The hotel had excellent facilities, such as the pool and rooftop bar and restaurant. The rooms were well equipped and modern - good bathroom and the USB ports are a nice touch. The staff are very helpful and friendly - they organised a taxi for us to the airport and safely stored our luggage. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby. The majority of major sites are within a pleasant walk (Plaza de Espana 10 mins/Real Alcazarand and Seville Cathedral 15 mins, Setas de Sevilla, and Sevilla FC Stadium 20-25 mins.

This is a top 4 star hotel, it could also claim 5 star. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and included a variety of options. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooftop terrace was beautiful and not busy. The swimming pool in the roof terrace was too cold to be used for November. Proximity to historic sites was walkable and very safe at night. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay at the Giralda Center. The check in was thorough, despite our arriving at a busy time. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with the toilet and shower separated and two sinks. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, catering to a broad range of tastes. The rooftop pool was crowded so we couldn’t take advantage of it, but the gym was useful; although, as with many hotel gyms, the weights equipment was limited. The cardio machines were top notch. Overall, this hotel felt like excellent value for money and I would definitely stay again.

We had a superior room. It was large and the bed was comfortable. A few things could have been improved. Housekeeping did not replenish our milk or snacks. Fresh towels were haphazardly thrown on a shelf not placed in the bathroom. One if the bedside lights kept flashing so had to remove the bulb. Handle was loose on bathroom door and shower kept going cold. I would not expect this from a highly rated hotel. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was very peaceful and well located.

Updated clean spacious room. Great amenities. Noted some dirts on electric switches panel, but overall room was very clean. I wish they would have explained about parking fee at check-in, not at check-out, tho! Once again, I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was really nice, no complementary water given in the room which was a shame. The bathroom was spacious but some grouts were black and needed re-doing. Pool was a decent size. The public transport was 10 minutes walk away so okay location. Overall it was a good stay.

20-25 min walk isn’t too bad but when you add in the heat it can get a bit much for some. Limited channels and none in English. Strange that a 4 star hotel doesn’t have a smart TV for Netflix when we have stayed in 2/3 star places and they do. No complimentary water provided so stock up at the Mas & Go

The room is spacious and the ladies at the reception were super friendly and helpful. However, we booked a queen bed room but the bed was indeed consisted of two twin beds. It wasn’t comfortable at all and the mattress moved and had noise whenever we moved. Also there was no tissues or hair conditioners provided in the room.

Schönes Zimmer, nettes Personal, sauber, nahe zur Altstadt (sind alles zu Fuß gegangen) und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Auch das Restaurant war gut. Alles in allem kann man nicht klagen. Einzig über das Bett könnte man sich allenfalls beschweren. Es werden 2 Einzelbetten zu einem großen zusammengeschoben, was ja oft üblich ist. Leider jedoch waren die nicht fest gemacht, daher war kuscheln eher nicht gemütlich, da die Betten quasi voneinander weggerollt sind. Geschlafen haben wir aber gut. Also jammern auf hohem Niveau. Würden wieder kommen.

Upon arrival I had arrive at 6am from traveling from Portugal. I was exhausted and drained I went to the hotel to drop off bag but was given my room early. This hotel was really lovely and we had a great stay in Seville. It is close to the Placa de Espana (approximately 10 minute walk) and the cathedral / Alcázar (approximately 15 minute walk). The room was fantastic and had all the amenities needed. It was very clean, as was the hotel throughout. The main highlight was the rooftop pool for sure! It was a great space and place to rest. We went in May and it wasn’t too busy and always managed to get a sun lounger. The only problem we had was the slow service. When we arrived there were 2 couples in front of us - which seemed to take forever to check them in. On our turn, I checked and it took 12 minutes from the start of our check in to the end. This was ridiculously slow and it was the exact same process as checking in at a different hotel a few days prior, and that took only a couple of minutes. Whenever we had a question for staff, we were waiting for ages. On the day of leaving, we had to wait 15 minutes outside of the storage room for staff to let us in the room to collect our suitcases. Overall, the hotel was lovely but service could be improved.

Flot, nyere hotel. Poolen er bare alt for lille og selve området kan simpelthen ikke rumme bare en brøkdel af hotellets gæster. Ligger alt for langt fra bymidten og personalet er på ingen måde serviceorienterede. Det ligger sådan lidt i et business district. Virkelig en ærgerlig oplevelse

The rooms were absolutely lovely and couldn’t fault them at all. Unfortunately there were a few bits that let it down for us overall; the rooms were not ready on time and check in was a really lengthy process. Staff were often rude. The breakfast was sub standard and there was no option for late check out or anywhere to get changed or showered apart from the toilet in the lobby. Bit of a shame really but as I said, the room was lovely.

Very nice, clean. Walkable to cathedral, alcazar, and plaza de España. We walked from the Santa Justa, but the sidewalks are cobbled and difficult with the bags. In the way back to the train we decided to taxi and it was only 8 euros. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and Seville.

We were coming from a 5-star hotel in Lisbon and were still blown away by this hotel. The two bedroom/two bathroom suite was fantastic and very spacious. All of the fixtures were nicely done and the lobby very impressive. It’s a little walk to the main attractions, but very safe and easier to park. The breakfast buffet was truly impressive, and we appreciated the welcome snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel, very modern, great room, excellent shower, lots of space and all mod cons - great wifi, bluetooth speakers, USB charging points. There's also a rooftop bar and swimming pool with views over the city. My only criticism is that the room service food was expensive and small portions. It tasted great and was of good quality, but just buying one meal on its own is not enough, you need to buy 3 or 4 courses to be satisfied. My wife and I each had the salmon and a fruit salad to share and were still hungry afterwards.

Pues nuestra experiencia ha sido un poco para no repetir en este hotel ya que íbamos con pensión completa y la sorpresa es que la bebida sólo entraba el agua y venía ya abierta a la mesa con un sabor raro como agua recién salida del grifo...La carta que te dan tanto para comida y cena es la misma así que consta de 8 primeros, 8 segundos y 4 postres, tenías que elegir 1 primero, 1 segundo y 1 postre así durante los 5 días que teníamos contratado, es penoso ya que el 3 día ya repetidas mismos platos ya que algunos no nos gustaban y no nos daban la opción a cambiarlo por otro plato. El último día después de habernos quejado varias veces ya que los platos estaban crudos(secreto/Pescados) o pasados de ajo(salmorejo), nos ofrecen solo comer 1 plato de la carta para cada uno sin coste ninguno y 1 bebida para cada uno, creo que con lo que nos gastamos en pensión completa para 5 días 2 personas podemos permitirnos pagar esos platos... Ya que pedimos bebida fuera de la pensión completa ya que el agua era del grifo y no se olvidan de cobrarla adjunto ticket. El bar de arriba de la piscina como el del resto del hotel si vas a pensión completa no te incluye nada de bebidas ni comida solo lo que comenté antes, el desayuno muy básico para ser un hotel de 4 *. No lo recomendamos.
