A beautiful property with numerous amenities. I stayed for a week in a suite with a private garden. Spacious accomodations, impeccably clean, and a pleasant decor. My morning highlight was always the included breakfast buffet. Numerable tasty selections. My dinners at Firefly and Alto were also very enjoyable. Resort staff are all top notch, very service oriented, and quick to respond to your needs.

Loved our stay at the Pavilions. Staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, food was good (esp. breakfast) and having different restaurants / bars on-site was nice for when not wanting to travel out in an evening. Pool and ability to get around the huge site with buggies / off-site with the beach shuttle bus was a bonus too. Seemed to be a lot on offer through the hotel in terms of happy hours, themed nights, and activities, but a heads up that these often need booking in advance - our only very minor disappointment was that we missed a few of the activities as hadn't realised we'd needed to reserve! Would definitely return as rooms were big, clean, comfortable and had big baths, good showers, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Hillside location provides stunning views. Ocean View Pool Villa was spacious and had an amazing private pool - Definitely worth the upgrade. Spa Pool Villa also spacious but completely different feel. Quite dark and tired. Needs a refresh. Outdoor pool area was excellent. Pavillion Suite was very spacious however the balcony/outside space was very disappointing. Staff were outstanding especially Prae, Louise, Anthony and Wut (buggy driver with excellent local knowledge). Hotel does require work after Covid shutdown but they are currently in the process of doing this work. We enjoyed 360 bar and Firefly breakfast/dinner/room service. Quiet location with the option to go to bars and restaurants within short taxi ride suited us perfectly. We would definitely return to The Pavilions Phuket.

Utmärkt hotell med fantastisk service, bra rum, fint poolområde och tre bra restauranger. Enda minuset är att det ligger lite off och det går inte riktigt att promenera till stranden. Hotellet erbjuder dock kostnadsfria shuttles.

Lovely place to stay. Bit more on the expensive side when it comes to Thailand. Great facilities. The 360 bar with amazing views the pool was fantastic and the food great. Just didn’t like them adding tax and other fees to the bill of your food. Never seen them do this anywhere else in Thailand. Other than that great stay.

Stayed in a 1-bedroom villa. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in my lifetime. Would come back to piker just to stay at this hotel. There were on-call buggies that drove us to whichever destination on the property. Exponentially elevated my experience here.

A bit disappointed as the overall room condition didn't meet the standard! Some minor issues including feeling a bit dump inside the room, only acceptable cleaning condition, a bit out of dated room condition, blocked toilet (reported the issue and got it resolved quickly by the staff), etc. The hotel was also very strict re the 12:00 check out time. We arrived very late at the night so requested 12:30 check out (extended by 30 mins only) but the hotel couldn't accommodated the request. Another disappointment! For nearly £190 per night, I had expected a minimum 4 star plus standard but the overall condition of the hotel room failed far from that.

Beautiful property. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Mattress was softer than typical in Thailand. Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Well-maintained pool. Transportation to other rooms and restaurants on-property was easy and generally fast, unless they were very busy. Food was delicious. Drinks (alcohol) were okay. Not far from elephant sanctuary and shopping. Farther from scuba points. Beach is a short drive. Would stay again.

Our stay at The Pavilions exceeded our expectations and made our vacation to Phuket memorable. We stayed in a villa with a private pool and in room spa option, which I would highly recommend taking advantage of. Our room was more than we could have imagined and we always came back to a tidy room and clean towels, which was refreshing after a long day. At the beginning of our stay we were introduced to Louise at breakfast who is apart of the guest relations team. She had the perfect suggestions for excursions and even suggested the top places to see on a day tour of Phuket. She made a point to say hello to all of the guests staying at the Pavilions every morning and to make sure everyone was enjoying their stay. After speaking with Louise, she introduced us to Andrew, another member of the guest relations team. Let me just say a huge thank you to him for helping us plan out our activities from the perfect excursions to “instagram able” spots on our day tour. It was very refreshing to have someone so attentive and positive during our stay, thank you so much! As said previously, we had the most relaxing in room massages by Nuch and Peaw. These women were very professional and ended with an herbal tea tasting in our living room area once the massages were complete. Finally we would like to recognize Wut, who showed us the best places around Phuket on our day tour. He always made sure to check on us throughout the week in case we needed anything , which we greatly appreciated !

