Stayed 3 nights

I spent three days trying to get the "Comfort" room I had actually paid for. I was moved three times, yet none of the rooms matched what I had booked. I spent three nights sweltering because the air conditioning didn't work in any of the rooms. The front desk staff always had an excuse for not giving me the room I paid for; one said they were fully booked, another claimed I hadn't paid for air conditioning (which is a lie)—the explanations kept changing. Yesterday, they tried to put me in a "Premium" room, but when I got there, it had a standard double bed; I had come for work with an employee and had made that clear multiple times. We haven't had hot water for showers since yesterday, and today the elevator was covered in vomit. This is outrageous. I would like a refund of the amount I paid.

It is a basic room with a shower. The windows barely open so ventilation is poor.
