Unfortunately, I didn’t go to Seoul to party and experience the nightlife, so the loud music from 9pm to 5am every day was not an enjoyable experience for me and really disturbed my rest. Also went during the week that their pool or sauna was out of service.

There is little to add about this hotel to what everyone else says. It is convenient to Itaewon and the night life but it is INCREDIBLY NOISY (like everywhere else around), especially on a Friday and Saturday night - which continues until 6am. Otherwise it is clean enough and the staff are kind enough. Probably worth mentioning that that pool (as of 1st June 2024) is not open - which doesn't warrant any reduction in price apparently.

Excellent location in the center of Itaewon, right on the station. Neighborhood is a club district, so can be forgiven for being a bit noisy all night long. Extra charge for pool use was probably listed but was still a bit shocking.

駅前、リムジンバス、バス利用、などから選んだ。部屋は広く、サウナも利用できて施設は大変充実していて大満足。次回は、夏のプールも利用してみたい。連泊時ベッドメイキング時間が遅くて部屋に滞在していたため、ベッドメイキングがなかった。タオル交換のみ。他のレビューにもあったが、夜中の騒音が辛かった。備え付けの耳栓が無いと眠れないのだけが残念。また利用したい。

I was there for a reunion. Location was perfect. Pool fun. But guests are given earplugs in their room because you can hear the music from the clubs til 3am....or longer depending on the night. If you're a light sleep ask for the front of the hotel vs the back where the clubs are.

Our go-to when every time we visit Seoul. Location is perfect for taking subway, clubbing and walking distance to the famous Hannam Dong. Olive Young right next door. Not to mention the free access to the gym and sauna for only $5. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel facilities are very misleading. There is a sign that says gym, but they closed it end of last year. The pool only operates from June-August but it doesn’t say that anywhere. They don’t provide extra blankets, and extra water is a charge. The only positive is in May the clubs aren’t super busy so noise wasn’t an issue for us.

If you don't know, this hotel is located right near a bar/clubbing street which is quiet-ish during the day and loud and alive at night. It is a nice area during the day too because it has shopping and direct access to subways and buses. The hotel was pretty good for the most part, however my bathroom did have some hair in the shower and tub before I even used them.

何度も宿泊していますが、梨泰院の事故の後だったので少し心配していましたが、梨泰院自体は少し落ち着いていて静かで過ごしやすかったですし、スタッフの方もとても感じが良くサービスもいいです。サウナも併設されていてサウナ、浴槽でお風呂も入れるので十分リラックスできるところも好きです。立地もよくどこへ行くにも便利なところもお気に入りのポイントです。お部屋もとっても綺麗です。

梨泰院駅ほぼ直結で観光には便利です。設備は古い割には綺麗で良いのですが、風呂場、タオル、ベッドに明らかに自分のものではない長い毛が何度か付着しており気持ち悪かったです。また、夜はクラブの騒音を心配していましたが、耳をすませば聞こえましたが特に気にせず寝ることができました。

Property is a place to consider if you’re wanting a pet night life scene. Lots of clubs and bars to choose from. Hotel was decent. Staff were not friendly. Rooms were a decent size. Sheets weren’t really clean. I found someone’s hair in the sheets. Yuck. It is EXTREMELY loud at night every single night with the nearby bars. Can’t sleep without earplugs.

Hotel is located right next to loud bars and even has a club inside the hotel which is loud. If you can sleep through loud music then the hotel is nice. However the rooms are definitely dated and could use with an upgrade on the tv and other in room things.

Right outside the back of the hotel is an all night club blasting loud techno until 6am. Every night! They provide ear plugs and an apology letter in return. Ear plugs and noise cancelling headphones we're still not enough. The WiFi was also unusable and they blamed it on the whole hotels WiFi. So no chance of it being fixed.

The staff here at the Hamilton is fantastic. They arranged taxis for us and, even tho’ we had already checked out, they allowed us to keep our suitcases there for two days while we traveled to Busan.The location is excellent. The Itaewon subway station is right in front of the hotel. The only negative about this hotel is the loud club music right next door. It lasted all night and my wife had trouble sleeping. If you are young and like to stay out late, this is a perfect spot.

The cleaning staff are wonderful. Every they great you when they see you and always attend us well. If you dont mind the music it is a very nice place to stay. It was very convenient to go anywhere. Bus train taxi or walk. Never had an issue. We will be back next year.

When I checked in, I spoke in English but after I provided ID then the staff spoked in Japanese and he asked me that I should finish to check out by 12pm twice. This was pretty annoying to me.

Been staying at Hamilton for my Korea trips since 2018. Their location is literally just above the exit of the train station. Hotel staff is friendly and room is always kept clean every day.

I really wanted to like this accomodation. Sadly that was not the case. The check-in process was horrible and the staff quite rude in every interaction. The worst thing about this hotel ist the noise. There's a club right next door that plays music until (I kid you not) 7 in the morning. I felt the vibrations in my bed. I talked to the staff if they might have a room that's a bit more quiet but they just pointed out that they provide earplugs in the room and I can just wear those if the noise bothers me. I will not be coming back

The Hamilton Hotel is in the center of Itaewon. The subway is less than 100 feet from the entrance. In addition, bars, lounges, restaurants, and coffee shops are nearby. The room was modern. Plus, the staff did a great job of cleaning the room, replacing towels, and providing bottled water.

The location can't be beat off you're going to Seoul to experience fast paced party area. You just need to be warned. The clubs close between 6-7am and the Hamilton is right in the thick of things. You will definitely hear the music until dawn. Luckily, the hotel provides ear plugs and I travel with a small fan for white noise. There is a sauna in the basement which is amazing and cheap including a barber shop. The sauna is the highlight of my day and helps with recovery from the night before. I have stayed here at least 6 times and highly recommend.

Overall, we had a good experience at the Hamilton Hotel. Let’s start with the positives: 1) Centrally located in Itaewon which has an international atmosphere. Lots of global food options including Turkish, Indian, and South African cuisine. Walking distance to a grocery store and cafes. 2) It is mere feet from the Itaewon subway stop. Very convenient! Lots of taxi cabs in the area. And located near bus stops. 3) The staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The cleaning staff were generous when we asked for extra towels. 4) Our room was a moderate size with two single beds (comfortable), closet, bathroom, etc. We had a lovely view on the 8th floor. The bidet in the bathroom was incredible! Okay, now a few things to note if you stay at the hotel. 1) Itaewon is THE place for young adults to go clubbing and bar hopping. If you enjoy nightlife, then the Hamilton Hotel is perfect. It is going to get loud at night. There is a bar on the second floor of the hotel. Fortunately, I can sleep through anything so I was fine. But know that Thursday through Sunday, you can feel the pulsating dance music. So, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with kids. 2) As mentioned before, the rooms are fine. But, you can tell that things are a little outdated. The carpet was a little old. The television was small. The bathroom had a small sink and mirror was terrible lighting if you want to make your face up in the morning.

Gets a bit loud on weekend evenings but it didn’t bother me. Easy access via subway and tons of buses. Central-ish location, close to lots of sightseeing. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Clean rooms and facilities, friendly staff. We had a great stay. Zero issues.

Really a beautiful property! Staff is great, the breakfast is of good value, the room is really comfy, clean, and spacious. The only drawback is the noise - the neighborhood is full of people partying all hours of the day & night, and the hotel houses many of these guests. So if you don't sleep well through noise, this may not be the place for you. The hotel is aware of this situation, and they preemptively provide guests with earplugs.
