Overall hotel is good. In the Spa area the sauna room did not work twice that we tried to use it. The showers were very cold with no hot water coming through despite waiting for a while. Jacuzzi and the Gym was great through. There was no facility to change or shower for those using the Pool. The toilet, for men, was far too small to change clothes in. Staff are very helpful.

Excelente localização, serviço e café da manhã muto bons. Piscina muito agradável, embora gelada ( um aquecedor solar ajudaria muito a quebrar o gelo!). A jacuzzi foi um plus, assim como o bar da piscina. Tem estacionamento.

Comfortable sound proof room. All the amenities you'd expect at a 4 star hotel. Staff both friendly, and helpful. Hotel is located in the central area of the city with two grocery stores, a laundromat and city buses and trams within a few blocks. Building is wheelchair accessible including a ramp to the pool. Breakfast options were great.

Es un hotel muy bonito al entrar te reciben muy atentos las instalaciones son muy buenas se ve hotel lujoso y huele super rico si tuviera que darles feedback para mejorar algo solo seria que en la habitación hubiera mejor iluminación ya que solo cuenta con lamparas y unico detalle fue que al pedir servicio a la habitación una noche al otro dia fueron a hacer limpieza y no retiraron los platos por otro lado en el baño había hormigas pequeñas y otro insecto quiza sirva una fumigación fuera de esos detalles super recomendable

for a 4 star the hotel was not that clean. there was no coffee in the room, there was only tea. i had asked for a double bed in the reservation. to my surprise the room had two single beds. they didn't even warn me on arrival. they let me discover that. when i went down to reception they were told they couldn't do anything.

The hotel was close enough to the centre for us (15 min walk), the pool area with the bar was also fantastic and the staff working there were friendly. The room was comfortable and with a working AC. The staff in the hotel bar were not as friendly as the pool staff however this could have been due to a language barrier and still found the service to ok despite this. The main issue we had was that there were ants in the bathroom, which when we told the staff about were cleaned. We then brought back pizza to the hotel and the next morning it was covered in ants and the desk it was on. We again told the desk and they were apologetic and deep cleaned our room while we were out for the day. I would still stay here again despite this.

The hotel is well located. Most attractions are only about 15, 20 min away. The room was spacious and the shower was good. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Downsides: The room furniture was old, the TV was not smart, and the daily cleaning was poor.

Nice hotel, though didnt realise would be as big as it was, we were on 10th floor of 13. Good size room, shower ok, could do with modernising. About 20mins walk to centre of seville. Received free bottle of fizz due to vip status, however was only a mini size between 2, whereas previous hotel in granada (an independent smaller hotel) gave a full size bottle. Was my birthday while there & was given free browie which was a nice touch. We didnt have breakfast buffet (not included in room rate) but did have drinks couple of times & breakfast 1 morning in ground floor cafe bar which were good & reasonable price

Hotel Seville Center is a nice and high end hotel. The room is clean and quiet. The staff is nice. The food they served, especially breakfast, is very good. The hotel is a great hotel, but I just had not good experience during the stay because: 1) the sliding doors won't open before the service person came to fix it, 2) the shower was broken (I have to take a show in other room; and 3) the room temperature won't be able to change no matter how you set the thermo.

Room was good - but could possibly do with an update - shower great power but not accessible for anyone struggling to step into the bath . Breakfast was good - lots of options and friendly staff . Only disappointment was the bottle of sparking wine was a ‘half bottle ‘ left in the room ( empty) the whole stay - not sure why ??

This did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The room was very outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable and old, the AC took a long time to really cool the room down which isn’t what you want after a long day out in hot weather. Our shower never worked properly. It has a button you push to turn the shower feature on, and it wouldn’t stay in place nor keep a consistent temperature. This hotel is also not super close to any of the main attractions. Be prepared to walk 20+ minutes to get anywhere. I will give the hotel a star for the rooftop pool and terrace which is very nice and has a wonderful view of the city, and that it is close to a bus stop and Santa Justa train station. Otherwise this hotel was majorly disappointing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location for shopping and local bars/restaurants. It’s about 15 mins or so to the old town. Breakfast was great, plentiful array of food. Room was fairly basic, perhaps could do with a bit of TLC in places. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Very clean very quiet hotel. Pool area lovely and relaxing. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Good location about 20 min walk into centre. Room for me was too dark. Needed light on at all times which didn’t reflect the beautiful weather outside.

Hotel is impeccable and in an excellent area. Only about 15 mins walk to some parks and Plaza De España!! There’s also some food and a small convenience store close by. Train station that gets you to the main parts also walking distance. The only thing I didn’t love was how high the tub is and it can be a problem to get in and out also the AC did not cool down very quickly when needed

La piscina nos gustó mucho y el buffet del desayuno. Por otro lado el checking lo tuvimos que hacer 2 veces, no encontraban mi reserva a la hora del buffet y luego al devolver las tarjetas tampoco encontraban la reserva. Un poco desastre la gestión en recepción.

The whole experience was amazing and there was nothing we could find fault with. The location is perfect, the wine left on ice for us after we checked in and the birthday cake left in our room without telling them it was a birthday during our trip. The breakfast, staff and attention to detail was so amazing I would love to return to the hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Seville.

My recent stay at this hotel was underwhelming. The hotel personnel need to be more welcoming and friendly, especially towards guests during check-in. The room was just okay—nothing remarkable stood out. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to visit the rooftop or swimming pool, as they were either not open yet or had already closed early each day. Breakfast is not provided, which was fine for me. The biggest disappointment was the location. It’s a 50-minute walk to downtown, which is much farther than I expected. Service was virtually non-existent. I requested ice and extra hangers, but after waiting for three hours, they never arrived. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they seemed unconcerned and did not address the issue. Overall, I was disappointed with both the service and the location, and I would not recommend this hotel to those looking for a convenient or welcoming stay.

Hotel is clean in general. Parking always available. Buffet food was good but coffee from a self service machine not so much. Lobby Cafeteria staff were very slow and unfriendly. Above all no one was able To give recommendations on venues or restaurants outside the hotel. Like they all were not locals, unfamiliar with even flamenco places which is emblematic. Would not go back if returning to seville

Iam writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the check-in service I recently experienced at your hotel. I arrived late at night, and I was the only guest in the lobby at the time. However, the staff member who assisted me, Maria, failed to offer even the most basic greeting or make eye contact. This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall we had a good experience once again. The staff is excellent, and we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The location is very convenient, with ample parking and easy walking access to Seville’s main attractions. The rooftop restaurant offers beautiful views over the city; however, this time we felt that the quality of the food was lower than during our previous visit. Hopefully this can be improved, as it was noticeably better before. Despite this, we still consider it a very good hotel and would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Chambre confortable, bien insonorisée et très propre. Les cheffes de salle sont agréables, professionnelles et attentives au service. Le petit déjeuner est varié et la terrasse très belle, un vrai plus pour profiter du séjour. En revanche, la décoration de la chambre paraît un peu vieillotte. Le buffet du soir est trop gras et le "salade bar" manque de qualité. Lors des dîners à la carte, les portions sont trop justes et le personnel est parfois trop pressé. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour agréable grâce au confort et à la qualité du service, mais quelques ajustements seraient bienvenus pour la partie restauration en demi-pension.
