Amazing stay. Incredible value. We had a 2 BR which was fully equipped. So spacious we felt we could stay there-wished we could stay there for months. Breakfast was included in our package and was great. There is a small but very nice playroom for kids! And the fitness center looked clean and bright and had all kinda of machines though we didn’t use it. Our room happened to have an absolutely incredible view. The location was perfect to see the places, walk two blocks (if that) to Insadong. We will definitely stay here if we visit Seoul again!

The Somerset palace is great location. Tons of sights and museums are all a 5-10 minute walk. The rooftop pool is delightful with vistas of the city and mountains. The staff is very helpful and the studios have kitchens and in room washer dryers

낡았습니다. 그래도 조식도 맛있게 먹었고, 숙소가 넓고 장기투숙을 해야하는 저는 매우 편안했어요. 너무 덥긴 했지만, 따뜻하게 잤어요. 대신 겨울엔 피부가 건조해질수 있으니 오일이나 팩을 해서 보습을 해주면 좋습니다. 위치가 정말 너무 좋아서 주변을 즐길수 있었어요 사우나는 건식 사우나만 있고 예약제로 운영하고 있었어요. 헬스장도 이용 잘 했습니다

They were so helpful and kind and accommodating. The location is great and parking is super convenient and easy. We stayed once and then stayed again for longer. Breakfast is free and delicious and not too much. A lot of people stay here and for good reason! Would 11/10 recommend again!

The proximity to major landmarks was amazing and space and amenities in the hotel were great. The overall cleanliness could be improved, like the children’s play area downstairs was very dusty and in our hotel room, some areas were dusty and worn. But overall, it was a great space for our family with 2 young children to spread out and walk around everywhere.

혼자라서 스튜디오 타입 2박 예약하여 입실. 입실 시 업그레이드해주셨다기에 매우 고마운 마음이었으나..다음 날 아침부터 바로 옆에서 뚝딱이는 공사 소음이 들려서 혹시나 했었는데, 그야말로 바로 옆방인 1212호가 리모델링 공사중였네요! 2박이나 그런 소음과 먼지, 그리고 공사인부들을 대해야만 했던 그 악몽에 대해서 어떤 생각이신지 묻고 싶네요. 지하주차장 여유는 있는 편이지만, 입실하러 프론트로 올라가야 하는 경우와 퇴실 후 지하주차장으로 이동할 때는 세 곳으로 흩어져 있는 엘베들 중에서 딱 한 곳 빼고는 객실 열쇠 없이는 출입할 수 없는 곳여서 짐 끌고서 뺑뺑 돌아서 찾아가야 합니다. 더군다나 처음 또는 오랜만에 방문하는 경우에는 정말 당황스럽습니다! 오래된 건물 치고는 비교적 관리가 잘되어 있는 곳이긴 하나, 입실했을 때 욕실 바닥, 거실 바닥, 목욕수건 사이 등에서 맞딱뜨리게 되는 타인의 머리카락들 때문에 솔직히 불쾌하더군요. 침구 위와 사이, 그리고 매트리스 시트에는 무슨 보풀 먼지같은게 여기저기에 붙어 있었습니다. 면 재질인데도요..

We stayed in 2 bedroom suite. It was very very spacious and clean. Walking distance to many places and it was just a perfect place to stay. I plan to stay there my whole trip next time I visit Seoul.

I have stayed at this property as needed for the past DECADE. Admittedly, it was a very comfortable and nice stay 10 years ago, but now it is quite dated and in need of a touch up... Firstly, our room was not properly cleaned. The toilet bowl was stained PINK = bacteria. It was not cleaned. Really disgusting. Secondly, the towels are HORRIFIC. They REEK of old water/sweat/gym towel/dirty yoga mat. Luckily, we brought our own face towels, and that saved us from rubbing these gross towels on our faces at least... Thirdly, the bedding was ripped in certain spots. Are sheets that costly that they cannot be replaced??? Same goes for towels. I mean, I know the whole hotel's worth of towels must add up. And who knows how old they are, but they definitely need replacing! Next, the bathroom sink faucet/tap is a two-handle tap style (for those who dont know what this is - hot and cold water are controlled separately by two knobs) very uncomfortable to use.. and the hot water was SCALDING and the cold water FREEZING! so beware when letting your littles wash up on their own. Upon getting to our room, we of course let concierge know and requested a cleaning of the bathroom. This took a while to complete the request. Inconvenient and annoying given we couldnt use the toilet until they came - much later. Overall, we used to like staying here for the convenient location and familiarity and comfort, but unless they get a serious revamping of this whole property, we'll stay elsewhere.

Loud noises at night time and early morning from 7AM. We stayed 3 nights; first night the fire alarm went off at 4AM (false alarm) for more than 15 minutes, second night there were thousands of protestors on streets nearby, singing and chanting, very loud until midnight. The Temple nearby is loud too. Just all kinds of noises. It's convenient location to the Palaces and the breakfast is awesome.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, aber könnten moderner sein, besonders das Bad ist schon sehr alt und nicht auf 4 Sterne Niveau. Wenn es verschiedene Brotsorten für die Europäer gibt, könnte man auch Wurst und Käse anbieten wie in vielen anderen 4 Sterne Häuser. Dafür ist der Preis aber o.k.

The staff was excellent and helped us plan some of our outings and transportation. The breakfast was excellent also and exceeded our expectations. Although we didn't use the kitchen much, we did use the coffee maker. We also appreciated the washer/dryer and the iron and ironing board. We were traveling with 2 other couples and one thing that concerned all of us was the drop off area at the entrance. Several of us tripped on that area and one of the adults fell and hit her head on the wall. Perhaps, as Americans, we are not used to having an area to remove our shoes and we are aware of that, but some type of identification needs to added to that area to distinguish it from the floor. The floor and the drop off area are made of the exact same type of flooring and the different heights are not noticeable to many people. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend it to anyone visiting your fine city.

We stayed for five nights on the 16th floor. Our apartment was spotless and had a good view of the mountains and Gyeongbokgung Palace. The room was nice in size with a very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day. An added bonus we were not expecting was the wonderful breakfast included. You could go local or Western European. There was something for everyone. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Cannot recommend enough. When we asked how to say thank you and good morning the lady on duty wrote it all down for us and brought it to our table. Excellent stay

6일 숙박중 아침 식사가 거의비슷하게 나와서 너무 맛이없고 질렸다. 코비드 전보다 질이 너무 떨어진것 같다 숙박할 경우가 있어도 식사는 다시하고 싶은 생각이 없다.
