We enjoyed our 3 night stay so much The view was amazing from 25th floor Walking distance to restaurants and casino and falls attractions Staff so friendly and helpful We stayed on lobby floor with no view but it didn’t matter we were so close My friends all complimented me on finding such a great place Would stay again in a heartbeat We did valet Well worth it

I’ve been to Niagara Falls three times, in a different hotel near the falls each time, and this one is definitely the best. The view from our room on the 27th floor was superb, clear views of both the Horseshoe and American Falls. As well as the great view, the room itself was spacious and very clean and quiet. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here and would book again if I’m here again.

Hotel was fine. Clean, and average price but breakfast at IHOP was priced ridiculous. Bacon, eggs, toast and a coffee over $100 (including tip).

The receptionist was so helpful, and friendly, I mistakenly booked one room not two she went to a neighbor hotel and spoke with the manager to find us a room
