The property is very conveniently located for access to the town and other major landmarks. Breakfast buffet is one of the best that I have had in Seville and the pool side also has an amazing side kitchen and a bar. Very disappointed with the Gym (practically nothing). However the beds are super comfortable and the hotel has a big sit out near the reception. Overall a very decent turnout !

Good dining options and a superb breakfast, staff are helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and very clean. Downside terraces are small square concrete boxes and not worth the trouble or cost. Pool doesn’t open until 11am which is a little odd for a resort.

Nice hotel with swimming pool and gardens. The buffet breakfast has access to the garden so you can have your breakfast outdoor which is a nice touch. They also have in house holistic massage (which i booked in the same day and it was a nice experience) It's close to bus stops if you want to use public transport which is very cheap if you buy the bus pass card. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we had an issue and within 5 minutes they resolved it. Overall happy and will go back if I visit Sevilla again.

Hôtel 4 étoile mais qui ne les mérite pas. Il s’agit plutôt d’un trois étoiles. Point positif: chambre très propre et spacieuse pour la ville de Séville et calme et très facile de se garer. Point négatif: literie convenable sans plus. La piscine n’était pas accessible et la Clim non fonctionnelle étant donné que cette partie est en rénovation. Question petit déjeuner le niveau est loin d’être un 4 étoiles!!!! Oui il y a du choix mais la qualité n’est pas présente. Tout ce qui est préparé n’est pas bon et fait vraiment industriel (beignet, croissant) même le jambon est vraiment moyen alors que durant mes 15 jours en Andalousie dans la plupart des hôtel nous avions de la charcuterie de qualité. En un mot hôtel parfait pour une nuit sinon passez votre chemin Point

Nice hotel in a decent location. Big place that was well run and in good condition. Bar and restaurant very nice as is the pool and surrounding area. Room was hot and could not get A/C to work, also very disappointing that there was no kettle or coffee machine as well as no complimentary water or anything like that.

We really enjoyed our stay. A great place. The hotel is a bit older, and could probably use some updates. That being said it is very clean and comfortable. Everyone we dealt with were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and awesome every day. The pool restaurant was also outstanding, food and service both. We tried the evening buffet and it was not great, we were disappointed as it was not what we expected for the price. Also one small thing we would say that was not so great was the little refrigerator in the room, it barely cooled at all, only a tiny bit. Overall we would still certainly recommend this place, and would definitely stay there again.

Location is a bit far from the centre but we walked the 2/3 km so not bad. It's a convention centre, so be prepared for that. It's massive and filled with business people. It was a decent room, although it's quite need of an upgrade since, especially the balcony - it's used for business people. Breakfast was pretty good and has a big selection with a small portion of gluten free options. There were ants all over our room floor when we arrived. Otherwise, staff very kind.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and was thoroughly unimpressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of my room. Upon check-in, I found the room to be unclean, and despite informing the housekeeper, the issue wasn't addressed. The next day, the room remained in the same state, with dirty bedsheets and no effort made to clean. It wasn't until I escalated the issue to the reception late in the evening that someone from the housekeeping team inspected the room and finally changed it. However, the new room still didn't meet the standards I expect from a 4-star hotel. The cleanliness and facilities were more akin to a 1-star establishment. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication from the housekeeping staff were major letdowns. Unless the hotel takes steps to improve its housekeeping services, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Dirty sheets, dirty walls, dirty curtains, weird smell, phones don’t work so you have to walk to reception to ask anything, and this limits what you can do like asking for room service or if you can check out online or order things like fresh towels. All in all, wouldn’t go back again.

Room was clean, staff friendly, attentive and helpful in our personal situation. Room was somewhat in need of some attention, as we only stayed 2nights it was not of significance, but shower tap, sink tap leaked shower screen not wide enough so water on floor, in general fittings to bathroom need attention, worst thing was the sqeeking bathroom door, very loud, probably disturbed adjoining room. The room was very dark none or very little natural light from a very small window maybe 45cm wide. Could not fault the staff.

Ruhige Lage außerhalb des Zentrums aber gute Verkehrsanbindung. Innen wurde das Hotel teilweise renoviert. Das Zimmer(3144) war geräumig und sauber. Das Bad war auch geräumig und sauber. Aber die Duschmöglichkeit(in der Wanne) war einfach und unbequem. Die Außenanlage war gepflegt. Die Fassade des Hotelgebäudes(Rückseite) und der Balkon benötigen, unserer Meinung nach, eine Renovierung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich.

Fui 4 dias, y la verdad que calidas precio no esta a la altura. Habitacion grande de ventanas pequeñas, gotele y tele de 32" justita. Ni una triste cafetera ni tetera en la habitacion. No vale.lo que cuesta. Es un macro hotel donde no te hacen ni los huevos fritos en el desayuno, no sirevn ni el cafe, una decepcion total para un 4 estrellas. No volveria.

