The place looks old but clean. There is a water heater but no microwave. You have to go 2nd floor for microwave. Summer the aircon you can't adjust to much colder temp. TV only CNN is English. Other than that everyone and everything is fine. Free drink from 4pm to 7pm. Best perk if your alcoholic. By the way if you want to check in there is a service bus for this Hotel near the train station.

Excellent hospitality, fantastic breakfast on site (definitely get it). Rooms are very large, hotel has an incredible ground floor, very spacious with multiple lobbies with excellent furniture, music, etc. Only downsides are that there is no laundry on site (5 minute walk to a small coin laundry) and that the hotel is a bit dated, but kept in acceptable condition. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel, but a bit away from the city center area with many restaurants and shopping shops. about 15-20 min walk needed. Fitness center was small and poor air-conditioning, below average level. Pool was not open. Breakfast buffet was good, but Il Salvace was good but too small, while California was big but too crowded.

建物自体は恐らく古いが、清掃は行き届いている。部屋の広さにゆとりがあってよかった。室内、細かいところでは、洗面台横のガラスの棚板が奥まで嵌まっていなくて、外れそうな箇所があり、品番のラベルが見えているなど、施工が少し雑な印象。シャワーブースの壁ガラスは、近くで見ないと分かりませんが、水アカが全体にこびりついていて曇っている。なんとなく室内全体にガランとした印象。朝食ビュッフェは、二階の方のレストランは、静かでよかったです。

Only 5 minutes drive to the city centre. Sufficient parking space at 1000 yen per day The hotel is a traditional one and you can see the marks when checking in the room. The cleanness is not as good as other 5 star hotel in Japan probably due to its age as you can see like water marks and mold especially in the wash room. Staffs are nice and can speck English.

The bathroom was full of mold as was the air conditioner vent. The entire property was dated and the staff while friendly was not helpful. (Simple example was when I asked for a printout of the bill, they said not possible and I would need to download it). This hotel was rated 9.2 and it was at best a 4. Frankly it should be shut down for health code violations. Worst experience to date.

Large clean comfortable room, very quiet and everything works. Location is ideal; 15 minutes walk to Sapporo’s main shopping area which was very lively during the night and safe to walk. Value for money and the price I paid includes private parking. Highly recommended.

Every single member of staff was outstanding. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and will stay again at a heartbeat. The breakfast was amazing every single day. The rooms are large and so is the bathroom. The airport limousine stop is right outside the hotel which is a great help. The property is extremely clean and the staff are extremely helpful and will help you with everything. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to take you to Sapporo station.

フロントスタッフさん、清掃スタッフさん共に接客が素敵でした。すすきのには歩いていける距離ですし立地も悪くなく、ホテルの駐車場もたくさんの台数がおける広さで24時間出入り出来るため助かりました。ただ自分的には浴室、トイレ、洗面が扉がないので扉がついていたら最適でした！そしてドリンクサービスがあったり、サウナやジムも使えるので有意義な時間にもなりました！本当にありがとうございました。

We stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has charm, the rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well. Situated at Toyahira River bridge it's only a short walk into town and there is a busstop in front of the hotel as well. It also has its own stop for the shuttle to the airport and offers a free shuttle to Sapporo station. You might need google translate as not all staff speaks english.

It is about 20-walk from the city centre. Yet, it is wonderful if you prefer a quieter neighbourhood. It is very convenient, with a convenient store opposite to the hotel and the frequent shuttle bus service. The room is spacious snd comfortable. And the service provided by the lounge (including the beer) is nice. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Older hotel but huge rooms and the staff are lovely. It’s a bit out of the way but the airport bus drops out front and they have a van into town that I didn’t know about until I left. Fun lounge on 10 with beers from 4-7pm. Exact time of course. It’s got mostly large groups and they handled them nicely. But fine for just a couple. The Lawson literally across the street is super convenient. Even the window could be opened for a little fresh air which is nice.

신치토세 공항에서 공항버스 타면 호텔 앞에 내려주고 돌아올때는 맞은편 정류장에서 탑승하면 됩니다. 호텔은 방도 넓고 직원들 친절하고 조식도 맛있고 삿포로역까지 무료 셔틀버스도 있어서 모든게 다 좋았어요. 다시 방문할 의사 100%입니다.

This grand hotel is at the edge of central Sapporo next to a river. Tall buildings and the retail district are just a few blocks away. The hotel's overdecorated public spaces spoil an otherwise deluxe offering. However the rooms are spacious and the staff throughout the hotel are first rate. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet (2 different locations) and the Japanese restaurant. I dined in the Chinese restaurant just once and thought it was very good but too refined for me. Friends liked the gym and spa but the hours didn't suit me (closed from 10 to 3 when I prefer to use them) and the beauty salon got extra high praise--especially the chief stylist who received kudos from one of my travel companions who was a stylist. I have stayed here more than once and will return again.
