Best vacation EVER. Resort amenities and staff were anazing. Gorgeous direct beach views and access. Huge pool with plenty of loungers with umbrellas. We ordered drinks and food by the pool by using the QR Code on each umbrella post. Delivered quickly. Room was recently remodeled. Comfy bed. Walk in shower. Overlooked the nightly lit pool and great view of the sea. Loungers were also available on the beach for guests. The EMERALD restaurant serves huge amazing breakfast buffets each morning. Lovely choices of Greek foods and breakfast standards. Fresh squeezed juices, fancy coffees, champagne. Too many choices. The service manager, Manolis was extremely attentive. We definitely are considering returning next year. This 5 star resort knows how to make the guests feel special and very pampered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at ER&S. We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!' Beautiful pools with an abundance of loungers and umbrellas. We would happily return.

Die Liegen, Strandhandtücher und Schirme am Pool & am Strand waren inkl. Das Frühstücksbuffet war der absolute Wahnsinn, die Auswahl & Qualität ließen keine Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer war großzügig mit Balkon inkl. Handtuchhalter. Die Anlage hat entgegen der Beschreibung mehrere Fahrstühle, sogar 3 Panorama-Glaslifte im Haupthaus. Das Haus ist barrierefrei durch und durch, sogar mit entsprechend gekennzeichneten Strand- und Pool-Liegen/Schirmen und einem Beach-Wheelchair inkl. Service. Für den Strand sind Badeschuhe empfehlenswert. Baden im Meer war immer möglich, da das Hotel am Ende des Strandes geschützt durch Felsklippen und auf der windabgewandten Seite liegt.

Super lage, sehr schöner stein strand, die Liegen sind gratis am strand und man hat viel platz. Zu empfehlen ein tag ein Gazebo zu miten kosten 80.- € dafür bekommt man so viel wasser wie man will, eine grosse früchtplatte und ein Proseco oder änliches gratis dazu.

It was almost perfect. Just the price for the evening buffet (adult 40€, 11 year old kid 27(!!!)€ is much to high. The hotel staff should collect towels from sunbed blockers.

After a little confusion during check-in, the staff did their best to help us with our rooms, management even sent up a fruit platter for the inconvenience. It was a really nice touch. We were able to relax and enjoy the pool and beach. For a fully booked resort, the pool, never felt crowded. Like many resorts, you must put towel down early to reserve pool chairs. This unfortunately happens at so many resorts. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were wonderful. We never had to wait long for drinks at the pool bar. Lovely hotel, staff and service were incredible. Great amenities and amazing to be right on beach. Bus stop right outside made it very easy to get to other spots on the island without a car. Buffet dinner quite expensive at €40 a head if not half board but good variety of options and food nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are excellent and couldn’t be more polite, friendly and helpful. Room was perfect - spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, quiet, view over the sea. Breakfast was excellent. We only tried the buffet dinner twice but it was good food at a good price. We had drinks at the beach bar, upstairs lounge bar and the pool bar and they were all great. Both the beach and pool were lovely places to relax and spend the day. We will be returning to the Elysium next year and seeing more of Rhodes.

Die Aussicht und die Matratzen waren super. Supermarkt im Hotel ist gut sortiert ( man kann die wichtigsten Sachen kaufen) Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Im Bad bei der Dusche teilweise etwas verkalkt.

Property was nicely laid out and right on the beach. Had a small issue with the bathtub “jacuzzi” jets not working properly but the hotel staff were on it and worked it out. Added the VIP option and was happy I did. Special welcome, VIP breakfast area only and lounge access definitely enhanced the stay. The spa was also a nice touch. Only complaint is that there were no Greek olives to order at the restaurants and bars?!!

Die Aussicht und die Matratzen waren super. Supermarkt im Hotel ist gut sortiert ( man kann die wichtigsten Sachen kaufen) Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Im Bad bei der Dusche teilweise etwas verkalkt.

We stayed in the Luxury Suite with Elite club access. The suite was fabulous and just like the photos. The only downside to the suite was one of the curtains was missing which had the living room not very private at night however the overall experience was incredible. We tried all the restaurants from the fine dining to the Fresh Dinner restaurant all of which were excellent. The special area for Elite club residents for breakfast each morning was fabulous with breathtaking views from the top floor. The outdoor pool was also very clean and of a big size for many to enjoy. Even though the hotel was full when we stayed it didnt feel that way. The staff were amazing as such you would expect in a 5 star resort. They were very attentive and could not do enough. Big shout out to the accommodation attendants who called twice a day to see if anything extra was needed. Overall a brilliant stay and we will be back...

We were a group of 11 friends from the USA The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Everyone was so professional and kind and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. We would highly recommend your hotel. The only negative for us was the Wi-Fi. We struggled with keeping the Sevice on. I hope that will be corrected for the future. Thank you to all.

Best vacation EVER. Resort amenities and staff were anazing. Gorgeous direct beach views and access. Huge pool with plenty of loungers with umbrellas. We ordered drinks and food by the pool by using the QR Code on each umbrella post. Delivered quickly. Room was recently remodeled. Comfy bed. Walk in shower. Overlooked the nightly lit pool and great view of the sea. Loungers were also available on the beach for guests. The EMERALD restaurant serves huge amazing breakfast buffets each morning. Lovely choices of Greek foods and breakfast standards. Fresh squeezed juices, fancy coffees, champagne. Too many choices. The service manager, Manolis was extremely attentive. We definitely are considering returning next year. This 5 star resort knows how to make the guests feel special and very pampered.

