The major problem I had was that the water temperature in the shower was sometimes very cold and sometimes very (I mean very very) hot! Not so nice, and indeed dangerous. Otherwise: bed was good, breakfast is very good. To bad that the restaurant is not open on Sunday evening. Frozen pizza is not my thing, and there are no restaurants nearby. You need to get into the city to find a restaurant. Nice park near the hotel.

Room was acceptable and clean. The showers have a dumb design, and “clean only by request” is also dumb. This should really be asked or pointed out during the check-in. Also, try not to get a room next to the staircase, the fire-protection doors are very loud every time somebody enters your floor. Staff was super nice and competent

It was convenient to the Stadium where events were held. It was central, cabs came quickly. Front desk staff were efficient, all staff were pleasant. BUT, the service in bar and dining room was very very slow. They should have staffed up for the events in the city. And for an American, not being able to take out a cup of coffee is crazy. The beds were of good quality, Jr. Suite was very suitable for me. Parking was expensive and not secure. No evidence of security around the hotel and parking area. But that could just be the way things are. And I should have been able to get my ACCOR points. I did not because of booking thru Expedia. Website did not show availability for my room, Expedia did, why was that????

Hotel was clean. Parking can be difficult on weekends. Nice walkable areas around and shopping close by.
