Check-in is stated as 3:00 PM. I did not get into my room until 6:00 PM — three hours late, with no advance notice, no time estimate, and no updates unless I went to the front desk and asked. No alternative was offered while I waited, and nothing was said about it when the key was finally handed over. The delay itself is forgivable. The silence around it is not. A single message to my phone saying “your room will be ready at 6, here’s the lounge in the meantime” would have changed the entire evening. That is a basic standard at this brand and price point, and it simply did not happen. If you’re planning around a 3:00 PM arrival here, build in a backup plan. Everything else about the property may be fine — but I spent the first three hours of my stay sitting in the lobby with my luggage

The minibar was very bad, nothing was there, besides Pepsi, sparkling water, and beer. That’s all. All others, I had to go through room service, which was incredibly inconvenient.
