Extremely slow service. Not what you expect for this level of hotel. Childrens food brought out 10 minutes after adult food, poor knowledge of menu by staff, little or no soft drinks. Bars were closed during our stay due to a licence issue so you'd expect some level of compensation but nothing was offered and to top it off the soft drinks menu was extremely lacking. The managers were apologetic when we complained but it didnt make up for the short comings.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it never disappoints. Beautiful lobby and layout, so fun to ride the clear glass elevators up to the 20th floor. Nice choice of restaurants. Good spa, only complaint , which is common to all hotels I’ve seen in india is the pool is not heated so it is completely unusable.

Unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations considering the price of the hotel and spending £1000 plus in the hotel. The good points: The jacuzzi and room were great. Breakfast was nice and had a lot of choices with good food. The things that didn’t go well: No fridge in the suite, in the middle of the night I wanted some water, and realised there was no fridge – wouldn’t experience this from a room with a jacuzzi/suite – maybe a budget hotel yes but not when you’re paying 450+ a night. The fire alarm went off early morning, - my wife suffered from a migraine attack that night because of the fire alarm that went off – then we couldn’t get back to sleep after – night was spoiled. In the massage room the air con was on and it was freezing in the room, only noticed halfway through the massage that the towel was not covering the whole body. The massage itself wasn’t worth the price the lady I had didn’t seem to have any experience on how to massage. ( have massages once every 2 weeks) Mizumi the restaurant was nicely decorated, but the service to bring the food out was slow, we ordered 3 small dishes and 2 big dishes, it took them 25+ minutes to bring the 2 big dishes once they collected the 3 small dishes. Asked for cutlery took another 5-10 minutes on top. When we checked out we mentioned all the points above and they didn’t know the fire alarm went off. Wouldn’t come back after this experience

The hotel is conveniently located in CP. My kids enjoyed the pool and steam room, both in well maintained condition. Dinner buffet was nothing like a 5 star hotel and was average at beat. Nothing stood out in breakfast buffet either. However, very kids friendly and overall good experience.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Right from the moment I arrived, they took great care of us. The luggage was moved to our room and the staff explained everything. Room was clean and well maintained. There was a minor issue with the AC in the room not functioning effectively but was remediated soon once a complaint was made. Breakfast was excellent and featured various multi cuisine dishes ranging from South indian to American. Staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Llegamos después un viaje de 14 horas, llegamos cansados y al llegar al hotel hay que pasar una revisión de bolsos y equipaje (jamás había visto esto) Llegamos a Recepcion, la persona que nos atendió con cara de pocos amigos, poco amable y demoró mucho en darnos la habitación, a una pareja que llegó al mismo tiempo le asignaron habitación entre 5 y 10 minutos, con nosotros demoraron media hora. Estábamos tan cansados (llegamos de noche) que nos fuimos de inmediato a dormir. Al día siguiente noto los detalles de la habitación, la habitación estaba sucia. Había como un mueble de piel que se nota que no habían limpiado en años, algunas cosas oxidadas, los muebles de la habitación se veían viejos y la cama no era muy confortable. Pero estábamos en La india así que decidimos irnos a conocer, al regresar pude ver que la limpieza en general del hotel no era de 100, tal vez un 90 y los Baños del área del lobby estaba sucios y apuestos, así que esos con calificación de 0 en mi piso, seguramente tuvieron un problema con el drenaje porque había una zona donde apestaba literalmente a caca. El restaurante de abajo (solo fui a ese) muy limpio y el personal fue fantástico, súper amables y atentos Me he hospedado en esta cadena de hoteles y siempre ofrecen buena calidad en sus hoteles, este es la excepción, no lo recomiendo

Booked this room as per the pictures shown and the location in itself. While the check in staff were extremely helpful & polite. Until the point we saw our rooms. It was a big disappointment, the floors had creaky panels, everytime you took a step it creaked loud enough to wake your partner. The bathroom doors were dirty and stained, not wiped in a long time. The toilet was equally old, wash basin and taps were definitely not the best. Honestly this wasn’t 5 star interiors. But I must mention that the staff and the service was much better that many other 5 star properties. Room service and housekeeping guys were excellent & deserve praise.

Sehr gutes Hotel fußläufig vom C.P. entfernt. Sehr modern. Zimmer in schlichtem, aber hochwertigem Design. Frühstück und Restaurant prima. Doof finde ich, dass die Klimaanlage im Zimmer immer wieder automatisch auf 19 Grad einstellt. Das ist Energieverschwendung und eh zu kalt!

Arriving very early morning in Delhi, we wanted to be sure of a good welcome, so opted for Le Meridien and we were not disappointed. The room decor was rather tired but it was very clean with an abundance of bottled water. We opted for inclusive breakfast which was plentiful with great variety and good quality. We dined in the hotel one evening which was excellent, the buffet was quite expensive so opted for a la carte and were happy, it was very good and quite reasonable. The location is excellent, India Gate to the south and Connaught Place to the north, both very walkable if you are happy to ward off the street hawkers and tuk tuks.

I was able to request a driver to meet our flight and that made the start of our stay easy. Check-in was great! The wait staff and food at Le Belvedere is excellent - Thai, Chinese. The view of the city is wonderful at night - pink lights on Parliament and other building.

The stay was pretty much good and comfortable stay though breakfast need more improvement as the variety of the food was not that as I was assuming the breakfast should be it was repeated they after day no thing was change in the breakfast as the hotel is charging a good sum of money to that it was not expected from this five star property variety of the options should be there as we have ordered pan cakes but the taste was not that great so the breakfast need a improvement I have stayed many five star properties across India they offer new options on every other day.
