It is a nice hotel and staff are helpful the only issue is it’s a little out of the way and hard to figure out how to get there on the bus line.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, mostly residential. There are supermarkets at walking distance, but I did not check for restaurants in my one-day stay. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel with lines during the day and one line during the night. I had to go to the airport during the night and took this night bus to a station of the S8 train, so the hotel was very convinient for that purpose. The room where I stayed had air conditioning, which was very good in the hot weather, and all basic amenities. People from the reception were always nice and helpful. The hotel was very good for the price and I would certainly try to stay there again if I return to Munich.
