Great hotel, not your standard Ibis. Great roof terrace and pool. Perfect for airport bus stop out side. Easy 20mins walk into centre and all main attractions.

Rooftop pool is the highlight of this hotel. Very relaxing vibe.Although could do with more sunbeds. Hotel is a 20mins walk to the centre of town. Service was a bit hit and miss and some of the bar staff seemed unhappy to be there.

Overall a very beautifully decorated nice hotel. Breakfast is amazing.Staff is very friendly and helpful.Pool is small and not very clean. Also need at least a coffee machine in the room. We had ants in our room and issue with hot/cold water not being sufficient enough for bath during certain hours.we were on the third floor.

We couldn’t sleep properly in the first hotel room because the light was very noisy after we turned off the light. The staff came to our room to check the light and she said she wasn’t sure the issue, so she suggested us to change to another room. Most of the lights in the second room were not working, so the room was very dark.. Furthermore, the rooms were not very clean and lots of dusts. The soundproof was bad so it was very noisy at night too because we could hear clearly the motor vehicle sound on the road

It's a lovely hotel for a 3-star! Room was spacious, with a modern bathroom, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff are very friendly. Location is very good. Just a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral. Highly recommended!

Ich habe schon in vielen Hotels übernachtet, aber in so einem schicken und zu gleich gemütlich eingerichteten Hotel nicht. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, Anfragen werden sofort erledigt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden! Ich würde es wieder buchen!

We checked in and after unpacking water begun leaking from the floor above. This made all our belongings wet and dirty. The water came through the light fittings and all of the lights went out on the floor. Reception offered a torch to locate our things and moved us to the room next door. This already had a damaged ceiling from a previous issue. We were told this room was recently occupied and would be fine. Which it was, no water issue. However the noise then started the next day when maintenance obviously tried to fix the issues. Overall the hotel was nice. I just wish the matter was dealt with better. It is a shame as a regular traveller often choosing ibis and other parts of the chain, I expected better and this spoiled our trip.

Location is great if you’re looking for something next to Santa Justa station. 20 min walk to the old city. Breakfast is good. Cooler with filtered water in the hallway was a nice touch. They have a nice courtyard area to chill. Only thing we missed is a mini fridge in our room.

Proper en net hotel op 20 minuten wandelen van het centrum. Zeer leuk dakterras en zwembad. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enkel de wifi is zeer slecht en binnen in het hotel is het redelijk benauwd.

The property is close to train (about 7 min walk), close to good restaurants and historic center is within walking distance as well. Hotel staff is super helpful. Check-in/out was easy. The bed was comfortable and condition of the property is nice. I gave it a 4 because we were on the ground floor with the window fronting the streets. I can hear people passing by talking loudly and worst at night passerby sometimes knocks on the glass and it startled us. If you can ask for an interior fronting room or higher floor.

We had an excellent check in by Manuel who was able to get us in earlier even though we knew we arrived at 9:30am before check in time (not guaranteed for early check in ofc). Manuel gave us instructions around the city and a print out of the processions during Holy Week. Rooms were clean and spacious! The property is 15min walk away from the Seville Santa Justa train station, but it does take about 25-30min walk to get to the canal/Centro area. Overall, the area felt safe and quiet in the evenings.

Reception is very impolite, unprofessional, with attitude and the least helpful I ever witnessed. Rooms are small, nothing includes not even a water: no coffee or tea. There is a one water dispenser for the whole floor.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen gut zu erreichen. Den historischen Kern von Sevilla erreicht man zu Fuß in 15 min. Es ist also ein guter Ausgangsort für einen Städtetrip. Das Hotel selbst dient eher der Massenabfertigung: Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Sauberkeit ist okay, die Dusch undicht und die Klimaanlage nicht funktionsfähig. Das Frühstück erinnert auch eher stark an eine Kantine, die Qualität der Speisen ist okay. Jeden Tag wird das gleiche angeboten, kaum frisches Obst oder Variation an Aufschnitt. Der Service ist auch maximal überfordert, Tische werden nur spät oder gar nicht gesäubert. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist, dass man bereits bei Ankunft um Late Check Out bot, dies wurde auch jeden Tag wieder bestätigt seitens der Rezeption. Am Tag des Check Outs wollte man davon jedoch nichts mehr wissen; man wurde unfreundlich abgewiesen. Unter diesen Umständen würde dieses Hotel kein weiteres Mal buchen und es niemanden empfehlen.

The hotel was very helpful in storing my luggage while I was away for a week on a tour in Morocco. The hotel is walking distance to the train station, which also has bus service to the airport. Pool bar was inviting and staff was friendly. There are some problems with keeping up with demand for breakfast with utensils, etc. Misleading information on availability and cost of a driving service.

Lovely rooftop pool and bar, hotel is within 10 mins walk from the EA airport bus stop, the Nervion shopping centre, and the 27 bus into the centre by the Setas De Sevilla. Great location and air con in rooms was a life saver. Would stay again :)

Really lovely hotel, close to the main railway station which is convenient for the airport bus and day trips to other cities. The pool area was lovely and a real treat for relaxing after a hot day's sightseeing. It's about a 20 minute walk into the old town, and there are cheap Servici bike hire options right outside the hotel. Local eateries were great with more generous portions than you get in most places in the more touristy areas!
