Mooie kamers, heerlijk ontbijt. Wel massaal maar zeer grote ontbijtzaal, verder zeer zorgvuldig bijgevuld. Greep geen enkele keer mis. Genoeg koffiemachines Parkeren prima onder het hotel tegen betaling. Alleen wifi zwaar onder de maat, moest met mijn hotspot vanaf mijn kamer werken

The front desk and housekeeping were wonderful. Front desk was very friendly, provided information and was responsive. There is also the eden wellness spa located in the hotel and they were also equally wonderful. The breakfast buffet was good as well.

Great hotel with great location. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very accommodating allowing us to check in early and store our bags with no hassle. Drinks at the lobby bar were delicious - I recommend the watermelon mojito! Tram stop is outside the hotel and the Florenc terminal is a short walk away. Old Town about 15 mins walk away too.

We got the specialist room in the deluxe room for for of our family we had a great balcony with view of the city. The WIFI signal in our floor fas faulty. It was a great experience.

Overall, the property was just ok. Outside it is very loud and very busy. It is right at a tram/bus stop. Inside the lobby it is nice, clean and modern. As for the room. We had a 2-room suite which looked very nice, but the furniture was awful. The bed and couch are rock hard. They really need to do something about this. We will not return and cannot recommend for this reason alone. Shower only has small 1/3 pane of glass wall, so water gets everywhere while bathing and tub wall is up high so it’s hard to get in and out and it's dangerous without any type of hand hold or grip. Breakfast is why people seem to book this place, and I have to say it was pretty decent with a ton to choose from. The staff was my favorite part of the Grandior. Everyone was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

My biggest issue was being unable to control the temperature in the room. It was set to 25°C. For me this was too hot and when I questioned it at the front desk I was told it's winter so I don't need to cool the room down. Their suggestion was to keep the windows open except that a) we overlooked a busy main street so was noisy and b) the windows opened into the room and could therfore not fully close the curtains at night. Unfortunately for me the room was incredibly uncomfortable at night although the rest of the hotel was ok.

We stayed at the Grandior Hotel in Prague over the Christmas holiday and had a mostly pleasant experience. One of the highlights was the hotel’s convenient location. The tram station is right next to the hotel, making transportation very easy. Additionally, the city center is within walking distance, about 10–15 minutes depending on your destination, which is a great perk for exploring Prague on foot. However, there were some aspects that fell short of expectations. The beds were a major disappointment. We were given two single beds, which were small and uncomfortable. For a short stay, this might be manageable, but for a two-week visit, it was far from ideal. Having stayed in hotels that provide queen beds with comfortable mattresses, I really felt the difference and struggled to get a good night’s sleep. Another issue was the cancellation process. I needed to leave a day earlier and requested the cancellation of the last night a week in advance. Despite notifying the hotel, I later received a call from the front desk saying I had to make the cancellation through Expedia, which was quite strange. When I logged into my Expedia account, I found I couldn’t make any changes because I was already checked in. The whole process was confusing and frustrating. It’s baffling that the hotel relies on a third party for changes.

At the reception I was met by friendly administrators. Since the room was booked in advance, filling out the documents and handing over the key to the room took a few minutes. The room is large, cozy and clean. I was glad to take a shower after a long flight. In the lobby of the hotel there is a cozy cafe where you can drink coffee and have a snack. Breakfasts at the hotel have a large selection of dishes, the restaurant hall is spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the live music, the musician played the piano. The location of the hotel is very convenient for walking around the city, almost all the sights are within walking distance. I highly recommend it!

Upon arrival we were informed they were moving us too their sister hotel, the grandium, due to an overnight flooding emergency. Our stay at the grandium was very good. The hotel was comparable although we would have preferred to stay at the grandior for is locality and is reason I chose it. The staff at grandior comped us lunch for inconvenience and that was very nice

My wife and I loved this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly both from check in/check out and breakfast service each morning. The breakfast was amazing and one of the best we have ever been to, which included bubbles on entry if that is what you desire when on holidays. The room was just spacious enough for 2 which included a desk, small table and reading chair. The bathroom is a great size with plenty of space. The staff had set up a towel arrangement on the bed for our arrival as we were travelling for our honeymoon which was a great touch. It is a short 10 minute walk to the old town square and well connected by trams with a stop right out the front of the hotel. I would highly recommend The Grandior Hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The staff is just rude and not accommodating. We included in our booking that we would arrive a little early, but they still made us wait until noon even though the room was already available. It’s just not convenient if you’re a traveler coming from another country.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful while I was there.The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities one would expect. The location of The Grandior was a major plus as all forms of public transport are just outside the door and 20 mins gets you to the centre of the old town.
