I was surprised that a Holiday Inn didn't have coffee out in the lobby. However, the front desk agent more than made up for it by grabbing me a fresh cup from the attached restaurant！ The shower water pressure was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the A/C cranked。

The staff at the check in desk were extremely helpful with information walking to and getting around town and also when we wanted to visit the Canadian Museum of History (spectacular) and a must see museum. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff there work very hard attending to the customers and even though they were swamped when I was there, they always had a smile on their faces and were very accommodating. Their coffee is excellent!
