The hotel was in a great location, but I didn’t read the reviews carefully before booking. There is no AC. When I asked, they brought a portable unit that just blew air. I also didn’t read thoroughly that the airport shuttle was for a fee. When I asked how much, they said they just call a taxi or an Uber for you. There is no shuttle. On our second and final night we were looking forward to having a cocktail at their amazing bar, but it was closed for a private event. I wish we would’ve been told that upon check-in so we could have stopped to get a drink before returning back to the hotel. In addition, the private event lasted until 2 AM and kept us up most of the night. There was some confusion with the breakfast charged, but they made it right. All in all just know going in that there is no airport shuttle for free and no air-conditioning. The dinner and drinks in the lounge were amazing and the staff were wonderful.

The staff of this hotel was very helpful and welcoming. Everything was great and it's perfectly located near Marienplatz. The only thing was the shower was in the room and not in the bathroom, the shower head started leaking at 5AM waking us up. Otherwise we love it

The breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the yogurt, cheese, and omelet—they were really delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable—soft and cozy. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was very clean. I highly recommend it!
