施設は新しくて清潔で気持ちよく過ごせます。部屋は狭いですが札幌駅近くということを考えると仕方ないかな。大浴場が地下にあり 3つの浴槽がある。外湯は地下なので露天風呂の雰囲気はない。お楽しみの朝食は海鮮は種類も豊富でとても美味しい。フレンチトーストやデザートのスイーツフルーツも美味しく大満足でした。全体的にお値段相応かなと思われます。

We like this hotel a lot. The location is very convenient. Public bath is clean and comfortable. Service is good. It was very thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind - the self-service locker room and coin laundry are both nice. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Sapporo

It was an ok stay, everyone very polite but breakfast wasn’t a great experience. You have to queue despite avoiding the rush we were warned of we still had to wait 10 mins to get into the restaurant and then it’s very chaotic with lots of food running out. We avoided eating there again. There isn’t really a bar or lounge for the evening and the hotel was certainly busy. Rooms are quite small if you opt for a standard room and no windows. Other than that it’s still a good hotel in a very good location so serves a purpose.

Around the corner, less than 150m away, the hotel was easily accessible via the underground walkway straight to Sapporo Station. This made our winter stay so convenient and easy despite the snowy and icy sidewalks. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were impressed by the modern aesthetics and spacious lobby. The staff were articulate, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and very professional. It was a breeze leaving our luggage prior to check in and after check out. Our room was large and so well thought out. As a couple, we loved the separate toilet and shower/vanity area. The sliding doors separating each were both a functional and aesthetic feature of the room. The bed and pillows were comfy and the amenities just right. Towels were changed daily! The best part of our stay - the extensive breakfast with Hokkaido indulgences. Loved the breads, the specialty white french toast, the daily opportunity to eat Kaisendon, what a treat! Some improvements could be made on the done-ness of the bacon and scrambled eggs though - they were on the soft side but it's a matter of preference. The Red Brick building was just across so the view at breakfast was quite scenic. Will definitely recommend and should we return to Sapporo, Solaria will be our top choice!

Overall me and my partner enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We in particularly like the public bath facilities and the closeness to the Sapporo city centre. We found it very easy to walk to most places from this hotel. The air humidifier and vents in the shower needed a bit of a clean but otherwise this was overall a clean hotel.

札幌駅から近くアクセスが良いのと、目の前に緑が多くあり、雰囲気も良いです。大浴場があって旅の疲れが取れた事と、朝食が美味しかったのでおすすめ出来るホテルだと思いました。改善点としては、一階のトイレがいつ入っも汚かった事と、部屋着が古く臭かったので、その点は直した方がいいと思います。

Great hotel, really helpful and friendly staff. My room was clean and very thoughtfully designed. Only downside was the bed — my back hates the super firm mattresses in the majority of Japan hotels, apparently. Had to walk off back pain every day. The location was great! Super close to Sapporo station (entrance is around the corner and down some stairs), a Lawson's right around the corner across the street, 15-minute walk to parks and the outdoor shopping street. Best part was front desk staff: Everyone was SO helpful and friendly. They very patiently answered all my questions (asked via Google Translate lol) and helped me book my taxi to the airport when I checked out. They also were very patient with my numerous questions about luggage forwarding services. I loved my room. I first thought it was an open floor plan for the bathroom, then realized on my second night that there were doors — they just retract into the wall! So well designed. The breakfast was just ok, but no complaints considering the cost was very reasonable. I absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I visit Sapporo in the future.

The hotel is located 7-8 minutes from Sapporo train station. The breakfast is good but always with a long queue. The decoration of the room is fine. However the room is just tiny and without any view (small window) thus giving suffocating feeling. We did not get a room with 2 beds as we requested which is a pity (even we proposed to pay more ..).

The hotel is very clean and the room size is adequate for two. Lack of a proper closet and drawers to store your clothing is inconvenience and a minus. The hotel is very close to the Sapporo Train Station and its connecting hugh underground shopping complex - within walking distance. There is a underground walking tunnel leading to a building right next to the Hotel - this is very helpful especially in the winter cold weather and snow. The hotel should emphasize that this underground walking tunnel exists and allow almost direct access to the hotel from the train station via the Asty 45 building

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed to our accommodation. We were originally booked for two nights, but extended our stay due to the lovely amenities and helpful staff. The front desk staff went above and beyond; Ito-san helped us with booking a restaurant, and Ishigami-san helped us with extending our stay. The breakfast is amazing - we made kaisendon almost everyday, and the restaurant staff were so polite. We loved staying at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo. We hope we will have the opportunity to stay there again in the future. Thank you!

Stayed a few nights and chose this for proximity to Sapporo Station. Great selection at breakfast, clean and functional rooms, very pleasant staff. Showers were hot with great pressure.