Fin anläggning rent övergripande. Dock fanns det en väldigt jobbig lukt i vårt rum som gav oss huvudvärk- osäker på om det var alla doftpinnar som satt utsatta i hela lägenheten. Varför gör man det - fanns det en annan otrevlig lukt att dölja. Trevlig frukost, ok mat i Firefly och 360. Vår upplevelse av 360 förstördes av de som sjöng. De var inte dåliga men ljudet var otroligt högt.

従業員がマスクをしていないことに非常に驚きました。全くコロナ対策がなされておらず、宿泊者も誰もマスクをしていない状況でした。日本はまだ帰国にＰＣＲ検査が必要なので、そのような事情ももう少し考えて欲しかったです。 部屋は非常に広くてよかったのですが、プールや部屋の清掃がいまいちされていなかったりして少しがっかりでした。 また、これは仕方ないことですが、部屋の外の小さな池にカエルがたくさんおり夜はうるさいです。またヤモリが結構いるのと、室内にクモがいて正直落ち着きませんでした。施設周辺の竹がなんだか暗いイメージの施設にしています。 結構高かったので、期待していたのですが、その前に止まったインターコンチネンタルホテルの方が綺麗で安かったので、残念な宿泊になりました。

We stayed three nights in our own villa. At first, we were presented with a villa that was not the same as the one we had booked. Thank god, we finally got to the right villa. The villa was nice and clean. The mood of the first day was lowered by a snake that we saw at our pool, the staff went to catch it, and a cockroach that we caught inside the apartment. Although we have traveled a lot on the different islands of Thailand, we had never encountered a snake at the accommodation before. I would have expected that a five-star hotel would have a better look at the yard areas, especially since the snake came towards us as soon as we arrived at the villa. I recommend the hotel if your goal is to sunbathe in your own peace.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful and the staff were so friendly. My biggest complaint would be the wifi. We had to constantly reconnect every minute or so but I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property with lovely service and delicious food. We ate at all three restaurants, Firefly and Alto were both very good and recommended. They offered excellent service and delicious food. The front desk was always willing to help. At times it appeared that they could use an extra hand but they alway maintained their composure. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the villa and highly recommend it if relaxation is your goal. We just wish that Thailand wasn't so far away.

Very comfortable resort hotel nested on a hill , surrounded by nature. Our suite was big (>50sqm), well appointed. Service is excellent. From restaurant, to reception, buggy drivers and housekeeping, they all made sure we had a memorable stay for our wedding anniversary and my birthday.

Hillside location provides stunning views. Ocean View Pool Villa was spacious and had an amazing private pool - Definitely worth the upgrade. Spa Pool Villa also spacious but completely different feel. Quite dark and tired. Needs a refresh. Outdoor pool area was excellent. Pavillion Suite was very spacious however the balcony/outside space was very disappointing. Staff were outstanding especially Prae, Louise, Anthony and Wut (buggy driver with excellent local knowledge). Hotel does require work after Covid shutdown but they are currently in the process of doing this work. We enjoyed 360 bar and Firefly breakfast/dinner/room service. Quiet location with the option to go to bars and restaurants within short taxi ride suited us perfectly. We would definitely return to The Pavilions Phuket.

Stayed in a 1-bedroom villa. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in my lifetime. Would come back to piker just to stay at this hotel. There were on-call buggies that drove us to whichever destination on the property. Exponentially elevated my experience here.

A bit disappointed as the overall room condition didn't meet the standard! Some minor issues including feeling a bit dump inside the room, only acceptable cleaning condition, a bit out of dated room condition, blocked toilet (reported the issue and got it resolved quickly by the staff), etc. The hotel was also very strict re the 12:00 check out time. We arrived very late at the night so requested 12:30 check out (extended by 30 mins only) but the hotel couldn't accommodated the request. Another disappointment! For nearly £190 per night, I had expected a minimum 4 star plus standard but the overall condition of the hotel room failed far from that.

The Pavilions Phuket was a home away from home. I was treated with care and respect from the time I checked in until the time I checked out. My flight was scheduled well after check out time and I was still given access to the property and amenities. I plan to stay here every time I'm back in Phuket. I felt like family. Thank you to everyone that I have come in contact with during my stay. I loved every minute!

