It’s impossible to fault this hotel/resort. The food was the best of any buffet options in any 5* hotel I’ve stayed in over the years. Truly varied, first rate and simply delicious. The staff including reception and dining room were genuinely friendly and warm and helpful. Lastly their private beach is spacious and large with comfortable loungers. This hotel/resort is worth the cost.

We stayed for a week in one of the apartments with a private pool. From the moment we arrived we received excellent care and attention from the staff. Fresh towels were available every day if necessary. The restaurant buffet was excellent, different options every evening. The live music was a nice touch, especially if we decided to stay later in the evening and listen with a couple of drinks. The beach is very close by but we decided to hire a car and travel the island to visit other beaches and towns. If you want to get out and about, getting a car is definitely a must as the buses only run until a certain time in the afternoon. The bus to Rhodes town was €2.50 per person from the hotel. Just use Google Maps for the timetable. The hotel is very child friendly and the private and larger main pools were lovely. Thank you so much for having us.

Very nice hotel, great staff, clean and breakfast is excellent. Vasilis is a star serving endless capuccinos. Our room was large and constantly air conditioned. The beach has plenty of free sunbeds and the water is clean and warm. Pool is nice but suffers from the ‘towels on the sunbeds before breakfast’ brigade. Seriously, why can’t people just chill a little? You can order drinks from your sunbed with a handy app. Only thing I’d say is that the main restaurant is expensive if all you want is a simple evening meal. There are not many local tavernas but then heading into Rhodes old town is a great experience. Head beyond the main streets to the quieter area with some great affordable eateries! We loved Hermes and La Varka.

Génialissime Tout à été parfait, du début jusqu'à la fin. Personnel efficace, très attentionné, toujours à l'écoute et toujours soucieux du petit détail pour rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable. Voyageant avec un petit bébé de 18 mois, ils ont génial avec elle ( petit sourire, attention, quelques mots doux, etc...) Hôtel très beau avec une très belle piscine. Bar extérieur a la piscine au top, plage privée, beach bar, tout est fait pour profiter un maximum. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner, et le diner est juste incroyable. Vraiment très bon et vous avez un grand choix de produits. Un régal Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. N'hésitez surtout pas.

Dit hotel zegt 5 sterren te zijn, de faciliteiten zijn er maar in uitwerking zeker niet ! Het allerergste is het zwembad, deze is kapot, de vloer laat op veel plaatsen los, waardoor er scheuren en zelfs gaten in de bodem zijn! Dit zijn beschadigingen die zeker al voor het seizoen begon, aanwezig waren en gerepareerd hadden moeten worden. Er is zeer weinig schaduw rondom het zwembad, bedjes liggen zeer dicht tegen elkaar aan en de parasols zijn te klein, dit is op het strand ook zo maar hier heb je meer ruimte om je heen omdat er geen muren op het geheel zijn waardoor iedereen het bedje kan verplaatsen. Zowel het ontbijt zijn in buffet vorm. Er is voldoende aanwezig. Erg jammer geen verse jus maar aanmaak. Wat bij het dinner erg jammer is, is dat er om de dag voor een mooi extra “hoofd gerecht” gekozen kan worden. Deze optie is wel een aanrader want ze smaken erg goed en zijn smaakvol opgediend. Personeel is goed en behulpzaam. Hebben meerdere dagen een “hut” aan het strand gehuurd. Deze is een aanrader als je schaduw wilt hebben. Het jammere is dat deze niet schoon wordt gemaakt. Het tafeltje waar je drinken en of eten opgezet worden plakken. Deze mag je zelf schoonmaken. Dit mag je verwachten als je €75 euro betaald plus het zou een 5 sterren hotel zijn dat dit gedaan wordt voordat het opgeleverd wordt. Kamer schoonmaak valt ook tegen. Naast dat de bedden opnieuw opgedekt worden en schonen handdoeken neergelegd worden niet het idee gehad dat er verder schoongemaakt wordt.

