auf dem Titelbild ist ein Poor. Aber freuen Sie sich bitte nicht zu früh. Sie müssen dafür über 20EUR Eintritt bezahlen, wobei Sie Hotelgast sind. Weitere Nachteile: schlechtes Location, teure Parkgebühr. Ich war mehr als 50 mal in Prag gewesen. Das Hotel was das schlimmst bisher.

The hotel's elevators are famously terrible, but everything else about it is very nice. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with good views, great covered parking. I've been there three times and will be returning.

We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment.

es sind nur Kleinigkeiten die den insgesamt positiven Aufenthalt trüben beim Checkin wollte man eine Zusatzgebühr für das Fitness Fitnessstudio war aber im Katalog bei Hotels.com so nicht kommuniziert wird und sie haben mir das Fitnessstudio beziehungsweise den Wellnessbereich dann geschenkt die Frühstücksleistung ist ordentlich aber vom 22. Stock im Hotel gibt es nur drei Lifte die hinunter fahren man wartet zuerst eine gefühlte halbe Stunde dass der Lift überhaupt kommt und dann fährt man vom 22. Stock jedes einzelne Stockwerk ab und braucht gefühlt nochmals eine halbe Stunde. (der vierte Lift war außer Betrieb?) am letzten Tag hat die Zimmer Karte meinen Zimmer Safe nicht mehr öffnen können. zwei Techniker haben mehrmals versucht das Problem zu lösen in kurzer Zeit hat auch der Manager mitgeholfen und es war dann in nützlicher Frist das Problem gelöst. ich habe meinen Zug gerade noch bekommen. alle sind sehr freundlich und im wesentlichen sehr professionell das Essen ist wirklich gut und die Lage nahe an der Metro Station ist auch okay. ich habe das Hotel wegen des Fitnessstudios und dem Wellnessbereich gewählt beides okay das Schwimmbad ist relativ klein das sollte nicht ein Grund sein ins Panorama zu gehen.

Der Pool auf dem Foto macht einen beeindruckenden Eindruck, aber in Wirklichkeit ist er ziemlich klein. Es gibt nur 12 Liegen, und der Whirlpool ist so klein, dass maximal vier Personen hineinpassen. Leider ist die Nutzung des pools auch noch mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden.

Rigtig godt hotel med en god beliggenhed. Meget tæt på shoppingcenter og transport. Der er en fin pool og gode fitnessredskaber. Der kunne dog godt være mere opsyn med hygiejnen ved brug af poolen.

3 Tage Parken für 68 Euro ist eine - sagen wir mal: Frechheit. Da wird die "Not", die Alternativlosigkeit, mal so richtig ausgenutzt. Das Hotel war, wie ein Hotel eben so ist. Frühstück in Ordnung, Unterkunft sauber und aufgeräumt.

Watch out for the parking fee and on site breakfast prices. Cost of my stay increased 100% after these two expenses. Spa is not high quality, but the gym is well equipped. Therapists are good. Hotel is generally not modern, somewhat worn down. But it is a fine place to stay for a few days. Just park on the otherside of the road ;) Staff was young and very polite.

Good standard Hotel, excellent location close to Metro, large shopping centre with food court. Additionally for an extra charge you can use the Sauna, Steam, Swimming pool and Gym. Note staying in a superior room, breakfast costs extra. It may be included with other rooms.

My stay at this hotel was generally good although the rooms had a very foul sewer kind of smell. I bought air fresheners and that would only work for a matter of hours. This was not just the case in my room but my family members room too. On the positive, the staff were lovely and the bar had a great selection of drinks.

The room is clean and tidy but the facility in the room is quite old. The shower is hard to switch to , the drain stopper of the bath is leaking and the hair dryer is too old that it is super weak for drying long hair. The pillow is too soft and flat , not supportive at all.

Close to mall. But hotel rooms are not updated with new comfort options. Heating and cooling was not working and fan was not running which made the room stuffy. Front desk solution was for us to open window which made the room cold. Had to call front desk many of time to get this resolved.

Booked a double/king-size bed for our wedding anniversary trip but on check in told they were all gone so only single beds available when I complained I wouldn’t have booked if I’d have known I was told it would be sorted… got to the room & 2 single beds had been pushed together it was so uncomfortable on our stay as beds kept separating throughout the nights, also room was facing a very large office block so could not open curtains as everyone could see in. There was some kind of chimney/ boiler outside window which rumbled 24 hours very noisy! Would not return to this hotel.

Beyond amazing service. We needed 3 rooms, but only managed to reserve 2. Hotel contacted us regarding 3rd room and made sure our issue was solved, they offered an extra bed and upon check in provided an amazing breakfast.

Hotel is right next to metro so great for getting around. There was sone construction goinf on but I'm sure that will be donw soon. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was great. Lovely bed ans linen. Super all round.

We really enjoyed out stay at the hotel. Libor who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and used the 20% off voucher we were given during check in. The staff at the restaurant were equally as friendly. The free bread and condiments were a nice extra. Our rooms were upgraded to the executive rooms. The views were great and the bed was very comfortable. Good selection of teas and coffees were provided and the complementary bottles of water was a nice addition. The two only negative points was in the bathrooms. The bathroom taps in both rooms were very stiff and hard to open and turn off. Also the shower head in my bathroom wasn’t the best, still worked but the water dribbled out. The shower in my friends room worked well so we had one good working shower. Overall, our stay was very good and we are happy to return

The hotel is great value, excellent service, staff and a nice bar and swimming pool. It’s a bit dated but was clean and the staff make up for that, being so friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a business / conference/ shopping area. 10/15 min uber in to Prague old town was reasonable.

Nice Hotel, clean and good views across the city. Breakfast was varied and open from 06.30. Hotel is some distance from the main part of Prague but good transport links exist, although the metro didn't seem to be well sign posted.

the AC is not AC, just a fan blower. Heat did not work, I was told there is no heating season yet. Parking at $25/day - what a joke. Breakfast is expensive. They used to have better breakfast selection.

The hotel was great only thing I did not know is with my roomtype I could not enter the swimming pool. If looked at my reservation and nowhere it was mentioned that I could not. That was a pity. And diner was bad, tasteless and over cooked. The room was fine and bed was good.

good location and a good hotel for the price. The cost of the breakfast is just too expensive. 480 kc for the breakfast is just too much. Better to walk the 100 meters to the Mcdonalds next door and have breakfast there.
