby. They are a lot of good restaurants nearby too.Easy walk to the S bahn and U bahn.

It's about a 5-minute walk from the subway station, but it's in a residential area, so it's quiet, but there's nothing around.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und besonders Reichhaltig- es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei- Preis -Leistung passt vollkommen!

Wir waren für eine Nacht in München und das Hotel war dafür super. Es ist zentral gelegen und sowohl Ubahn, Tram als auch der Bus fahren in der unmittelbarer Nähe in 15 min zum Hbf. Das Frühstück ist klasse und es gibt eine grosse Auswahl. Wir würden es wieder wählen.

I mean the price for a single that included breakfast buffet could not be beat. Yes it was further outside the city cetner than I would have liked and yes public transportation was close but not right outside the door, yes it was a little beat up (lift rug needs replaced, little bleach stain on room carpet, dinged up door -- but did I mention the great price? Front desk staff is friendly but breakfast crew is a little non-personality. Please play some music in the room for breakfast because the silence is deadly. Nice breakfast buffet, and the updates to the bathroom and cabinetry is very nice. Please replace the hotel room doors. They are made of paper and the halls echo so it gets really loud when sound carries. My bed was kind of weird because as you can see in the photo it had a very limited headboard and the nightstand was a far reach. A little odd but I survived for the price. Coffee maker, electric kettle and teabags, cooling refriig but only space really for the hotel mini bar stuff.

Quarto super confortável, banheiro limpo (tinha umas sujeiras no lixo mas ok), roupas de cama limpas. O café da manhã é delicioso, tem várias opções de comida, tudo muito gostoso. Atendimento da recepção também super bom.

Although our reservation was for and it has been mentioned in the confirmation as 1 double bed + 2 single beds, we had 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Apart from that everything was fine. Very good breakfast.

Comfortable room. Good amenities. Good breakfast at a reasonable price. Close to transit lines and convenient to Autobahnen. Excellent rest next door.
