Nice place and good people

Booked family room for 4, with 2 double beds. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Spacious bed. The shower head works well, but without a proper curtain you have to be careful, otherwise water may leak onto the floor. Ventilation in bathroom is weak, so the bathroom can get a little stuffy after shower. Carpark is convenient and spacious space, just that weekend maybe full in the middle of the day if there is event at hotel. We waited for 15mins to get in Hotel area is convenient, has convenience stores, coffee shops, drugstores and some good restaurants within 2-3mins walking distance

The people in Japan never cease to amaze me with their friendliness, politeness, and exceptional hospitality. This hotel was outstanding in every way—from the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness and well-maintained amenities, including the gym. I truly have nothing negative to say—everything was excellent. I would gladly return again.

My hotel room smelled like 2nd/3rd hand cigarette smoke and I guess the front desk didn't believe me and sent up someone and brought me an air purifier and a fabric spray. The air purifier worked somewhat but I stayed for two nights and my first was not enjoyable with the smell. However, my kids enjoyed the pool time, the gym was extra fancy with each machine having a screen to either set up goal, track workout or how to use the machine. Breakfast was okay, the pancake machine was nice but took too long when you’re trying to feed multiple kids. I’ve had better Japanese breakfast, I’ve only went for one day. It was too crowded for me. Although seating was great. I would be on the fence whether or not I would stay here again.

Very clean hotel with interior style similar to that of the U.S., which means it also has a normal sized tub for someone over 6’, and the location is perfect with Donki around the corner and an awesome yakiniku next to it.
