Really nice stay. Very clean. Two negatives - Tried to enjoy the pool - it was so cold!!! Not enjoyable at all! Over the weekend of our stay there was a big business conference at the hotel which we were not told about on booking - they took over the entire ground floor! Difficult to sit in lobby without getting surrounded by people networking!

The room and quality of the food couldn't be faulted. Service was also impeccable. However, I couldn't give it 5 stars because overall the hotel just feels too big and impersonal. The sheer number of rooms made the check-in experience rather daunting - although the staff did their best to keep the long queue happy with cakes and glasses of fizz. By contrast, the swimming pool and sauna area was surprisingly small and often very crowded. Fine for business, less so for a relaxing city break.

This hotel is so beautiful. All the amenities you could need are available. 24/7 restaurant, spa, bar, exec lounge and the cloud 9 cocktail bar is outstanding. Walking distance to everything and easy to get an Uber.

Nice spacious rooms. Big hotel so prepare to walk a lot if you get a room that’s between two elevators. Easy to locate. Breakfast had a lot of options, even for the picky kind. Spa facilities were nice and clean. Overall a great experience

Hôtel propre et plutôt bien situé (15min à pied du centre, et à 2min du métro). Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Salle de sport (ultra bien équipée!), piscine et spa inclus dans le prix de la chambre (massages en supplément évidemment). Je recommande fortement pour un séjour à Prague !

Staff do not speak Czech or English(most of them).Breakfast very good.Wellness was disapointing as womens sauna closed and very small swimming pool with screaming kids...lovely hotel but for these reasons will not use again as we specifically pick to use Wellness in Winter time....

Hotel was perfect! Room was clean, quiet and spacious, and even though we had windows towards inner court rather than city or river, due to the size of hotel lobby that we were looking at and glass roof it didn't feel 'confined' at all. Service was impeccable and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the largest we have ever seen with huge variety food and drinks. Gym and spa area were also great, although they didn't have hot tub which is something you'd probably expect in hotel like this. Hotel is also conveniently located in the walking distance from old town, castle and other amenities. The only objection we may have is that parking is rather expensive. Except for parking, you get a lot of value for money as hotel itself is very reasonably priced compared to what it offers.

The rooms were very loud and you could hear everything from the other rooms / hallway. Furthermore every night people were talking etc to 1 o’clock. The cleaning was also not good. On the positive side are loads of parking, good breakfast and nice location. All in all would only stay here again if you need the parking. Otherwise there are better options

The toilett was not well cleaned there were hair on the floor when we came (was not removed but we got a voucher for coffee and cake). The windows werent cleaned either. The Team was very friendly though!

The hotel grounds is really nice, as was the room and staff. I don’t normally have negative things to say about a hotel but: 1. The check in process took almost an HOUR - I’ve never seen a line like that before. There were a lot of staff too, and once served it didn’t take long at all, but the queue was massive. 2. Water pressure in shower was weak 3. The minibar wouldn’t open and despite raising it to the front desk, no one was sent to come fix it

First and foremost the rooms have poor noise isolation. I heard every car passning by and there was some sort of buzzing in the room which prevented me from sleeping. It's not 5 star quality. However, visually the rooms and hotel looked nice but I prefer being able to sleep rather than having a nice room... If the rooms were quiet this review would have been closer to 8-9/10

The hotel is at a good location but the air conditioning in this hotel is a major let down .even after setting a temperature of 19 degrees the air conditioning never went below 21. Considering that it’s a Hilton , I expect this hotel to improve the air conditioning and when a customer sets a temperature, the air conditioning should do the job. If the hotel is not doing this purposely to save the costs, they should do a through testing .Also this hotel is very expensive.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. We stayed in a family room which was adequate in size but there was only one shared bedside cabinet between the 2 double beds. This meant that one person in each bed had no nightstand which was inconvenient. The bath was worn and tired looking and needed an update. There was a separate toilet which was good for a family room but it was small. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The pool was nice but busy as it was Easter weekend. For smaller children there was no shallow area, the pool is one depth of 1.55 metres all over.

The bathtubs are worn out, they need renewal. It cannot be possible that a bathtub is wornout deeply when people step in to shower and they have not change them. It is unacceptable.

Located far from town you have to walk through several major streets to get to places of interest. Poor staff attitude. Receptionist gave us wrong room number and when I went back, instead of apology, she says “just talk to my colleague.” Bistro service slow and attitude poor too. Toilet has got to be the worst design I’ve ever seen. Access constrained by a sink and an in-swing door with a handle that catches your cloth as you walk in. You cannot get in if you’re big (no more than 2 ft clearance by my estimation). Toilet paper constantly falling off the holder….

We showed up 3 hours prior to checkin and were advised our room was ready, however a $90 USD early check in charge would be needed. We stayed at the Hilton Old Town in Prague and they did not ask for a fee for the same service. The front desk did let us drop and store our bags until checkin though.

Dennoch gibt es Punkte, bei denen noch deutlich nachgebessert werden muss: Frühstück: Die Auswahl ist vielfältig und qualitativ hervorragend. Leider war der Service beim Frühstück sehr belastend. Das Personal hat einem die Teller förmlich aus der Hand gerissen, obwohl noch Essen darauf war. Man konnte das Frühstück kaum genießen, was ich als sehr störend empfand. Zimmerausstattung: Für den Standard des Hauses haben wir kleine Details vermisst. So fehlten beispielsweise Hausschuhe und Hygieneartikel wie Ohrstäbchen im Badezimmer. Rezeption: Das Personal war freundlich, jedoch gab es Sprachbarrieren. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn durch kleine Flaggen-Symbole am Namensschild kenntlich gemacht würde, wer welche Sprache spricht, um die Kommunikation zu erleichtern. Fazit: Ein schönes Haus mit viel Potenzial, wenn der Service etwas entspannter und die Ausstattung kompletter wird.

First the staff was rude but later on compensated with executive lounge passes. Check-in was 3pm. We came at 4pm. I requested a room with the view. the front desk lady said she'll see what she can do. Made us wait saying that room is getting cleaned. Got the keys at 4:30 assuming the room with the view was assigned. But it was not. Called the front desk and the manager was apologetic and compensated by giving the executive lounge passes.

Great stay overall , but I want to acknowledge most the concierge who was able to arrange an awesome trip for me in less than 30 minutes, with private pickup at multiple locations and really helped me maximize my short visit.

Excellent location. Near the train station, McDonald’s and a 10 -15 minute walk to the city square and some shopping malls. It was busy at the hotel due to a McDonald’s convention and McDonald’s people staying there. The staff were invaluable and nice. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. I like my room to be cold, which helps me have a good night's sleep, but for some reason, the air conditioner would not go cold even when I had the temperature set to 17 °C. It looked like it was set to only air and we had no control.

The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was very nice. The room was clean and all you needed, my only critique was the mini bar fridge was locked - I didn't intend on using products from the mini bar but it would've been nice to keep my water cool in there. Hotel was well looked after and looked like the pictures online, sometimes the hallways were a little messy from people ordering room service but again this is only a minor issue. The breakfast buffet was great, many options and all tasty, the service was also great

Helpful staff, accommodated many requests we had. Great complimentary coffee station and option to take away croissant from breakfast with bags available for this. Delicious food, excellent service in sports bar with staff remembering how we all ordered our drinks
