Lo mejor es el desayuno, la ubicación y la atención del personal. Está muy bien para ir andando al centro. En la esquina está la estación central de trenes y tiene combinación con tranvía y metro. I was in Munich for a football match. Two nights at the hotel. Early checking was ok. Room was clean. Basic stuff but fine. TV wasn’t so good, but we weren’t there to watch that. Not a bad location - next to main station. Pool is disappointing. Up on 6th floor. No steam room. Would we stay again? It’s a Yes. All ok.

Amazing location! I love Munich and it’s my 4th time visiting the city. The hotel was great. One thing I must say is they have a gym but only with a few equipment and nothing else. And they charge you 5 euros. It’s the worst gym you will ever see, and they charge. If they charge 5 euros, it gotta be better. That iswhy we didn’t use it. Other than that, it was amazing!

Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Abundant water hot enough to use in a hot water bottle was appreciated! Staff were very helpful. Buffet breakfast was great. We could easily walk to anything we wanted to see in Old Town from here.

The room was dirty, there were stains on the carpet, furniture and mattresses and the doors of the wardrobe were filthy. There was black mold in the bathroom. We complained that the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work and the bath plug did not drain and they did nothing about it. We had to ask 3 times for extra pillows before we got any. The beds were uncomfortable and overall it was dirty grungy and nothing worked. I would not recommend

Overall room was clean, however there was a lot of dust under the bed. The man on reception, when we arrived, had a bad attitude. He asked us to complete a form and then walked off and left us to complete it. He didn't tell us anything about the hotel e.g. breakfast times, where the pool or gym is etc. You also only receive one bottle of water on arrival rather than receiving a bottle of water for each day of your stay. It would have been nice if the bedrooms had tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was very good.

The room was comfortable and the AC worked really well during a heat wave! The breakfast was fantastic and filled us up until mid-afternoon. The only bummer was the shower, which had a terrible design making it impossible not to flood the bathroom floor with every shower… and therefore there was some mold in the shower. I hope they can renovate these!

The hotel was nice and the front desk people were helpful and polite. The cleaning people, however, did not refill tissues and leave new washcloths. I called down to the front desk for more washcloths and they brought up hand towels. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, and not a good variety of places nearby to eat. There was no coffee in the room, our biggest complaint. I think if you pay more, you will get a coffee machine. My sister had one in her room.

The hotel itself is nice. Nice reception area. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, clean and roomy bathroom, wonderful shower with high water pressure. We had a refrigerator, but no coffee machine or water cooker. We requested a water cooker from reception and they delivered one to our room so we could make coffee/tea (but there were no cups so we drank it from the glasses in the room. The safe in our room (#216) did not work - we were disappointed in that. The hotel is located easy walking distance to the Hbf and the Viktualienmarkt and the pedestrian shopping street. The BMW Museum was accesible by the UBahn. Taxi from airport to hotel (before we knew about the UBahn) was VERY expensive. The area around the hotel was walkable but not nice (table dancing business and casinos nearby, as well as many people asking for money - sad). Breakfast at hotel cost more money than we wanted to spend - there are 3 coffee/bakery businesses within a 5 minute walk from the hotel and we enjoyed them!!

From check-in to check-out things went very smoothly. The room was fine and a typical 3-4 star hotel very close to the main train station. Wi-Fi was fast and free, beds comfortable, laminate flooring, coffee machine but we asked for and received a kettle to make tea etc. Mini bar was overpriced and we did not use. Hanging space was ample for a short break. Ventilation and A/C were fine. Breakfast was quite busy on all days and the hotel seems to be used as a stop-over by coach tours etc. Selection of food was good though and the staff were great. Did not visit the pool or gym. Close to the U-bahn station and main station which is undergoing massive refurbishment. As always with main train stations, there was a more 'seedy' side of people in the area, which made us wary, but no problems encountered to be honest. Happy with the choice.

The experience was as expected and the room was comfortable besdie the pillows that was flat and uncomfortable. The only issue was that the WI-FI didnt work on the backside of the hotel where my room was located and had to go the lobby alot to connect to the WI-FI. Additionally they only give you one bottle of water at check-in and have to purchase more bottle water for your room if you need it. The hotel is very close to Munich Grand Terminal and was in walking distance (2 mins). Also was close to Old Town as well (5 mins). I would recommend this hotel again and if ever back in Munich would stay

Excellent hotel close to the main station but also excellent for access to the main areas. The hotel has spacious rooms and was very quiet when we stayed. The breakfast was fine but a little pricey for us for everyday so we got breakfast from the Richart bakery in the station most days. For the most part the property was great and staff helpful. The one low point on this trip was my temporary mobility challenges - I cannot walk and have a knee scooter to assist with mobility. We had spent time in the lobby bar multiple nights and the last night I was there, one employee in particular decided that scooters were not allowed. Despite the multiple times I tried to explain I had a broken leg he was not having it. I went back to the table with my wife in disgust at his approach to the issue where he followed me back continuing to berate me in Serbian. I tried english, spanish and I don't speak German - his response, Serbian. I finally said to bring a manager and he disappeared. Rude, weird, and frankly - unacceptable when someone cannot walk.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We like it because the rooms are nice, sizeable and clean with air-conditioning. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It has a nice bar and a swimming pool. Breakfast is good and varied. Location wise the hotel is a minute walk from the station and a 5 to 10 minute walk from the shopping and old town area of Munich.

Staff was unpleasant, when we checked in they made a huge deal like they are doing us a huge favor by checking us in early but than charged for a 1.5 hr early check in. There is a strip club right next to the hotel, there are escorts that stand right in front. Walking in the evening is very scary and unsafe, we had people walking up behind us asking for things. The inside is “ok” but does not make up for the outside or the staff.

Didn’t have my reservation available! I want a full refund. After paying $1500 they didn't have my reservation. Then paid another $700 for anothe reservation! The clerk looked and saw nothing was saved under my name and proceeded to charge me another rate.

First the location next to the train station is perfect. It is also easy walking distance to the old town. The room was large, clean and quiet. Check-in was quick and easy. There also was a laundromat a few blocks away which was great as we are on a 3-week trip. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel for the walkability to different locations around Munich and accessibility to public transportation. It is across the street from the main Central Station. We did find that there is a lot of construction in the area, but still able to easily get around on foot. The immediate neighborhood was a little run down, but there was an awesome German restaurant (München Stubn) right around the corner. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The area around the hotel has some casinos and adult clubs that add to a big city ambiance. It was a culturally diverse area. As advertised, the hotel was quiet, it appears to be geared more to business traveler and shorter stays. But made a great home base as we explored Munich and took day trips. The rooms were nicely appointed with a table and chairs, desk, tea kettle and coffee cups that worked well for our instant coffee, a small refrigerator and adequate storage space. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was not included in our package, but we ate there a couple different days. There was a good variety of food. The piano bar was also a nice place to stop for a drink, but they only have a piano player there September - December according to staff. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