This was our second visit to the Rodos Palladium. We returned because it’s an excellent hotel. The room we stayed in was exactly what we reserved: a seaview delux. It was big with a sitting area and large terrace/balcony. The separate bathroom was also spacious with a large walk-in shower. We had a half-board plan because the food at this hotel is exceptional. Evening meals were varied, flavourful and of the highest quality. There was no scrimping. The staff were friendly, efficient (when the rare ‘problem’ arose) and very helpful. In particular, I wish to single out Marieta, an extraordinarily cheerful, warm and colourful waitress who made dining in the restaurant a positively memorable experience. Apart from a disappointing ‘gym/fitness’ area which occupies a crowded space/room and is clearly under-invested in. This ‘gym’ lacks any modern, up-to-date or varied resistance-training equipment. Currently, it has very few weights, no dumb bells, a single adjustable bench, no Swiss balls or adequate space for ‘mat- work’. Personally I take fitness training seriously, even on holiday. And I know and see other guests, men and women of all ages, dedicated to continuing their fitness programme, even on holiday. When choosing a hotel its gym is important to me. Apart from this criticism, I have nothing ‘negative’ to say about the Rodos Palladium Hotel and highly recommend it.

This was my second time staying here. The service and staff were wonderful. It’s not the newest hotel, but it was very well maintained and very clean. If I had to pick one thing that could use improvement……the fountain in the pool was broke and made the worst sound. Would have been better to just turn it off.

Sauberes Hotel mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Ein großer Anteil des Personals spricht auch Deutsch. Englisch ist kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Hotel ist mit Wellness & Spa inkl. Sauna und Innenpool, sowie großen Außenpool und direktem Strandzugang top ausgestattet. Das Essensbuffet (Frühstück und Abendessen) war sehr abwechslungsreich und hat (zum Glück) neben den internationalen Klassikern auch einheimische Speisen beinhaltet.

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon und uneingeschränktem Meerblick. Einzig Dusche in Badewanne m.E. nicht zeitgemäss. Riesiges Frühstückbuffet mit enormer Auswahl, hat alles gut geschmeckt. Am Pool immer viele freie Liegen, sehr bequem. Wasser ziemlich kalt. Personal überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit überall beeindruckend. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (Oktober), würden wieder dahin gehen.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Angestellten sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist durchweg sehr lecker und frisch. Die Lage finde ich toll, ruhig, zu Fuß sind einige kleine Shops erreichbar und mit dem Taxi oder Bus ist man schnell in Faliraki, wenn man Action sucht. Auch Rhodos Stadt ist mit dem Bus schnell erreichbar. Transfer vom Flughafen hatten wir privat gebucht, hat prima funktioniert.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Angestellten sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist durchweg sehr lecker und frisch. The beach area and the sea are lovely fir this period of time but the clean up needs severe reviewing by the managers even leaving tips in the room for the cleaner the room was not being cleaned as it should have been and the toiletries in the bathroom and things like coffee of sugar in the room were not replenished . I think seniors in the hotel really need to check these things more properly. I can understand that it was peak season but for the amount of money I’ve paid for this holiday and fir a 5 star hotel I was expecting high services.

Arriving later in the evening got a warm welcome at reception. Staff very friendly and immediately knew we would have a good time here. We stayed in executive suite with private pool which was just perfect. Having sunbeds on patio along with seats and table made it comfortable to spend a lot of time relaxing there. Perfectly situation with beautiful views of garden and beach. The room very clean and well equipped. Lovely sitting area. Two TVs in room although we didn’t use them. The bed very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Bathroom clean and well stocked with toiletries. Maid service very reliable and we appreciated the surprise of some lovely treats placed in the room occasionally. The main restaurant had a good variety of good food which was always hot and regularly restocked. Although the hotel seemed to be well filled there was no sense of overcrowding which was one thing we were concerned about before arrival. The staff were amazing - remembering your order and always seemed glad to see you. There was an air of tranquility about the whole place with lots of internal and external common areas. Entertainment available but not intrusive if you don’t attend. We would recommend Rodos Palladium to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday with a feeling of luxury and being looked after by staff who seem d to enjoy their job. Thank you everyone for making this holiday memorable and special. We would love to return.

