Very quiet, not far from the train station (15 minute walk, a little less by tram or U-bahn) but in a much nicer neighborhood. Many options at breakfast.

Hotel was decent. The rooms were a good size. The mattresses were very hard to the point that they were quite uncomfortable and difficult to get a good sleep.
