Amazing stay at Mooi Veluwe, the hotel is undergoing a fairly major renovation. All rooms are being updated, new carpets throughout, new beds and bedroom furniture. Made the stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant has been updated with new carpets and furniture too.

We hadden voor een simpele kamer gekozen, aangezien we alleen maar kwamen om er te slapen. Toen we de kamer binnenstapten kwamen we daar echter snel van terug. De slaapplek van m'n hond is nog ruimer....dus hebben we alsnog voor een andere kamer gekozen. Op vrijdagavond na een avondje uit nog even borrelen aan de bar is er ook niet bij, want om 23:00 uur is alles dicht.

betere communicatie betreffende de afgesloten oprit van het hotel vanaf de Garderenseweg was welkom geweest. EDat geldt ook voor betere bewegwijzering op de parkeerplaats zelf waar de in/uitgang was.

Been to this hotel several times over several years and keep coming back. Easy parking in the wooded car park, reception and bar area is close to all the rooms. Reasonable choices of food for breakfast, same for dinner too. Garderen and Putten are a short drive away, with some very nice eating places.

Good comfy beds, good service and nice decoration and atmosphere in the restaurant and bar area. Around the hotel I thought it was very dark, like very little lights everywhere but I noticed that in the whole area there so maybe that’s because it’s in the forest and lights need to be dimmed.. I don’t know. I thought it was a bit eerie bc of that. It gave a bit of a cabin in the woods feel, also in the parking area between the trees, there is no asphalt at all so it’s a bit muddy and as if you’re literally staying in the forest. I can imagine that this would actually be extra nice for some people, outdoors feel. The rooms are simple but sufficient, great matrasses and comfy beds. I would’ve liked some more luxury though and also more space in the room. For example a coffee machine and fridge and especially more space in the bathroom and a heater there, more water pressure in the shower. It was a brand new bathroom though which was nice. Overall the room was nice and clean and everything worked well, so it was sufficient.

Wat een telleurstelling! We hadden last minute een familiekamer geboekt. De staat van de kamer was bizar slecht. Oud, vies, alles kapot, overal vlekken, bedden die kraken, schimmel en roest in de badkamer, het was bijna lachwekkend. Ook de algemene staat van het gebouw werpt je terug in de tijd en deed aan als een bejaardenhuis. Het ontbijt was ok, de mensen aan de balie waren ronduit vriendelijk maar overall heerst helaas het gevoel van een volledig mislukte trip. Voor het eerst waren we dan ook blij weer naar huis te kunnen, wat een aanfluiting.

Receptie medewerker top. Eerste kamer stonk en schuifpui defect.Andere kamer gekregen wel kleiner en anders ingericht. Schoon. Ontbijt was rijkelijk en bediening top zeer vriendelijk mens.mooi gelegen in de bossen. Stoelen en inrichting gedateerd en stoelen shit bah.kapot en aan het vervellen. Alle info aan de receptie vermeld met foto’s nooit meer! Mag prijs gunstig zijn dit is het derde en laatste hotel van Fletcher wat we hebben genomen. Inrichting moet aan normen voldoen en dat doen de door ons benutte hotels niet.

Prima verblijf maar alles oogt wat smoezelig en gedateerd. Vooral badkamer heeft een grondige schoonmaak cq opknapbeurt nodig. Kwaliteit van het diner was goed.

Hotel location is wonderful. The room and communal areas were clean. The staff at reception were friendly. The only issue for us was that there is no air conditioning so the room was quite hot. We used the patio door to cool it as much as possible but it still got hot in the night. That's not a problem as we were only there one night

2 nachten hier geslapen, puur voor een slaapplek. Overdag niet in hotel geweest en/of gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten. Bed was prima, kamer voelde heel hokkerig. Temperatuur op kamer niet zelf in te stellen, geen koelkastje, geen stopcontacten bij bed (1 achter tv en 1 achter deur). Daarnaast badkamer erg klein met schimmel in de douche. Prima geslapen, maar zouden hier niet snel weer boeken.

