The reception staff is not very friendly, then we booked inn our rooms were not done yet, I didn't get a key or a remote, some of the cleaning staff had to go back and bring it to me, the beds are very hard and the maintenance of the whole resort can be brought up to date. The Restaurant is however lovely, the resort can definitely do with some maintenance but is very safe for the kids to play on their own.

Nice accommodation although needs maintenance. Great kids activities but spa closed down. Coffee shop closed down. No breakfast served.
