This is my second bad experience with hotel.com. In my previous experience, hotel.Com promised me compensation of around $25 or a similar amount, but I still haven’t received anything to this day. As for this hotel, the parking charges were not clearly mentioned. I only found out after arriving that I had to pay separately for parking, and it was quite expensive. The worst part was that when the parking door is closed, you cannot get your car out unless you pay. I specifically chose this hotel because it was further away from the city centre and I believed the parking would be free. Otherwise, I would have chosen a hotel near Amsterdam Central Station, which would have been much more convenient for me. So, in the end, there was no real benefit to staying at this hotel. I was very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this hotel to others. Please be careful and check the parking charges before booking.

Establishement correct. Clean and confortable. Good breakfast and equipement. The only thing I don't like is the check in on the tablet. The human contact is missing and I think it's very important for an hotel. Doing check in and out with a human is a sign of a good service.