Wir hatten mit Meerblick gebucht und haben vor Ort ein kostenlosen Upgrade bekommen, so dass wir sogar direkten Meerblick und ein größeres Zimmer hatten. An den morgendlichen Sonnenaufgang konnte ich mich nicht satt sehen. Den Sonnenuntergang konnten wir sogar auch beobachten. Ganz ganz tolles Personal, alle aber auch wirklich alle ganz hilfsbereit und nett- sowas hatte ich wirklich noch nie. Das Buffett war grandios, mit einer wahnsinns Auswahl! Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen.

Hotel in an excellent location, on an amazing stretch of beach, quiet, clean, excellent staff, very nice and helpful, very good breakfast, and also the food at the beach restaurant bar is very tasty. However, the hotel did not have air conditioning in the rooms for part of the time and when there was air conditioning it was weak, a car was required to get to the entertainment venues.

This was our second visit to the Rodos Palladium. We returned because it’s an excellent hotel. The room we stayed in was exactly what we reserved: a seaview delux. It was big with a sitting area and large terrace/balcony. The separate bathroom was also spacious with a large walk-in shower. We had a half-board plan because the food at this hotel is exceptional. Evening meals were varied, flavourful and of the highest quality. There was no scrimping. The staff were friendly, efficient (when the rare ‘problem’ arose) and very helpful. In particular, I wish to single out Marieta, an extraordinarily cheerful, warm and colourful waitress who made dining in the restaurant a positively memorable experience. Apart from a disappointing ‘gym/fitness’ area which occupies a crowded space/room and is clearly under-invested in. This ‘gym’ lacks any modern, up-to-date or varied resistance-training equipment. Currently, it has very few weights, no dumb bells, a single adjustable bench, no Swiss balls or adequate space for ‘mat- work’. Personally I take fitness training seriously, even on holiday. And I know and see other guests, men and women of all ages, dedicated to continuing their fitness programme, even on holiday. When choosing a hotel its gym is important to me. Apart from this criticism, I have nothing ‘negative’ to say about the Rodos Palladium Hotel and highly recommend it.

It’s a spectacular hotel and our room with a view of the water did not disappoint. Breakfast was fabulous with many options and the staff are all friendly and attentive. Our wait staff Marietta was amazing and we will return to this hotel next year because of the hospitality we received. I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Rhodes!

Wonderful hotel. Excellent service, high quality facilities, lots of food options and excursions accessible from the hotel. Every additional request was responded to and delivered. Every member of staff were so polite and attentive. The room was emasculate. Table and room service was prompt and any additions were good value. Highly recommend this hotel!

The management does not care. Reception staff dint even greet us and had to ask for simple stuff a 5-star would offer. Easily 3 star hotel! There is one just next door to this which is a lot better.

Par contre : à améliorer rapidement: l Acceuil au buffet du soir : les 2 hôtesses sont très à antipathiques voir même désagréable. pareil pour les serveurs su soir au restaurant buffet : vous n avez pas le temps de débuter votre assiette que l on exige de vous de payer ou signer votre addition! Je n ai jamais vu ça dans un 5 étoiles ! Tout ce qui se monnaie, on vous presse pour signer ou régler de suite ! Pas très agréable et très anxiogène.à revoir de toute urgence.

Very nice hotel right next to the beach. Nice beach, nice pool. Breakfast and dinner were good. Unfortunately, there are no activity options near the hotel as it is located on the road between Rodos and Lindos. staff was really helpful. Comparable to resorts in the USA. Friendly staff through out. Superb Buffet. There is some road noise at times for rooms that back the street. Dissapointing was the Beach.😐 Sunbeds were neglected. No bar service to the sunbeds. The sea has lots of rocks, that hurt your feet! For someone that values the beach quality, I wouldnt stay there again. My feet still hurt from getting into the water.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Angestellten sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist durchweg sehr lecker und frisch. Die Lage finde ich toll, ruhig, zu Fuß sind einige kleine Shops erreichbar und mit dem Taxi oder Bus ist man schnell in Faliraki, wenn man Action sucht. Auch Rhodos Stadt ist mit dem Bus schnell erreichbar. Transfer vom Flughafen hatten wir privat gebucht, hat prima funktioniert.

Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen.

We stayed in a beautiful suite . Food and service were beyond anything we expected . Very clean hotel . Today we had cooking class with chef Thanos who worked in some of the best kitchens all over the world . This was such an incredible experience for the entire family . So grateful to everyone who made our vacation so special . Thank you and we hope to see you all again soon.

Sauberes Hotel mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Ein großer Anteil des Personals spricht auch Deutsch. Englisch ist kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Essensbuffet (Frühstück und Abendessen) war sehr abwechslungsreich und hat (zum Glück) neben den internationalen Klassikern auch einheimische Speisen beinhaltet.

Kein 5 Sterne Niveau, die Getränke überteuert und schmecken dazu nicht. Alle Cocktails und Longdrinks kosten um die 12 € und bestehen fast nur aus Eis. Das Spa und die Wellnessanwendungen, woe Massagen sind extrem teuer und leider auch nicht besonders gut. Inagesamt ein nur mittelmäßiges Hotel und Abzocke wo es nur geht.

The property is beautiful. The food is excellent especially at the à la cart restaurant. Most importantly the staff is fantastic. Very friendly and seems to genuinely be happy that they’ve done something for you. Fantastic place with great people.

Very nice hotel, great staff, clean and breakfast is excellent. Vasilis is a star serving endless capuccinos. Our room was large and constantly air conditioned. The beach has plenty of free sunbeds and the water is clean and warm. Pool is nice but suffers from the ‘towels on the sunbeds before breakfast’ brigade. Seriously, why can’t people just chill a little? You can order drinks from your sunbed with a handy app. Only thing I’d say is that the main restaurant is expensive if all you want is a simple evening meal. There are not many local tavernas but then heading into Rhodes old town is a great experience. Head beyond the main streets to the quieter area with some great affordable eateries! We loved Hermes and La Varka.

This was our second visit to the Rodos Palladium. We returned because it’s an excellent hotel. The room we stayed in was exactly what we reserved: a seaview delux. It was big with a sitting area and large terrace/balcony. The separate bathroom was also spacious with a large walk-in shower. We had a half-board plan because the food at this hotel is exceptional. Evening meals were varied, flavourful and of the highest quality. There was no scrimping. The staff were friendly, efficient (when the rare ‘problem’ arose) and very helpful. In particular, I wish to single out Marieta, an extraordinarily cheerful, warm and colourful waitress who made dining in the restaurant a positively memorable experience. Apart from a disappointing ‘gym/fitness’ area which occupies a crowded space/room and is clearly under-invested in. This ‘gym’ lacks any modern, up-to-date or varied resistance-training equipment. Currently, it has very few weights, no dumb bells, a single adjustable bench, no Swiss balls or adequate space for ‘mat- work’. Personally I take fitness training seriously, even on holiday. And I know and see other guests, men and women of all ages, dedicated to continuing their fitness programme, even on holiday. When choosing a hotel its gym is important to me. Apart from this criticism, I have nothing ‘negative’ to say about the Rodos Palladium Hotel and highly recommend it.

This hotel was fantastic from the moment we got there to the moment we left. The reception staff were incredibly helpful with any query we had and all other staff followed suit with the same high standard. We stayed in one of the executive suites with a private pool and would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a five star experience. Next time we visit Rhodes we will definitely be staying here again!

The Gym does not have A/C and it is very hot at summer. The equipment can be upgraded and improved. The hotel is clean with a nice pool and beach. Breakfast is good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool, the property was beautiful. Service everywhere was impeccable, as was the food. You can’t change this, but sitting on your balcony(1513) there is no view, you have to stand. Ironing board was challenging as it was impossible to balance. Other than these 2 observations we would return and/or recommend it to our friends.