I felt uncomfortable in the quite dark and small room, (therefore I left after one night while having booked two, unfortunately had to pay two nights) much noise outside, corridor not clean, food too fat, really expensive overnight stay and dinner price. Personnel was nice though.

Way overpriced voor wat je krijgt! Ontbijt en personeel prima. Maar that's it. Belachelijk klein en oude kamer. WC\douche ruimte te klein. Matras ingezakt en stapelbed kraakt en piept bij elk beweging. Gezamenlijk ruimtes zijn prima, maar je kamer? BELACHELIJK Gelukkig maar één nacht gebleven.

Receptie medewerker top. Eerste kamer stonk en schuifpui defect.Andere kamer gekregen wel kleiner en anders ingericht. Schoon. Ontbijt was rijkelijk en bediening top zeer vriendelijk mens.mooi gelegen in de bossen. Stoelen en inrichting gedateerd en stoelen shit bah.kapot en aan het vervellen. Alle info aan de receptie vermeld met foto’s nooit meer! Mag prijs gunstig zijn dit is het derde en laatste hotel van Fletcher wat we hebben genomen. Inrichting moet aan normen voldoen en dat doen de door ons benutte hotels niet.

Been to this hotel several times over several years and keep coming back. Easy parking in the wooded car park, reception and bar area is close to all the rooms. Reasonable choices of food for breakfast, same for dinner too. Garderen and Putten are a short drive away, with some very nice eating places.

Hotel location is wonderful. The room and communal areas were clean. The staff at reception were friendly. The only issue for us was that there is no air conditioning so the room was quite hot. We used the patio door to cool it as much as possible but it still got hot in the night. That's not a problem as we were only there one night

I felt uncomfortable in the quite dark and small room, (therefore I left after one night while having booked two, unfortunately had to pay two nights) much noise outside, corridor not clean, food too fat, really expensive overnight stay and dinner price. Personnel was nice though.

Good comfy beds, good service and nice decoration and atmosphere in the restaurant and bar area. Around the hotel I thought it was very dark, like very little lights everywhere but I noticed that in the whole area there so maybe that’s because it’s in the forest and lights need to be dimmed.. I don’t know. I thought it was a bit eerie bc of that. It gave a bit of a cabin in the woods feel, also in the parking area between the trees, there is no asphalt at all so it’s a bit muddy and as if you’re literally staying in the forest. I can imagine that this would actually be extra nice for some people, outdoors feel. The rooms are simple but sufficient, great matrasses and comfy beds. I would’ve liked some more luxury though and also more space in the room. For example a coffee machine and fridge and especially more space in the bathroom and a heater there, more water pressure in the shower. It was a brand new bathroom though which was nice. Overall the room was nice and clean and everything worked well, so it was sufficient.

Ik vond het eten eerlijk gezegd erg duur en vooral niet lekker. Ik had een tonijnburger en deze was droog. De remoulade saus leek uit een pakje en de aardappelen/ groenten op het bord van mijn zoon waren geheel overheerst door de Amsterdamse uitjes. Locatie, kamer en ligging zijn top. wellicht goed om een paar wandelingen vanaf het park te bewegwijzeren?

Wat een telleurstelling! We hadden last minute een familiekamer geboekt. De staat van de kamer was bizar slecht. Oud, vies, alles kapot, overal vlekken, bedden die kraken, schimmel en roest in de badkamer, het was bijna lachwekkend. Ook de algemene staat van het gebouw werpt je terug in de tijd en deed aan als een bejaardenhuis. Het ontbijt was ok, de mensen aan de balie waren ronduit vriendelijk maar overall heerst helaas het gevoel van een volledig mislukte trip. Voor het eerst waren we dan ook blij weer naar huis te kunnen, wat een aanfluiting.

Amazing stay at Mooi Veluwe, the hotel is undergoing a fairly major renovation. All rooms are being updated, new carpets throughout, new beds and bedroom furniture. Made the stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant has been updated with new carpets and furniture too.
