Walking distance to main shopping area and transport but also amazing courtesy car for short 1.5km trips . Would definitely stay here again .

Many hotels in Singapore are luxurious what is different is that Artyzen has a sense of its own style with attentive staff; superb rooms that are well furnished and a fantastic rooftop pool. The food within the hotel offers a wide variety and we ate at all three offerings. The food in the downstairs cafe is incredible with the best fish and chips we have ever had.

Great new hotel in walking proximity to Orchard Road. Rooftop pool is very nice and overall hotel design is beautiful. However, as this is a new hotel that recently opened in late 2023 there are some teething issues that need to be addressed. One of the lifts were not working, upon checking in we were told that breakfast was not included in our booking when it clearly was. This was rectified promptly the following day.

Super eco friendly and the staff were all super friendly and the room is pretty nice. However, I did find a couple ants crawling around on the counter. They are also a slight bit stingy with the breakfast, as using the buffet of fruits and basic bread costs additional money. One of my bathroom lights was also flickering on and off and it was hard to figure out how to close the door to my balcony.

It took almost 10 mins to have “warm” water for shower. The water was never getting hot at all for 2 nights. The mirror with LED light has no battery. The body lotion didn’t get refilled. I was supposed to get the room checked in at 3pm but the staff only called me at 6pm to tell me I can get the room. You need to wait for quite a while for the elevator.

Fabulous hotel. Beautiful rooms, great location. Design is lovely and felt very Singaporean. Comfy beds. The glassware in the room was a special touch. One small thing was the top of one of the bedside tables was sticky and hadn’t been wiped down, but the rest of the room and bathroom was very clean.

This was one of my, if not my best hotel experience ever. The hotel itself is extraordinary, the architecture drips with tropical beauty, and the rooms represent the height of evolution. When you open the door, the 12 foot tall curtains to the balcony automatically open, presenting a view of Singapore.

Such a fabulous stay at the Artyzen. The hotel is jaw-dropping from the moment you walk in to the lobby. So beautiful. Our room was amazing - easily the nicest room I've stayed in. They spared no expense in adding in every detail possible. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is a little further away from the main areas, which we didn't mind as it was quiet and grabbing a taxi was easy.

Stayed here for 3 nights, stunning hotel. Great staff, great design, great facilities, it’s tucked in a quiet street but convenient enough to walk straight out on to Orchard Blvd for a quick bite. Everything was on point, no complain at all. Would stay here again.

Our 6 night stay was abso;utely wonderful. The roof top-glass bottom pool was a thrill. Breakfast selection was amazing and such great coffee. Rooms were such an oasis to arrive home from sightseeing. Could not have wanted for anything more. Loved it!

Gorgeous hotel, great staff, an excellent room. The rooftop pool was also nice and very quiet. Breakfast was very good, but a slight disappointment because there was no buffet (the only couple of nights on a long trip where we booked to get a buffet). But you get to choose one plate from delicious options, some fruit & muesli, and free flow of coffee/juices anyhow.

great property.. good location for shopping on orchard street.. I booked room with balcony. my only complaints are the hotel menu: especially breakfast. No great option for people who don't eat eggs.. Toast with avacodo gets old Every morning and the lunch menu left much to be desired.. No fresh vegetable dishes or salads or sandwiches. Menu trys to be to sophisticated in it's descriptions as apposed to the simple eatability of the food..

The hotel is beautiful. Chandeliers. High ceilings. Our hotel room was also beautiful. The high ceilings made the room appear even bigger. The furniture was contemporary and was very much in line with the modern feel of the hotel. The rooftop infinity pool was luxurious. The staff was responsive. Our TV did not function when we first arrived. I called Guest services and will tu in 10 minutes staff had arrived a fixed the TV. I did not like the bed and pillows-too soft. I had to sleep on the firmer lounge. Lots of construction that awakens you at 8 am in the morning. This is not tArtyzen’s fault. The service in first floor cafe was just ok. Staff made multiple errors with my order and other request despite fact there were very few patrons in the restaurant. Would have been nice to have the rooftop restaurant indoors as Singapore is super hot from sunrise to sunset.
