Location is of course the draw of this hotel. You are footsteps away from the central train station, and then a short walk to the tourist sights and activities. The hotel has a modern lobby with restaurant/bar, but I did not eat there. Check-in was fast and my room was ready early. It was a little odd because getting to my room required two separate elevators, but the elevators are very fast. The room was nice and clean, including the bathroom. Bed was comfortable as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Amsterdam.

Nice basic hotel, next to central station. Clean and tidy. Limited menu in restaurant. Not very well lit on the exterior.

We arrived early on an international flight and left our luggage in their holding room. When we came back to check in there was literally so much luggage in the room we couldn’t even find our luggage. We then went to our room only to find we had been given a key to a room that was already occupied. We went back down to reception where they were very apologetic and immediately gave us a different room. With that said once we got to our room we were very happy with our stay. The hotel has a great location and is good value for money.
