The hotel was fine but I cut my stay early and left after one night because it’s impossible to sleep. There is a nightclub on site that plays music loudly until 3am. I can’t undertake why they have this - completely goes against the hotels positioning as a luxury boutique relaxing experience. Management refused to given me a refund for the night I didn’t stay. The gym and spas is also non existent (two treadmills in a tiny room) and the service is as basic.

If there was an airport shuttle, no one made me aware of it at the hotel. Other than that i have no complaints. The staff was very accommodating.