WOW. Wow. Wow. A 5-star rating is simply not enough. The hotel grounds are quiet, beautifully landscaped, and serene, and the care the staff pour into their guests is simply unmatched. We felt appreciated and cared for from the moment we arrived at the lobby to check in til the moment we reluctantly had to check out. CHOM, the guest relations manager, is a pleasure to communicate with and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for the best possible stay. And it really couldn't have been better. She even helped coordinate the retrieval of a bag I left behind on a tour the night before leaving Phuket, so that I could have it in time for my flight the next morning. She didn't have to do this, but she did. And that's what makes Chom and the whole team at The Pavillions so special. The villas are wonderful, but it's this care and attention that makes the guest experience so memorable. I wish I remembered the names of everyone on the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with so that I could celebrate them here; Ploy and Florence were always kind and responsive whenever we called the front desk, Molly & Sauw's massages, O.M.G., and everyone that came to our villa to either pick us up or deliver bottles of water, pillows, or room service was thoughtful and respectful. There isn't a day that's passed since we left that we haven't wished we were still there. No matter what vacation experience you're looking for, I can guarantee you'll find it here.

Jättefina rum/villor men skicket såg aningen slitet ut. Servicen var under förväntan när man ringde. Fick ringa 3 ggr för att beställa mat på rummet för dagen efter, lika många ggr för städning efter maten (för att undvika apor) och när de kom och städade undan bordet lades allt utanför dörren till dagendärpå.

I stayed as recommended for a wedding nearby, however, I'm not sure if this is the place for me. The check in process was not as smooth as I expected and I did not receive my room until 4pm (having arrived at 11am). The rooms were fine and clean. The showers and sinks kept clogging and my family had multiple rooms here and reported the same issue. The inconvenient part was having to request a car/buggy every time just to go to the lobby in order to order a grab to leave the hotel. Breakfast was okay and walkable from the room. The pool looked nice but sadly, did not get a chance to go in.

Choosing a hotel to stay in is not easy! There are so many options but I have to say that this was easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are spacious, villa-like, living room, bedroom, two bathrooms. The entire complex is ginormous. So big that you need to call a buggy to pick you up and bring you to reception / lobby area. Service was amazing. Big thank you to Wut, Meaw, Golf and so many others at The Pavilion. They made a huge difference to our stay. Some of the nicest people we've met. Gym, pool, breakfast was great. My only tip for travellers is to think about activities you want to do in Phuket, because the hotel is isolated up north - so to get into the city, you'll need to ride a 30-40 minute taxi. But the commute wasn't a problem for us! Thank you The Pavilion for your hospitality!

Beautiful property, exceptionally attentive and courteous staff. Only thing to consider is how far it is from everything and know that for a taxi to come get you and take you even 10 min away to a beach, you're looking at at least 400 Baht one way, Unless you book them by the hour at 600 baht /hr.

The Pavilions Phuket is the only place I will stay at in Phuket. The rooms are spacious, the facility is immaculate, the on site restaurants are A (the breakfast buffet alone is enough to make me want to fly back for a visit LOL) but the best part of the Pavilions is the staff. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel like royalty and are extremely kind and responsive to any requests…all done with a smile. Fin anläggning rent övergripande. Dock fanns det en väldigt jobbig lukt i vårt rum som gav oss huvudvärk- osäker på om det var alla doftpinnar som satt utsatta i hela lägenheten. Varför gör man det - fanns det en annan otrevlig lukt att dölja. Trevlig frukost, ok mat i Firefly och 360. Vår upplevelse av 360 förstördes av de som sjöng. De var inte dåliga men ljudet var otroligt högt.

Amazing property, one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. Pristinely clean, luxury service and beautiful small touches. The private pool was appreciated on hot afternoons. The entire hotel property is huge, and requires buggies to move around. Breakfast is delicious and extensive. 360 bar views are beautiful. Access to a beach club on BangTao beach, with daily shuttle services. Beach is stunning.

Clean room! In room spa is amazing! The staff was so helpful and very attentive. The resort is a little far from the beaches, but the staff is very helpful with recommendations and there’s a free shuttle to Bang Tao and the Villa Market.
