Super hotel

My stay the Hermitage in Prague had been just amazing. The location was perfect. Close enough to be able to walk into the Old Town and beyond, but in a quiet location, close to amenities. public transport and lots of restaurants.My room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast had a great variety of choices and all were delicious! The staff were wonderful and particularly worth mentioning were the staff on reception who went above and beyond to be helpful, flexible and sincerely interested in helping visitors with any issue big or smile. Can't say enough about my wonderful stay at this hotel.

Amazing hotel in great location. We found the location perfect for us, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great didn't try the restaurant as were "up town" each day and night as only a 20 minute walk, though if you don't want to walk the number 7 tram stop is literally outside the door. If we go back to Prague we will stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Very close to the tram. Food was excellent. Great gluten free options including separate bread and muffin for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
