The staff have no interest in you getting a good night’s rest. Unfortunately our room was near reception and the dining room. All night the staff were shouting, making noise, clapping (some were watching a game on tv perhaps). Even in the hallway right outside our door they were shouting. Asking them to quiet down did no good. I think it just emboldened them. My wife and I hardly slept. I’ve never dealt with such noisy hotel staff. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you’re hoping to get some sleep, which is what you’re typically wanting to do when you book a hotel by an airport.

Location was good the idea was tom have a rest after 30 hours flying and pick up our rental car from the airport the next day. Even thou this is a very large hotel our room was situated on top of the gigantic commercial extractor fan system,them the noise was constant. If you are using this booking system request to be away from it otherwise with jet lag is very hard to sleep. We enjoyed our breakfast. Staff was friendly.
