Ein schönes Hotel mit einem guten Service. Allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen. King-Bett gebucht zwei Einzelheiten bekommen. Um 12:07 einen Anruf bekommen ob wir verlängern wollen weil Gäste schon da wären und sie das Zimmer unbedingt brauchen. Ein bisschen unfreundlich. Ausstattung sehr alt. Badezimmer nicht zeitgemäß. Sehr sehr kleines Zimmer. Wellness Sauna Bereich auch sehr klein und erst ab 16 uhr auf. Nur 3 Liegen und diese sind im Durchgang zum Fitness. Overall keine 350€ wert und kein 5 Sterne Hotel meiner Meinung nach. Bei 5 Sternen erwartet man mehr. Bin viel in Hotels unterwegs.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The room (with balcony) was beautiful and had a free minibar! Food was unreal and even had a spa day there. Would highly recommend 👌

The hotel and the entire staff were 5 Star. The restaurant and bar were beautiful and the service and courtyard were fantastic. Location was walking distance to the main attractions in the city. Safe at all hours. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.

Fantastic hotel for a multi-day Munich visit. The service is phenomenal. As for the Michelin-starred French cuisine restaurant...even our picky teenaged kids loved it! The location is a big plus. A short walk to the U-Bahn (about 800 yards) and then you'll be two stops from some great shopping and site-seeing. Only downside is the gym...don't expect too much!

Teils ist das Personal sehr freundlich, teils etwas unterkühlt. Das Restaurant ist sehr durchschnittlich, keine gehobene Küche.... vielleicht ist Letzteres ja auch nicht erwünscht. Sauberkeit ist für mich oberste Priorität. Leider war dies nicht der Fall. Die Zeit, die den ausländschen Zimmermädchen pro Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt wird ist auch extrem knapp bemossen. Daher verständlich, dass eine ordentliche Reinigung des Zimmers auch nicht möglich ist. Jedoch verschmutzte (braune Flecken) wände rund um die Kloschüssel & die Klobürste sind für mich nicht tragbar! Das Hotel ist sehr veraltet und schon etwas heruntergekommen.... Teppiche in den Gängen verschmutzt, Möbel in den Zimmern abgenutzt, Türe zur Küche auf Grund der häufigen Benutzung verschmutzt und abgenutzt, Aussenfassade bröckelt, etc. Bis auf die Toilettengeschichte wäre das Hotel ok, wenn es mit 3 Sternen versehen wäre. Spielt ncht in der selben Liga wie das 4 Jahreszeiten oder der Bayerische Hof! Mann muss allerdings auch sagen, dass die PReise auch viel niedriger sind als in gewöhnlichen 5 Stern Hotels.

A loose tile right above the toilet bowl that could fall; the shower wall has stained grouts and dysfunctional sliding door with broken gasket, no fan in the bathroom; taking a shower created a steamy fog and condensation on countertop; the bananas in the welcome bowl had darkened peel and brown inside. In the restaurant, you needed to go knock at the kitchen door in order to get an attendant to help you order, two out of the three times of my visit to their restaurant. Indifferent front desk staff members. We stayed there because of the good reviews online but are completely disappointed by this expensive 2024 Michelin Key property. The only positive element for the hotel was the nice location.

Rooms are gorgeous and exceptionally clean. Our check in was great with one of the staff members showing us different rooms so we could choose where our family would stay. We booked three rooms. Two of the three were exceptional. One room had no air conditioning the first nigth which was frankly quite miserable. When I asked for a credit toward the first night stay for that room only, I was told by a different staff member they don't do anything to compenste, but would give me breakfast for two o our six family members. Based upon what I spent for three rooms, I would have thought this would have been handled better. Property is beautiful. Most of the staff was amazing and very helpful. Would reccommend...just check the air before you commit to the rrom, especially when there is a heat wave!

The staff is very professional and the room was clean. Unfortunately the bed was 2 twin beds pushed together. The room was amazingly tiny as was the bathroom. And the location for our purposes was in a horrid area. No real services or sights easily within walking distance. And a mental hospital next door was the icing on the cake. We left after one night and went to the Kempenski property Vier jahretsein. Since we had booked the munchen palace online with Expedia the entire 4 day booking was lost. But the Vier Jahreitsen was extraordinary.

This is our new favorite hotel. Before we arrived, my wife was worried that the hotel was not in Old Town. We found that it was only about a 15 minute walk (or 7 minute taxi ride), so still very convenient. And the neighborhood is fantastic--best restaurant and high-end grocery store within 1/2 block (both named Kafer). No chain restaurants are allowed in the neighborhood, so all locally-owned. Service was fantastic--Markus the lead concierge gave us great suggestions. The room was also amazing; comfortable, spacious, and stylish. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again.

The entire staff were excellent. Rajna at the front desk was particularly helpful. They offered great area suggestions, were very professional, and even mailed to us in the US lost sunglasses. We have stayed here previously and we highly recommend this property.

Their facilities are top notch and clean, nbut it is their staff that go the extra mile for you. We had an issue with a lost piece of luggage on the train that they helped us resolve with a minimum of frustration. That was much appreciated.

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht ! Es war Wiesn Zeit und ich verstehe völlig dass das Personal im Stress ist und es auch Kunden gibt, welche sich nicht so benehmen wie gewünscht! Ich erwarte dennoch dass das Personal selektiert und die Kundschaft welche sich vernünftig verhält auch so behandelt. Die Rezeption / Personal hat mich an einen Türsteher in einer drittklassigen Diskothek erinnert. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt zur Wiesn in einem anderen Hotel übernachtet und alles bestens gewesen.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Munichs best area. Short walk to miles of bike trails and the English garden. Lots of great restaurants we ate at Chu Chin a short walk from the hotel gourmet Vietnamese try the pomelo salad.

The hotel is a very nice older boutique hotel that has been updated some but still retains its charm from yesteryear. The are was quiet and felt safe to walk at night. We were in town for Octoberfest - this hotel is 2 miles away from the grounds so not a distance you want to walk after a day of beer drinking LOL.

Super Empfang beim Einchecken. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Alles was man sich wünscht! Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gern wieder!
