Stayed 3 nights

Had the worse time with my family. We booked 3 rooms. Rates were around 800eur per night, per room. First night we have been referred by the hotel to a restaurant. The restaurant was cheesy, very bad service and bad food. I wrote from the restaurant to the hotel about the situation. The hotel called the restaurant and the staff came to the table, in front of the other customers to ask what was going wrong. At thesame night the air conditioning was not working in none of tbe 3 rooms. There was a cockroach at my sister’s room and, on top of that, the hotel was under work. So, at 7am the noise was very loud as the construction dumper was under our windows. The second second night the air conditioning was not working again. We had to sleep with fans in the room (in a 800 euros room, per night - unacceptable). The same happened during the third night. At the end we had a train to cacth to go back to madrid, leaving at 7:18am from the station. We order breakfast at room 6:20. But it was not delivered until 6:45, what led us to swollow the food in the hurry. The staff was polite, but dis nothing more than say many “sorrys”. In the end, I was the only one who had 400 euros discount on the first night. I found that surreal because the three rooms had the same issues during the whole stay. The discount should have been applied for all the rooms and for all the nights. The situation is unacceptable at a hotel costing 800 euros per night per room.
