The location of the hotel is great. I was very satisfied with the service and staff. The hotel has a wonderful garden. After getting tired from sightseeing during the day in Prague, being able to relax in the greenery in the evening is an amazing opportunity. They offer a lot of complimentary treats, and they even gave me a magnet as a gift. The only area for improvement is that the room I stayed in didn’t have air conditioning, only a fan. In summer this may be a problem. If I come again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

I really liked the location of the hotel. I knew it was close to the centre but it was right in there so it was really easy to go around. Also the receptionists are young and cheerful all the time. The hotel is a bit smaller but it was alright. There is a nice garden and bar. It was a bit louder because the streets are filled with tourists but it gave it a nice lively vibe

Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, brilliant staff, generous welcome drink, outdoor terrace was also great. Location in the old town makes walking around easy. It is the simple things that hotels do to make a stay fabulous. This hotel is everything you want and more.

Das Superior Zimmer war wie angegeben. Es war sehr sauber und geräumig, jedoch ist das Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, aber hellhörig und aufgrund des Altbaus ist keine Klima vorhanden weswegen es in den Zimmern ziemlich warm wird. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist erste Klasse.

Most of the staff but one were lovely. The hotel itself was ok except there was no ventilation other than a small fan. Though it said aircondioning was available when I booked there was in fact no air conditioning in the room. We changed rooms because the first was too noisy on top level both from outside noise and also from the corridors. Though one of the staff a lovely man was kind enough to move us to the third floor on the second night, the noise was still a problem from outside when leaving the window open. It was extremely loud with a bar nearby. Plus the room let in noise from the corridors. On the morning of check out opened the door on us while we were in bed before 8.30. Twice I saw people urinating outside the hotel. I definitely would not stay here again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel is in great location, service was great . The room (#409) at the 4th floor with two twin beds was very small and outdated. Carpet was dirty (see picture) the desk with the TV was tangling (not stable). The pictures on the website of a two twin beds room don’t represent the actual room we got

Since our arrival we have received great service. We really felt like we were fully taken care of. The location is superb! The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. Breakfast was amazing. If we ever are in Prague again, we will definitely come back.

Front desk person - Alexandr - gave us great dinner recommendations and was super helpful in helping us figure out travel plans! Great hotel located walking distance to all the main tourist sites. Our room didn't have beds side by side, like the picture, they were on opposite sides of room, but it still worked well. Good shower pressure (important to us).
