Les Suites Hotel Ottawa

The suite was very spacious and comfortable like a 1 bedroom apartment. Would recommend it for long term stays as the kitchen was fully functional. The location was convenient for all the sights, walking distance to Byward Market and the Rideau Canal.

Great hotel, great location. The only drawbacks were painfully slow elevators and being on the floor where the pool is located. Screaming kids early in the morning and up to 10pm.

The hotel was a great experience. The two bedroom suite came with all the utensils and dishware you need in the kitchen. There was a dryer and washer in the room, however, the washer ruined some of our underwear. The dryer worked with no issues. There was dish soap and dishwasher soap provided with the hotel. The bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were spacious. Having two bathrooms was beneficial. The pool was warm and good for the kids. The only downfall of our stay was that there was rarely towels available at the pool. One evening we had to go back to the hotel with no towels. However, our overall experience was amazing and we would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel in a good location but my room was a bit disappointing. I did like that I could walk up the stairs to my room & back out into the lobby (stairs went to the 4th floor). My room was a corner room (406) with a lovely view. However, it overlooked a busy intersection & the windows are very poor for sound proofing. I was up early with the traffic daily. It was quite busy/noisy & the walls didn't seem very sound proof either. The room was really dark & the television is poorly located - very difficult to watch from the bed. Otherwise fine - bed was comfortable, room spacious, with fridge & some kitchen supplies. Staff friendly & accommodating with a late check out. Price good for location near ByWard Market & Rogers Conference Centre.

I sayed for 5 nights. I made good use of the kitchen. Made dinner only 1 night but made breakfast and a lunch to go daily. Suite was very clean and spacious. The one remote operated the tv in the living room and bedroom. Laundry facilities were convienie t as I did laundry the night before departure. Friendly and accommodating staff.