We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!' Beautiful pools with an abundance of loungers and umbrellas. We would happily return.

Our stay at this hotel was a bit disappointing overall. We felt that almost everything came with an extra charge — even using the luggage scale, which was frustrating. The reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. Whenever we had a question or needed help, they often spoke among themselves in Greek, which made us feel uncomfortable and excluded. There also weren’t many activities available at the resort, which made the experience rather dull compared to what we expected. However, I do want to highlight the housekeeping team — they were absolutely lovely. Always polite, cheerful and helpful, they really stood out and made our stay a bit more pleasant. The Elysium Resort & Spa is an amazing place to stay. The property itself is well look after, well maintained and well located. What really differentiates this property are the staff - they are friendly and are customer focused. A special thank you to Anna and Emmanouela in the Elite club and to Michael and all his staff in the Elite Club breakfast dining. They were amazing and made our stay 10/10. A small issue we had on the first day was quickly dealt with by Anna and was done so with care and kindness. She is amazing and anyone who gets the opportunity to deal with her should count themselves lucky!

After a little confusion during check-in, the staff did their best to help us with our rooms, management even sent up a fruit platter for the inconvenience. It was a really nice touch. We were able to relax and enjoy the pool and beach. For a fully booked resort, the pool, never felt crowded. Like many resorts, you must put towel down early to reserve pool chairs. This unfortunately happens at so many resorts. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were wonderful. We never had to wait long for drinks at the pool bar. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are excellent and couldn’t be more polite, friendly and helpful. Room was perfect - spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, quiet, view over the sea. Breakfast was excellent. We only tried the buffet dinner twice but it was good food at a good price. We had drinks at the beach bar, upstairs lounge bar and the pool bar and they were all great. Both the beach and pool were lovely places to relax and spend the day. We will be returning to the Elysium next year and seeing more of Rhodes.

Isolated location is a bit of a double edged sword.....means it's relatively quiet and never overly crowded, but there is pretty much nothing within walking distance. Bus services to Falaraki (a bit crap) and Rhodes Town (lovely), very good however. Nothing is cheap, and a bit overpriced, but that's true of most places in Europe these days, I suppse.

Super lage, sehr schöner stein strand, die Liegen sind gratis am strand und man hat viel platz. Zu empfehlen ein tag ein Gazebo zu miten kosten 80.- € dafür bekommt man so viel wasser wie man will, eine grosse früchtplatte und ein Proseco oder änliches gratis dazu.

A beautiful hotel on the beach. The beach is not Sandy but pebbly, but nevertheless it’s still a beautiful hotel. There is no shuttle bus to Rhodes town, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you into Rhodes town and a 2.50 euros each way. The hotel lay on a lovely breakfast and a large variety for vegetarians. Nicely surprised that they also had non dairy milk as well. We booked one excursion from the hotel to Symi island and it was fairly priced as well. The hotel does do their best to make it a comfort stay for you.

Wirklich alles sehr sehr schön, super Möglichkeiten (Strandplatz immer vorhanden, super Frühstück, nette Mitarbeiter, super Unterhaltungsprogramm, Abreisetag noch da bleiben hat super funktioniert) Einiger Kritikpunkt ist das VIEL zu überteuerte Abendbuffet. Das was wir für drei Personen an einem Abend ausgegeben haben, haben wir die ganzen restliche Tage zusammen nicht bezahlt fürs Abendbrot. Da wurde leider das Angebot nicht dem Preis gerecht. Trotzdem würden wir die Unterkunft immer weiter empfehlen :)

From check in to check out the customer service provided was outstanding. This is our third visit to Elysium and each time it has been a true pleasure. Our upgraded room was amazing. Simply beautiful. Our room impeccably clean. Breakfast is very good, lunches around the pool or at Fresh Restaurant were excellent. The resort is so enjoyable, staff are hard working and we will return.

My stay at the Elysium Resort & Spa Rodos Hotel had mixed experiences, overshadowed by disappointments. The hotel's prime seaside location and courteous staff stood out amidst the lackluster stay. Excellent property. Good service, great breakfast, good staff, clean and safe. Evening buffet, should have less variety and better quality choices. Beach area should be leveled with a tractor daily so guests can walk the beach. The stones and pebbles make the walk very difficult. We would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely hotel, staff and service were incredible. Great amenities and amazing to be right on beach. Bus stop right outside made it very easy to get to other spots on the island without a car. Buffet dinner quite expensive at €40 a head if not half board but good variety of options and food nice.

Elite club was amazing and the breakfast service (Micheal) was amazing on the roof top. Thanks for a great experience and holiday. The bus service directly outside the hotel is excellent to go to the main town and airport.

We were extremely pleased with our hotel choice for our 7 day stay in Rhodes. When we tired of exploring we were able to make use of the hotel’s excellent swimming pools and spa facilities. The only downside is the shingled beach but there are excellent sandy beaches within short driving distance. The buffet breakfast was high quality, varied and delicious.
