This hotel had a unique interior design and was recently renovated a few years ago. Also, was easy to walk everywhere from here. Wenceslas Square about ~5 mins and Old Town Square was about 10 min walk. Parking is limited you will have to buy a pass online with the city for street parking. Overall would stay here again at this location in Prague.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Mosaic. The hotel is pretty and unique, the beds are comfortable and rooms are fairly spacious. The staff was very helpful and kind. We used the spa and had great massages. Everything was great with a little bit of noise from adjacent rooms one night, but hardly an issue.

Super well located, it really shows how they put attention to the last detail. I could've stayed a whole day at the hotel without even going out to the city. Go for the breakfast included option, you won't regret it. I even had a massage at the spa, the service was on time and exceptional. This is a great place to come back to after a tourist's busy day.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It has very unique touches around the hotel and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I rented out the sauna for an hour and it was very reasonably priced alone with a very luxurious relaxing hour. The area is very walkable to sights and transport.

L'hotel è molto pulito e curato fin nei minimi dettagli. La camera era luminosa, silenziosa, confortevole e dotata di spazio per il relax, nel nostro caso il balcone con vista sulla città. Ogni dettaglio è pensato sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. Ci sono due possibilità per la colazione, una a buffet e un'altra nella caffetteria. Noi abbiamo provato la seconda, più economica ma buonissima e variegata. La caffetteria è collegata ad un salotto e a un ballatoio biblioteca dove è possibile rilassarsi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a dare consigli. Anche la posizione è strategica, 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, e adiacente a una fermata dei tram molto servita. Anche la metro è a pochi minuti a piedi.

Notre séjour au sein de l’hôtel s’est très bien passé. Le personnel a été très agréable, ils ont répondu à nos questions. Nous avons pu avoir notre chambre en avance et laisser nos bagages à la conciergerie après avoir rendu notre chambre. La chambre était propre, assez spacieuse et bien décoré. Toutefois, notre chambre était située à côté des escaliers, du coup nous attendions les gens qui parlaient dans le couloir à des heures tardives.

I loved this hotel! I stayed for 7 days at the Penthouse West. It has a beautiful terrace surrounding the modern and comfortable room, plenty of light, and stunning views of Prague and the castle in the background. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtful. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast is good (not the best I've had). The Mosaic cafe, the library, and the interior patio provide plenty of peaceful places to stay and work. The location is great, close to the river and the clock tower, walkable to every attraction, but far enough to avoid the crowd. I would stay here if I came back.

Lovely hotel, great location. We had a superior room with balcony so had brilliant views across the city, it faced the back of the hotel so was really quiet apart from some ongoing works in the surrounding areas, which didn’t bother us as Prague has quite a lot of work ongoing at the moment. The room was cleaned every day and the water, both still and sparkling replaced, which was a nice touch. The only very small negative we had was the inability to lower the temperature, the in room leaflet had advised it was set to 21 degrees, ask if you needed it turned up, we found the room incredibly warm at night, I guess we could have perhaps asked to have it turned down but like I say, it was a very small negative for an overall excellent stay and would stay again.

Fabulous hotel within easy walking distance of all the key sights in Prague. Very well equipped rooms, with extremely comfortable beds. The best part for us though was the silence and the darkness! With shutters on the windows, it was almost impossible to know whether it was night or day outside, and the great insulation meant it was also very quiet - best weeks sleep in years 😁

This was a very nice hotel until you try to sleep. The bed was very hard. I booked this hotel based on the very comfy beds. I'm not sure what is considered comfortable but the mattress itself was NOT. My husband & I both had very difficult time sleeping. The bed caused lots of pain and sleepless nights. We did talk to the front desk and they added a topper that was no help at all.

First time at the Hotel, have used their excellent Apartments before. Standard double room is compact but very well presented with a spacious shower in the bathroom. Furnishings excellent, comfortable bed, coffee and tea refilled daily. A great place to stay, though central its location gets you a bit of peace from tourist traffic, yet the Metro is less than 5 minutes away. Recommended.

Very nice hotel, centrally located. The breakfast was fabulous. Staff were very helpful. We arranged transportation from the airport through the hotel. When a friend arrived the following day, we moved to the sister property called Mooo Downtown. It was a fabulous three bedroom apartment that had everything you could possibly need. I have stayed at Mosaic Design House a couple of times and never had an issue until now. I was charged for something i did not eat from the mini bar and was asked twice: are u sure? I can't say enough good thing, I stayed for a couple of night and the staff was so accommodating. My flight was late coming into Prague so I checked in late, they were so helpful. It's in a great location, plenty of food spots nearby and I felt safe. The room was very comfortable, and the amenities were great too. I had breakfast at the hotel one of the days and it was fantastic, so many options.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff went above and beyond in ensuring we felt welcomed. We received a welcome beverage on arrival, which we enjoyed in the secret garden steps out from the lobby. The bartender was kind enough to bring us blankets when it got a bit chilly. Every person we interacted with was warm and friendly. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had the most unique touches. The property is close to the river, and is a close walk to everything you want. Could not recommend this hotel enough!!

Stayed at this property 2 days recently and the experience was average at best. While the property is clean, modern, and nice to look at, it has several issues that should be considered when booking this property. One of the main things I disliked about the property was what I took as unfriendliness from some staff members, especially the front desk at check in. Most properties I stay at a “warm welcome” is customary, but this property felt like a “cold welcome”. It made approaching staff at the front desk uncomfortable and asking for recommendations on local attractions feel “bothersome”. The exception to this was the friendliness of the man working the night shift who was happy to help with the couple questions I had. While I had a good room that was modern and graceful to look at, there were a couple issues I didn’t care for. One of my major issues with the room was the shower, which had a “rain drop” shower head. The shower had very weak water pressure and the temperature control had almost no medium, either being too cold or hot. Also a dislike was the bedding, which was not one whole sheet, but rather 2 separate sheets, which made staying covered at night somewhat challenging. Overall the hotel isn’t a bad place to stay in Prague, with a decent breakfast and modern design concept. The hotel isn’t immediately located near some of the more major attractions, so if you’re looking for something close to city center attractions, you may want to reconsider. 3/5 average.

A unique treasure in Prague. The hotel is designed with so many unique and artsy features. My room (513) had a walkout balcony with a table and chairs, two comfy lounging chairs and surrounded by potted plants. The breakfast was included and had so many fresh and delicious choices. Service from the time of checkin to checkout was friendly and professional, including waitstaff and housekeeping staff. It an easy walk to Old Town and the Charles Bridge. I love that it's a completely green hotel. When i return to Prague, this will always be where I stay!

Good hotel. Just a comment about breakfast: it starts at 7:30. If you are there for business you may need an early breakfast. I had to skip breakfast sometimes even if I had paid for it. I would recommend the hotel to start breakfast at least at 7 or even earlier.