Although this hotel had a lovely pool area with friendly bar staff outside who were chatty, our overall experience was disappointing. The staff at the front desk were very unhelpful and quite rude, telling us to get a taxi outside and providing us with no information about Seville. We stayed for 5 days and our room was only cleaned once, regardless of the daily cleaning service mentioned when we checked in. We also had to ask for bathroom towels as they forgot to give us any. The location is good if you want to be somewhere quiet outside of the main part of Seville however it is fairly easy to get into Seville town via the number 1 bus which takes around 20-25 mins. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The pool area was great but other than that there were few positives.

The check-in process was not good—the staff who check us in did not accurately looked at the names so we were given another person’s reservation who happens to have the same last name but different first name. The manager has to be called to correct the mistake.

This is a gorgeous oasis just outside the city. 15mins by bus, they run really regularly. Great for a solo travller because it's big and spacious and the staff are friendly and around if needed. The rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean, so impressive. Breakfast buffet is wonderful, everything you could want and lots of it. The pool area was clean and chilled, although you can hear the traffic from the nearby busy road, but I didn’t mind that too much. The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because of the very small cocktail bar, it's not too clear how to order, so I sat at a table for a while and nobody approached. When I went to order, the barman had to be told by the manager to serve me even though I was right in front of him. It was not welcoming at all. The rest of the staff however were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, just have drinks elsewhere.

Very good place to stay. Just a 1.40 Euro ride from the city centre. Great pool, and outdoor bar/dining. Only about an hour drive from all the other places we wanted to see, so was a good place to stay and use as a base.

Quiet location with free self-parking option. The hotel is on the bus route and within reasonable walking distance (20min walk) to various attractions, restaurants, and on the Hop On-Hop Off route at the start of the service in the morning.

Si bien el hotel en si está bastante bien, el desayuno es variado etc, mi mayor decepción fue la cena de nochebuena, pagar 92 euros por un buffet algo más elaborado que el resto de días sin tan siquiera hubiera un poco de decoración navideña y algo de música para ambientar la noche me resultó muy frío , como algunos platos,fríos sin gusto etc, en fin quedamos muy decepcionados.

Hotel with a pool in a city is great. I will be back. City break with a pool holiday feel to it. It would have been a fantastic looking hotel inside in its hay day. You can only see the remains of what used to be fountains inside and water ways. It would be less affordable due to the upkeep, so i'm being a bit picky. However, we had a lovely time in July 26. The pool to cool down was just what you need on a hot day. The city of Seville is amazing, and only a short uber ride away from the hotel. And you can walk into the centre of Seville, we did one day, if its not too hot. We went to see Jameriqui at the plaza espanol which was fantastic amongst other places we visited. Stayed 3 nights. Could not fault the hotel, food or staff and value for money. Albeit we just had breakfast, so many restaurants in Seville. Parking is good too, we were parked underneath the hotel.

This hotel has been taken over by a new chain, and it is not as good as it was. The breakfast is a little cheaper, but with less on offer, and mostly cold. There is no free parking for loyal customers, and the bar seems to be a hit and miss affair, however the staff are still really good.

Hotel seems somewhat worm down and could benefit from some maintenance. Seems to be more of a conference hotel than a holiday hotel (as some things, such as the bar and hotel yard were closed in mid-July) and location somewhat away from most attractions. Rooms were dark with only a very small window which opened up into the roofed hotel yard, which had a small scent of plastic. Noice coming from the halls at nigh as very little noice insulation from the door. On the plus side, the Wifi speed was very good.

Parking is underground so Cool in the Heat of Seville but a very strange layout with lots of pillars and random parking by guests. It's 2 floors up to the lobby to check in and on the day we were there after waiting ten minutes for the lift which did not move from the 6th floor, walked up 2 floors to find on the lobby level an under maintenance sign... Check in a little slow not all computers in use around 4pm. Staff were helpful and said they would update signage. We had a Junior Suite booked and it was a good size and comfortable, just little issues, A/C not turned on Prior to our arrival so warm in room, Safe not working (think it needed batteries) Only 1 robe and slippers, Mini bar not very cold and lid of Bidet didn't stay up, Not enough to spoil our stay but easy fixes if Hotel took a little time to check. We had the Full Board which turned out to be a buffet arrangement for the Evening meal and Breakfast, Both were Ok with plenty of seating and choice although food could have been hotter. This is the 5th or 6th time we have stayed at this hotel and I think the lowest standard so far which is a shame. Nice location and convenient for Plaza de España
