It's a great hotel with limited facilities included in the price. Spa and sauna even if it showed on the booking website that they are included, they were run by a separate provider so in consequences not included in the price. Breakfast was mediocre to basic. The single bed for my child had a fault and if you moved too much it will start to fold. Probably not going to stay at this particular hotel again.

Great hotel with great location and great value for money. They could use better curtains for daytime to cut light though. Due to my jet lag I was sleeping during th day but rooms were a bit too bright even with curtains. Had some issues with the in room safe but staff was prompt to resolve these. breakfast is very elaborate and worth the price. Hotel has a great restaurant and also spa and ATM so very convenient.

Top sauberes Hotel und die meisten Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich. Die erste Mitarbeiterin hat uns abgewimmelt, weil wir 50 Minuten vor der Check-In Zeit da waren. Grundsätzlich nicht ungewöhnlich, aber es war wenig höflich. Dann keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten, nur das benachbarte Parkhaus zum Schnäppchen-Preis von 40 EUR pro Tag.

A nice hotel in a great location we were made to feel welcome by the staff. The bar was very busy and short of staff, long wait for service and not big enough for the amount of people wanting to use it. Lots of people sitting around waiting for transport when checking out. It’s not five star. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. No bedside storage just a table with a lamp. Overall it’s a nice property but not luxury.

Standard room overlooking the roof of the restaurant. Building work each day outside from 7:30am. Stuffy room so had to ask to have window opened (and sign a disclaimer), once it was opened it couldn’t be locked again without the key, so open for sleep as ac was ineffective and noisy in morning. Housekeeping varied, one day the bathroom wasn’t touched but the other two it was cleaned. Bath/shower very slippery and no hand rail, only a towel rail which was hanging off due to being used as a handrail. Breakfast busy but excellent with soooo much choice. Beer and staff in bar were good. Location excellent.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. Also, I found it strange they did not empty the bin in the bathroom or the main room for the 3 nights we were there. Check in was super quick and the room was lovely. The bathroom was the best bit, very spacious sno an amazing powerful shower. If you're travelling with hand luggage only, it's perfect because there is shampoo and shower gel attached to the wall over the bath and hand wash and body lotion attached by the sink. You get a little bottle of conditioner and a shower cap as a 'welcome gift' There are items in the mini bar in your room for you to buy, you scan the QR code there to see the prices. Breakfast was plentiful, selection of hot and cold foods, omelette and waffle station, pastry section, cereals, fruits, cheeses, meats, salad and for any dairy intolerant people, about 5 free different dairy free milk options.

rooms are incredibly small. the window, even with drapes pulled tightly, lot of light came through illuminating the rest of the room. the shower head sprayed water all around it, maybe lose? and sprayed all bathroom. phone did not work so couldn't call the front desk for assistance. maintenance was not available to fix issues in my room, so I had to spend the night in a room with lots of light coming through window and without taking a shower after 16 hours traveling. the manager was absolutely gracious and helpful the morning after, offered to move me to a sister hotel if any available rooms, but sadly there was not any.

Everything was somewhat fine. The things that bothered me was: 1. The toiled mad massive noise when opening and closing it. In a close hotell room, this makes it very annoying and uncomfortable 2. The shower is in a bathtub, and the cover to keep the water from the floor is not good enough at all. It leaves the floor very wet when taking a shower. 3. By having a bathtub, and not actual shower, the showerhead is very low, and could be higher.

The Grandium was a really lovely hotel at first glance. The rooms were nice although one of them didn't have the twin beds I requested. The lobby and dining area was really nice and clean. The garden restaurant had incredible food and the staff who served us were nice and polite, however service was a little slow. The other staff at the desk were quite abrupt. This attitude seemed to spread through other areas for example with regards to the dressing gowns and slippers which had such stern warnings against theft, we were too afraid of wearing them in the room. The breakfast was a little disappointing particularly as there were no labels on any of the foods which was difficult with dietary requirements, I would also say it's dangerous for anyone with allergies. Similarly, other guests were just mixing up the spoons across different items which contaminated them. None of the staff seemed concerned by this. While nice, I probably wouldn't have wanted to be there for longer nor would I stay there again.

Rooms, hotel and location is 10 out of 10. The bar was very busy on Saturday, even we got a table but ordering was quiet an ordeal, after the 3rd attempt we got what we wanted(just a small negative point) nothing what could lower the rating

On arrival they wanted an extra deposit to cover the cost of mini bar incase we stole something? The room was a constant 23.5 degrees as the airconditioning was faulty (+ no aircon / ventilation in bathroom working) We asked to be re located which was not possible unless we accepted two single beds in a disabled bedroom. We asked if someone could open the window in the room as per the instructions on the bedroom window..The answer was an emphatic NO unless we completed a waver form (see photo) where we would be responsible for any damage caused to the structure / fixtures and fittings of the hotell including injury to staff. At this point I asked them to return my money and cancel the booking as the room was not as advertised and uninhabitable. They explained that as I had booked through 'Expedia' they would only return a single figure sum of the three figure sum we paid for the booking. Are 'Hotels.com Expedia' OK with this level of service and extortion?? As a potential customer would you risk booking this hotel or using Hotels.com? Looking forward to receiving a reply from the hotel and/or Hotels.com. Not to mention the dust everywhere below eye level see bedside table for example.

The hotel is ok and the food is nice. All the beds are twin size,even in the suite,which is just absurd. We landed at 9 am and didnt get the room even one minute before the check in at 3pm. Also late check out is charged by the hour (10 euros per hour)

Hotel is very nicely done up, close to the railway station and our room was large, comfortable and really quiet. The breakfast buffet was lovely - had a freshly made omelette! A real bonus was that proper decaffeinated coffee was on offer. T y.

Café da manhã ótimo, com muitas opções, sempre repõe nada falta. Quarto muito limpo, espaçoso, hotel é bem bonito, funcionários simpáticos. Faltou TV smart para as horas de descanso. Cortina não é blackout o que deixa o quarto claro pra dormir.

Perfect location, just a couple blocks from the main strip and walkable to the St. Charles bridge. Very good breakast with a wide variety, nice happy hour in the bar downstairs. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit.
