The location is very close to the centre of Munich so very suitable, and 5 minute walk to the closest underground station. Street parking was limited so we opted for the underground hotel parking which was quite expensive, but probably normal for hotel parking. We don't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. I did find the bed a little too firm for my liking. I would have liked a small refrigerator in the room which they did not have.We are fans of the Accor Hotel chain.

I would stay again. Price was decent for what you get, although rooms aren’t very big. The car park is very narrow and hard to get in and out if you had anything bigger than a sedan or small suv. Walking distance to train station that goes direct to main areas. Only thing was the morning we were checking out noticed that the roof may be broken in one part of the panel. When we were packing up our stuff the one panel of the roof collapsed . No one was hurt and good thing it was not long u til we were leaving

It is a typical European small room but it’s ok. The room is clean. The mattress is too soft and makes noise when we move around. We have two blankets on a double size bed. The only complaint that we have is the sewage smell from the bathroom. I was awakened at 2 am by the smell on the first night, the smell got lesser as days went by to the 3rd night as we always turned off AC and opened the windows in the daytime.

We booked this hotel on short notice since our original hotel was not very nice. Very clean, spacious rooms and great, knowledgeable staff. Hotel is very close to train and bus stations. A little further away from Marienplatz but there was still a lot of shopping and places to eat close by.

Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. The window can be fully opened and the heating is quite strong. However, there was a smoke smell in the corridor and in the room. Not sure if it was from the previous guests. There was no fridge in the room, which could be quite useful

It was nice and clean and quiet. I've stayed there before and will stay there again. I would give it a 5 instead of a 4 but in this room the heat was way too high no matter what the thermostat was set at. It's a shame to waste energy but we had to open the window to cool the room. Also the shower didn't drain well and it overflowed onto the floor.

Schon oft im Merkur übernachtet aber noch nie in einem solchen Zimmer. Duscht man steht im nu das ganze Bad unter Wasser vorausgesetzt es ist Seife im Spender,die Grundreinigung des Zimmers lies sehr zu wünschen übrig . Vielleicht haben wir beim nächsten Mal mehr Glück.

This is a very quiet hotel if you get a courtyard room. The room was overly hot and we couldn’t regulate the thermostat. Breakfast is pretty good but I wouldn’t say it’s worth 20 euros.

We did not choose breakfast as there are cheaper options outside of the hotel, but obviously not a buffet. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a kettle and teas available. No fridge, miss having one for storage as it was 35C. Good location - 7 min walk from underground, but we walked daily into Marianplatz which took about 40 minutes. Close to the really beautiful English Gardens.

Great location. rooms are very well insulated and quiet and don't hear the traffic noise. I struggled with the mattress quality as too soft for my liking. Bedding seems polyester what also didn't contribute to a good night sleep. I don't have an issue with large pump bottles in the bathroom but recognised here again that there are not well maintained. Anyways, would recommend this.place to any traveller .

Its important to know that a standard room faces a busy road. If you are a light sleeper , then it is worth paying the extra for a garden room which faces away from the road. The hotel is very near tram and bus stop. The staff and customer service is friendly and polite.

Habe leider ein Zimmer sowohl direkt am Aufzug als auch direkt am Treppenhaus bekommen, das sehr hellhörig war. In der Nacht wurde durch andere Gäste laut im Treppenhaus gebrüllt. Ein Mitarbeiter hat sich erst nach meinem Anruf an der Rezeption um den Fall gekümmert.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Mercure Hotel in München Schwabing als Zwischenstopp verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Ein später Check-in nach 23 Uhr war kein Problem und wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern, mit Standardausstattung (TV, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, WLAN). Das Bett war bequem und insgesamt waren wir voll und ganz zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Empfng war kühl sachlich ich fühlte moch abgefertigt. Frühstück war sehr durchschnittlich besonders die Auswahl der Nahrungsmittel. Mein Foto dürfte meine Wahrnehmungen verstärken. Wie soll jemand der nicht jung und gelenkig ist diesen Notausgang im Falle eines Falles nutzen? Ich konnte kein Foto hinzufügen als fas System beständig nicht funktionierte.

I've stayed at the Mercure a few times in the past as a traveling BMW employee, and was pleased to find as a leisure traveler it's retained its same good quality. It's a great location, clean, quiet and friendly. Breakfast buffet as it should be (loved the weisswurst!) My only complaint was the steep cost increase due to Oktoberfest. But I know all hotels in MUC gouge during the fest. Stay here when the fest is over.

A equipe é atenciosa e eficiente, nos deram um quarto mesmo chegando antes do horário do check-in. O quarto estava limpo e organizado. Tinha uma mesa com cadeiras para pequenas refeições, chaleira e amenidades. Infelizmente não tinha frigobar. O café da manhã é um pouco caro pelo que oferece e se comparado com a varidade de outros hoteis da rede Mercur.

Not much option in dining Staff not helpful My first day I wait for room almost 4 hr I come from long flight 13hr and ask me to give room early with charges but he didn’t agree and ask me to wait until afternoon
