The car parking was full when we arrived… we had to park our car further.

The service was excellent. It has a free laundry. The room was a lovely airy & huge size. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The accommodation was adequate with reasonable space and services. Full laundry with new appliances. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Clean and spacious room with a jetted tub right next to your king-size bed; basic room and toilet amenities are adequate; fresh towels everyday; no working desk to set up laptop so do not take work with you on your holiday; this property is a good pick for fast wi-fi and Netflix; I will choose this property again in my next visit to Sale!

Well presented, welcomed on arrival, room was nice and comfortable having the couch and dining table was great and the spa was awesome. Can I suggest if you stay here, if possible, don't shower after 10 pm. The pipes are loud and squealy and I woke up with a fright at 1am only to realise it was the showers goingg in the next room.

Tired and really in need of refurbishment. Beds however were very comfortable. Quiet location. Microwave oven was disgustingly food splattered. I had to clean it before using it. Grounds and rotunda really nice. It was hot and we sat outside and ate our take away dinner.

The room was very clean, the shower was great, the bed was very co.fortae and it was quiet at nighttime.

I liked it a lot however cleaning was not done properly,didnt vacuum our room after first night and no fresh towels second day either they did beds restocked fridge etc but felt it was half the job done.my only observation.

Dirty AC filters, cleaned myself. Broken electrical switch, fan in bathroom useless. Shower taps wrong way, eg: hot on the right, cold on left. (Pretty sure that breaches building codes)

The manager Terry was welcoming & helpful in advising me of where I could get a meal that was close by as i arrived late. Id definitely stay here again.

Great stay - easy check in process and good size clean rooms

This motel was conveniently located on the main road in Sale but set back enough from the highway so I was not bothered by traffic noise. I had a one bedroom apartment (which apparently is the only 1BR apartment on the site). It had a big kitchen with a full sized fridge and four plate stove so I could prepare meals quite easily. There was plenty of room in the apartment. The ensuite was good with a lovely shower with the option of a hand shower or rain shower. There was a king sized bed in the very large bedroom. There were two huge TVs; one in the lounge and the other in the bedroom. Each room had a good sized split system reverse cycle air conditioner so getting the temperature right was easy. The little extra touch of the faux electric fireplace was nice and would have been delightful in the cooler months. The curtains on the windows blacked out the light well. The property is very tidy and very well maintained. The downsides for my room were that the shower leaked on the floor and there is no floor drain so I had to mop up the floor with the bath at each time I had a shower. The wardrobe was quite small and there are no drawers for small items so I had to live out of my suitcase. The dining table and chairs were smaller than I would have liked and the faux leather lounge was outdated and uncomfortable. There were no fly screens on the large sliding doors which in Sale where there are so many flies and mosquitoes is not good if you want natural airflow.

Adequately kitted out property well taken care of. Needs updating..

It was a large and comfortable room. The only problem was that there was only a doona or a very thick blanket to use on the bed and it was a warm night. Please provide a thin blanket for people to use on such nights.

Rooms could do with an update, master room open to loving area, comfy beds, friendly check in and check out

Aircon worked really well it was a very hot weekend. Great catch up with our Sale family. Thank you for you accommodating us. Cheers

Perfect place for short stay, beautiful sunrise from our room. Terry, manager was warm and professional with local tips too.

This hotel was very good with a spacious room and friendly staff. the price was also competative. My only complaint was the internet connection in the room was unusable. I would stay again.

The owner called me while I was driving and informed me that the transaction had been declined. She asked me to pull over immediately and provide my bank details. I explained that I couldn’t do so as I was on the freeway, and somehow the call got disconnected. As soon as I could, I stopped the car and called her back. She was overjoyed when I did. I really like the property—it’s quiet, safe, and equipped with all the cookware we need. The price is fair, though the staff could be a bit more patient.

Our stay at the comfort is was excellent as usual. Terri always looks after us, gives us the same room and is always more than helpful to us as we stay there on a regular basis, and will always go back as she is the most friendliest manager there. Thanks agsin Terri Peta Rowland

Terry was a very friendly and helpful resort host

The staff were welcoming and very helpful when we needed help with our booking. Nothing was any trouble. We asked for an extra blanket which was happily provided. We also left something behind which was posted to us without any fuss. Very happy to recommend this motel to anyone.

The service was fabulous, we were arriving late and the reception lady was just so obliging and left our key for us, it was an absolute please and delight to stay here, I definitely will be again. Kelly

Was easy to get to

We had a beautiful quiet stay. The property and room was very clean and well presented. The room was as described. However, the king bed in our room was on a lean on one side and was quite uncomfortable especially for someone with back problems. And bring a hairdryer, the one in the bathroom barely blew a breeze. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Comfort Inn.

A room with easy ground floor access was available by request with a walking path without any steps around an inaccessable area in front of the room (with sign clearly indicating to keep to the path) Very comfortable large room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower - non-slip shower mat immediately available on request. Very hot water - great for doing dishes - microwave, good size fridge, real dinnerplates and cutlery etc all supplied. Healthy Breakfast Boxes (available at extra cost) were just great. Lighting is dim. Great for relaxing and very reasonable priced. Friendly, helpful staff on the premises.
