Avoid if you can. I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The reception staff were inconsiderate, rude, and lacked basic hospitality. The biggest issue was the misleading information regarding the gym and pool. Hotel.com describes the hotel as offering gym and pool access, but this is not included unless you pay extra for a “Wellness Package.” In my opinion, the additional charge is excessive and the way this is presented is misleading. I tried discussing this with the management, but their response was simply to contact Hotel.com, saying that it was not their problem. I found this response extremely disappointing and shocking, as the hotel should take responsibility for the services and facilities it advertises. The breakfast was also below average. On top of that, serving staff were seen eating themselves while guests were having breakfast, which looked very unprofessional and awkward. Additionally, there were construction works right across the building with continuous noise early hours. Overall, the hotel gave me a very unprofessional impression. I am also surprised by some of the other very high ratings, as my experience was completely different. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Please be aware that unless you purchase the Spa package even the use of the swimming pool is not permitted unless you pay extra. Breakfast was just ok, hot breakfast like beans and sausages were tasteless and watery. But they were very nice and let us check in much earlier, also bag storage was possible. The location is really good, you can see the Metro station from the hotel and it takes 15 minutes to the centre.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The parking lot was expensive, and the rooms did not have a refrigerator, so we had to buy a pot and get ice from the hotel bar.
